I currently live in this building. My wife is a Resident Doctor and working in a nearby hospital and this was one of the reasons to move-in in this apartment for the short-term only. It was a terrible mistake to move in here. There is an active leak on the ceiling in the master bedroom window and has not been fixed in the last 6+ months (check attached pics) despite multiple complaints in writing, in-person leasing office visits, and talking to the manager. It gets worst with storms and heavy rainfall. There are other issues that we have found a workaround and not mentioning here. Instead of fixing the problem and helping us, the leasing office is asking to pay additional short-term fees. This fees will be for additional two months extension on top of a short-term lease (we are paying extra fees for the current short-term already). We extended another two months due to a change in the plan due to this pandemic. I am living in rental apartments for the last 10+ yrs and have never experienced this kind of poor customer service.

Went to this establishment to tour a 2bd/2bath and see if this is the right community to reside before close at 4pm and the leasing office was difficult to find. Once finally getting there all the agent did was show the model unit. There was no additional information given about the property or amenities offered. No pamphlet or any useful information provided. Customer service was really a 2 star. Won’t be considering this community anymore. If I’m paying mortgage for a rental I damn sure would like good service to be provided also.

I have been living here for almost 10 years. This is the first apartment I have lived in that the office stops what they are doing, even though I can see how busy they are, to see what I need. It shows me that they care about me. The office gets things done no matter what. They do so much for us, including the events which I attend all of them. Some I like, some I do not like, but I go no matter what. I like decorating during the holidays. I have field day with door decorating. This makes it feel like home and I do not want to forget to mention maintenance, they really know what they are doing.

Called to book a tour for the following day on a unit, and the leasing agent told me that if I filled out the application online it would take the unit off the market. Even paid the application fee without touring. Called them three hours after my first call only to be told that someone toured and applied, and that it wouldnt be going to me. Not sure if they lied to my face just to get me in the door or are bad at communication, but either way not great...

The expression goes not all heros wear capes but what about an Apartment community that could save a new resident of New Orleans? That is exactly what the Susan and Diana did for me. Being new to the area and not sure where to live I visited several properties but all of them seemed out dated and saw me as a bank account. Not at the Crescent Club! Impeccable luxury living very quick turn around time on communication and any and all issues big or small. They treat you like a a friend who welcomes you to stay and stay here you will want to after you meet Susan or Diana and tour the property.Save yourself the time and headache of trying to find a place to live I did the work for you this is the BEST Mid-City has to offer.

This is a wonderful place to live! The employees here are very helpful! My sister resides there and shes been having a pleasant experience the entire 10 years she lived there.Susan, Terri, & Casie are heaven sent! They are always very patient and helpful whenever my sister has any concerns!!They are all awesome!

Very considerate and thoughtful staff helped me find Crescent Club. Terri Torres made it easy for me to move into my new home by be super responsive and sincerely interested. This is a great value for those looking to rent.

I just moved in here this past weekend and cant say enough good things. The office staff is extremely friendly. I travel with my job and on short notice I needed an apartment in New Orleans on Saturday. I found this place the prior Tuesday and seemed near impossible that I would be moved in on Saturday with a furnished apartment, time for a approved application, background check, credit check, etc. Terri went above and beyond to see that it happened! In 4 days my apartment was ready AND furnished! So grateful for her extra efforts. Love the location. Grounds are well kept. Indoor parking. The apartment is beautiful and very friendly neighbors. Quiet neighbors and no noise from outside either. Very happy to be here!

I moved in November 2018, I love the apartments. My master bedroom is great and I have a huge closet. I moved from Milwaukee and I have met so many nice people here. The events are entertaining and I enjoy them. The security is awesome. Come check out Crescent Club!

We thoroughly enjoyed living at the Crescent Club during our first year living in New Orleans. The front office is incredibly friendly and does a great job of creating events for the residents to participate. The amenities (gated parking, grills, pool, dog park, security, mailroom with lockers) are fantastic as well. We couldnt have asked for a better intro to New Orleans!

I have been living at Crescent Club well over 6 years and I would recommend to anyone. Anytime I need maintenance to come to my apartment they are extremely prompt and make sure it gets fixed! The office staff are very polite and professional. I just would like to shed light on Susan, omg I don’t know where to began. This past week I transferred from a one bedroom into a two bedroom and Susan went above and beyond to make sure everything was squared away for me to make the transition. She’s kind, and willing to take the extra mile to go above and beyond for the residents here. She’s one of the reasons I decided to continue my stay here at Crescent Club. If your looking for a safe, spacious, convenient place to live your going to love to call Crescent Club your home!

I love my apartment. It is everything I can ask for. There is security, and it is peaceful. This is the first apartment I have been at longer than 6 months. And I recommend people to come here.

I work for an electrical contractor out of state and have rented from Crescent Club Apartments several times when we have a job in New Orleans. Great apartment complex. The apartments are really nice. Gated parking is great! Pool area is amazing. The manager Terri always makes it a smooth transition! We are renting there now and will rent again in the future when we have another job in the area.

I had an amazing tour with Terri. It was the best tour of any of the apartments here in New Orleans. She was kind, took her time to explain everything and it was very informative. The apartments looks like home to me and Ill be applying soon!

Apartment is in the perfect Mid-City location. The atmosphere inside the building is comfortable. I have friendly neighbors. The covered parking is my favorite part, I do not get rained on when I come and go! The events are excellent that the apartment management holds. My apartment faces Tulane Ave so I feel like I am truly living in the city. Lastly, Susan, Terri, and Casie are amazing. They help me out with everything I need. I love the maintenance team, especially Henry. He takes care of everything when I call in for requests. I am going on my 10th year at Crescent Club.

I love living at Crescent Club. I have been here for 9 years and I do not think I will ever be moving. Recently, I had to have major surgery and my mother was with me at the hospital and after I got back to my apartment, my healing process accelerated. I share this, because she mentioned how cozy my apartment is and how wonderful everyone she ran into was.The love of my neighbors and friends towards me is unimaginable. You get immune to your environment after a while and hearing her compliment my apartment recently, reminded me how awesome it is to live here. I have a view of the swimming pool and flowers which gives me much comfort and peace. The security guards that patrol the property are wonderful and make me feel very safe. Crescent Club keep up the good work!

Happy to be living here! The office staff is amazing and so attentive. Terri is the best. She follows up with you and takes care that any of your concerns or issues are resolved.Main things that I love:1. The pool deck is gorgeous. They do a great job of maintaining the area and apartment complex surroundings.2. They have Luxer Lockers for packages. So packages are kept locked and secured until you are ready for picking them up.3. Security patrols every floor and the parking garage.4. The maintenance orders you place are fixed quickly and completely.5. The apartment itself is so spacious. I’m in love with the kitchen island.The staff truly cares about the residents, and that is what matters most when deciding what apartment complex to move to. Highly recommend living at Crescent Club.

I love living at the Crescent Club. It is clean, nice, the people are friendly and pleasant. We have security and the police department are in the building on the corner. I feel very safe everyday. I recommend everyone to live here.

Staff is always so friendly and helpful; especially Susan. There are great amenities. Common areas are always clean. Any maintenance request are handled promptly.

It is safe, clean, staff is nice, and maintenance always comes promptly.Every morning fresh coffee is brewed and cookies are baked by the staff for us. It is a great way to start the day. I love the resident events that they have for us, and the new guards have been great.

The office is very friendly and I really like living here. I love the morning cookies. My kitchen is my favorite part of my apartment and Max, my dog, loves playing in the dog park.

We have the best staff ever. They listen to your needs, very efficient, courteous, and friendly. Security, groundskeepers and maintenance are all wonderful and friendly. The apartments is clean, garage and pool area stay clean.

I currently live in this building. It was a terrible mistake to move in here. The building is completely infested with COCKROACHES. My husband and I each kill 3-4 in our apartment every single day of varying sizes. And to be honest we are very clean people. There is absolutely no security here, which is something that was contingent upon our signing of the lease. Our pool deck has become a PUBLIC POOL for anyone/everyone who happens to walk down the street. When the “security guard” does come out on the pool deck, they scan their QR code that lets their boss know that they “checked the pool area” and then they walk back into the office. EVERY SINGLE WEEKEND and random week nights as well. All of a sudden there will be 50-75 people taking over the pool deck WHO DONT LIVE HERE. It has become a nightmare for tenants here who can’t come out to use the amenities that WE PAY FOR. Whatever you have to do, but DO NOT MOVE HERE.

They treat you nice and I am blessed with my apartment.

Made appointment to see a unit and was stood up. They say open Monday-Friday until 5, but you get a voice recording Friday afternoon. Unprofessional.
