This is the worst experience Ive ever hadWhy do I still have dead skin after a pedicure shes didnt even take her time on my pedicure and on top of it she gave me attitude when I had her correct some stuff on my pedicure and my feet still feel crusty after a pedicure and then when I came time for my nails I wanted acrylic and she started doing gel saying she didnt have time like what the hell I was the only one in the shop this is the worst service Ive ever had

Went in for a full set with gel polish and a polish change on my toes. Spring did and amazing job. She was fast and friendly. Will definitely be returning to her.

This is a good location, easy to get in and out with traffic. The ladies who manage this salon are professional and easy with appointments or walk-ins. Its a nice quiet place to take an hour of self-care.

Fantastic Experience! We walked in without appointment, and the people treated us like Royalty! Very clean, very professional, Great Customer Service! I am very impressed with the art work they put on my wifes nails! We showed ladies one picture of the design we wanted, she made it look Amazing! Other customers we talked to drive here from outside cities to get their nails done, thats because Nails Etc is that good. I highly recommend this place 😀 We will always come here from now on!

Best place Ive found to get my nails done, theyre always beautiful but with the short staff they always miss something. Last time was acrylic under my nails, this time one of my nails didnt get clear coat. Other than that I still keep coming back because the girls do an amazing job.

Beyond unimpressed. I walked in and the lady closest to the door stared at me for a few seconds. Then she asked what I needed and then asked me to come back later once I told her. My response, “um when...” “Like four,” she says. Okay. No, I will not come back at four or ever. I just drove across town passing about five nail salons along the way (for what I heard was such a great salon), only to be treated like the most inconvenient customer for simply walking through the door.

Spring at Nails etc is my go to girl. But if I walk in without an appointment, any of the ladies will see me and they are ALL phenomenal. Been going here for over 2 years and it’s the same faces every time. Thanks ladies for all you do

Spring is fantastic

I was so happy when I received a message from San, she used to do my nails and when I went to see her at the old place, I was told she no longer worked there. A week later, I received a message and went into Nails Etc to get a pedi and shellac nails. I love her work and dedication. Everyone there was very nice and the place was so relaxing, I almost feel asleep. You have to try this place!!!

We could not get our usual manicurist and pedicurist so were directed to 2 new ones. Both my daughter and my shellac manicures were disappointing. My had bubbles and was pulling up on edges in 2 days and my daughters had polish all over her nail skin. Our pedicures were okay but she did not get either of our feet smooth and we were juggled between other clients coming in the door even though we had an appointment. Very disappointed. The ladies were Ivy and Spring. I cannot recommend based on the service and manicures. They were nice but we did not get what we paid for at all.

Staff and nail tech didnt seem very friendly. I was the only customer in the shop at the time and I felt unwelcomed or as if I was bothering them. However, the lady, T, who did my manicure did a great job. Maybe they were having a bad day...I may return for services from this technician.

Overpriced, decent nails. Walked in with a friend to get a refill on mine and a full set for her. The girl that started doing ours was very, very slow and didnt seem to be experienced whatsoever. Other lady moved her on and scoffed at her as she began to do my nails herself. Anyways almost two hours later for a slow, mediocre experience... not what I wanted to say for an 80$ visit

First of all I’m a regular. Ivy and spring always get exactly what I want. I love these girls and that’s why I always return for over two years now. Well, today my pedi and mani was up and I brought my boyfriend. I asked the sweet girl that’s helping out while Spring is on vacay is if they have room for two for a pedicure. She asked Jessica if she has time and Jessica pretender like she didn’t understand her. So she asked 4!!!!! times again. When she finally understood her which I thought was already very rude she was sooooo annoyed by us and the simple question for a pedicure. And replied with “if I have to, I guess agh.. moaning moaning.” I couldn’t believe that. Jessica was sitting on her little chair playing on her phone too lazy to help us out! I’m speechless, I love this place and I will never come back because of her ruing it completely for me!!!! 😡😡😡
