Let me start by saying first time I have ever had to wait til after 4 pm to check in, but, it was closer to 5 when the room was ready, so we needed towels which we got the next day, after calling twice, no soap or toiletries, tile rack missing,not even a bottle of water, we were told we had to buy WATER from the vending machine 😂These people are just selling hype and fantasies, one day we might find a legitimate time share company check out the pics of missing tile rack and water damaged base board, in the front room, no less

New Bluegreen Vacations Marquee. It is an elegant new timeshare. A great place to feel like a VIP. The single standard rooms have no balcony. Single deluxe and higher do. Has a Broadway theme with a New Orleans flair. We have been owners for over 25 years and this is the most elegant. Walking distance to Super Dome, French Quarter, and $3 for 24hr street car and bus transportation to everywhere in New Orleans right outside the door.

Nice views and nice rooms like having a condo for vacation.....should add a snack bar or breakfast option...but great hotel

Having lived there for 3.5 years let me just say that this place is far from luxury.Management is at best, horrible.AC and heating rarely worked. You can hear everything between the floors and walls including people on the toilet. The building has minimum security and is located on a corner known for a lot of shootings.Garage is not secure at all. Pool is the size of a whirlpool.Their is no sense of community. Hard to get deliveries since the office is always closed .Most people have a hard time getting their deposit back. Im having to sue them for mine.Stay far away from this place.
