I knew nothing about oil grades & costs compared to my driving needs & auto upkeep. This crew informed me while making the venture a great experience. Ive never given a 5-star review to any car lubes place but this place is very deserving!

Highly recommend!! I went here today for my inspection…. They found that I needed a lightbulb in a brake light, so I went and replaced that, and returned here, where they took me right away to finish my inspection. I also needed an oil change and they fit me in right at that time- I stayed in my car and was finished within the advertised 10 minutes with my payment made (competitive pricing for sure), my reminder sticker for my window and my oil change reminder in the dash reset. I interacted with 3 different guys there and they were all super nice and seem to be a very cohesive group. Thank you!!!

Please fix the inspection process it is un organized even the employees are frustrated with it. If a few employees had some direction it could be way less painful for everyone involved. Thank you!

Love the way theyre doing the inspections. Hopefully Texas will get rid of the requirements soon.

The guys here are so nice. I live close to Seguin but make the drive all the way to NB because the service they provide is much nicer!

Brought my daughters Corolla in for oil change and the tech checked the oil and informed us that it didnt need to be changed yet because she drives very gently. Thats honesty!!!

These guys are the greatest. Extremely efficient and quick to get the job done. Wes is by far the best and extremely knowledgeable.

Went here today they over charge, $100.00 they said they would air up the tires and they didn’t actually do it. The parts is where they get you the also did an upgrade without asking they are very unprofessional. Talking to some that is not working or on the clock while doing the oil change. Very rude and will not recommend this place

Went to get my truck inspected was told there would be a 25 minute wait. No cars were in any of the bays. There was a truck being unloaded. Still didnt understand why I didnt get any service when only one person was tending to this truck. Sorry yall just lost my business went to another location for inspection. Will tell family and friends about my experience.

Was over charged ...only a standard oil change nothing else just oil and filter ..have always taken ALL my cars there but now with no notice they charged me 20.00 more than the regular price ...not happy ....my advice is better ask how much for a oil change BEFORE THEY DO IT, OR BE IN FOR A PRICE SHOCK $70.00 FOR OIL AND FILTER .....

This place is a joke. There is always some random thing they try to fail you for. They told me to go somewhere else after insisting I have an exhaust leak. I drive a Subaru, it has a magna flow exhaust and anyone who knows subarus, knows their rumble when you put an exhaust. But no, apparently its an exhaust leak. When I told them I just had the exhaust changed to a magna flow, the a-hole inspector had the audacity to ask me are you the inspector?Instead, he could have taken into account what I was telling him and gone from there. He had to open the hood to listen for this supposed leak. I walked up and said Ive never been to an inspection where my hood gets opened and the guys are revving my engine. So I said whats the deal, and he said I can go somewhere else, that thats how they do it.Hey guy, learn a little more about flat 4 cylinder engines before trying to act like a tough guy toward your customers. What happened to the customer is always right?

After the oil change, I drove off and several miles later discovered the bottom shield was dragging on the pavement. They didnt put the fasteners back on. Went back and they secured it. Not the first time I heard.

Oil filter was put in incorrectly. All oil leaked out going down Walnut Ave and fire department had to be called.
