After getting two washes, there was still a thin film of residue that remained on my black truck. The rinse cycle needs to be either much more powerful, or longer.

This car wash is a great monthly value. Use the wash a few times a week. Zip’s staff is always friendly. I like that I don’t feel rushed at the vacuum’s and drying stations. Highly recommend Zip’s car wash!

I’ve been washing my car here for over three years. I have a membership and n my opinion it’s a great value, I get my car clean it’s in a convenient location and I like it. There have been a few issues over the years with the number of available functioning vacuums being low, but that’s not been a huge issue for me as I don’t vacuum every time.

It washed my car and had free vacuums and trash cans. Kinda pricey with no other amenities.

Is this location still open? It has remained closed the last few days as other car washes are open all over town. I know there were water issues recently, but the entry arms have been removed from the pay stations. It looks like it might be permanently closed.

Yeah, the name Zips is accurate. But I was a bit disappointed that my car wasnt washed accurately. And I used just the basic 7$ wash. Was I supposed to spend more for just a simple car wash? I think a regular wash wouldve been good enough for me to look decent enough for the coming work week.

Not worth the $16. The only good thing about this car wash is the speed in which you go through, but the quality of the wash for the price was highly disappointing. Id avoid this car wash unless you are desperate for time.

Not worth your money. Vacuum dont even work no suction thrown on floor. Attendant not experience horrible customer service. If you cancel do it 7 days before because if not wont reimburse even if you havent used it. Theres a way better car wash just opened on 46 in New Braunfels with well-trained people awesome customer service for same price.

I’ve had a monthly membership $30/mo) at Zips Carwash for a couple of years now & have found it to be the best drive through wash in the area after trying several. Since new management has taken over now the service is great and the washes are on point 💯!

Unlimited exterior car washes for a month for only $14.95 is worth the money. Vacuums have worked better since Zips took over. If you want a perfect car wash, go down the street, and pay twice as much.

A drive through car wash with a friendly attendant, free vacume use and at a good location, my niece was able to run around the shaded grassy lawn next to the wash while we detailed our vehicle. We will be back.

After paying 20 for a car wash. There was black stuff all over it. After looking more closely it was what ever they put on the tires. I had to rewash the truck to get it all off. I will not be returning.

Bought the $16 wash. The top of my Maxima didnt get washed well and the vacuums suck

You get what you pay for. This is an inexpensive option for people who dont have time to properly wash there car. I had an issue with billing which was promptly taken care of after calling customer service. The one star demotion reflects the removal of the Towels and Windex as well as the pre-wash that cascades used to provide prior to the ownership change.

I purchased a membership from there money well spent . The new mangers are doing there best to turn the place around and the new staff is amazing I would recommend this place to anybody.

Paid extra 3 dollars for bug prep and nothing. When I was done and hand drying, it was like my tailgate and grill were completely missed. Vacuum spaces too small. Was a rip off. YOULL ONLY GET ME ONCE

New site manager has turned this place around, customer service is now great and vacuums are Awsome! My car was very dirty and one pass through didn’t catch everything so he came over and said to run in back through no charge.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for almost 2 years(used to be something else but can’t remener the name). I’ve honestly always had mixed feelings about the place. The convenience of it is nice and the price is reasonable. The complaints I have is that the vacuums hardly ever work, and when they do, they’re suction is extremely weak, there’s hardly ever anyone at the entrance, I literally just drive up, get my membership verified and drive myself into the wash. The wash itself isn’t that good either, feels like I should go in twice for a somewhat decent clean. I’m looking for another place now, would’ve gone to a manager but I don’t believe they’re ever here, as it’s usually some teenage kid(always a different person).

I paid extra for big prep. No one ever came out to do it. So I began doing it myself, when a young punk comes walking out getting loud. Saying I didnt pay for it, than realize I did. Real nasty confrontational attitude. Ill never be back.

Very friendly workers but a lot of the people who come to get a car wash and have a complaint fail to treat the employes as humans and irately tell them how they messed their car up or didnt clean it right. Remembering that its not a teenagers fault the wash is messed up is something people should do but fail to accomplish. I see people all the time giving employes a hard time for something they cannot control. Over all not the best wash but you definitely get your moneys worth :)

Went with my mother here, after paying at the automated booth no attendant was present to guide our car on the tracks and pre rinse, I had to get out and guide the car onto the rail myself. While in the wash, the machine malfunctioned and sent our vehicle all the way backwards, we were worried wed hit a vehicle behind us. I went and found the attendant a 17 year old kid, and explained what happened and he basically accused us of lying as he explained several times that what we were describing couldnt of happened because the tracks dont work that way. He then said we mustve put the car in reverse, but not only was that not true, the driver never pushed the gas pedal at any time.

I drive from Monahans just to pass my truck thru the carwash. Leaves it spotless

Dont waste your money, when you will just end up having to go to another car wash. I spent money on the most expensive wash, my car has water spots and other spots, in addition it took over five min before an attendant even came over to spray the car and then went back to hiding in the back. As a Lyft and uber driver I take tremendous pride in my car and keeping it looking clean for my customers. I should have just saved my money and let a child wash my car least there would be a reason for my car to look so spotty and have the same level of service.

Absolute ripoff. Youll have to wash your car somewhere else immediately after visiting this wash. Complete waste of time and money. Gas stations have better washes for cheaper.

Best $7.00 car wash!

If u could give ZERO stars I would. I payed the ultimate and got less then minimum. The tire shine never worked all month long. The vacuums were always out. And when they were on they wouldnt work. WORST Customer service lady LaToya needs a different job knows NOTHING about good customer service. Dont bother calling customer service because they wont refund your money all she could do was have attitude and speak as if she were talking to a child, at the end finally offered to extend my membership which I denied, no thanks I WOULDNT GO THERE EVEN IF IT WAS FREE. THATS HOW BAD THEIR CARWASH SUXS!

Ive been to better and cleaner car washes. For the location it should be very busy but it is not.

Took my brand new car there t a month ago. I now have huge scratches on side and front of car. I made a report and have called several times to no avail. DO NOT use this car wash.

My girlfriends car got rear ended inside the car wash and zips has been no help figuring out what happened

Went through the wash two times and still came out with a dirty car. Vacuums dont work and Associates dont check in to see how that second wash was. Not to mention that I sat behind a truck being hand washed for 20 minutes. Once and done for us
