Quality work.....yes. Best price? NO. Had my exhaust system replaced. The guy that Steve buys his parts from sells him the same part, about 300 dollars retail, for 500 dollars. Customer gets gouged. THEN, you cant keep the old part that he just took off, the part that already belongs to the customer. He did offer to sell it back to me for 100 dollars. Says the customer saves the money but fails to itemize the receipt with that discount shown. Lesson? ALWAYS ASK WHAT YOUR OPTIONS ARE AND IF YOU CAN BRING YOUR OWN PARTS.

Absolutely horrible experience. After giving my car back to me fixed twice, it broke down again. Keep in mind this is all within a weeks time. Took it back and they couldnt figure out the problem. We took it to another mechanic and had it immediatly diagnosed and running smoothly in a day. I could go into more detail but I mainly just want to make sure others know that this is a shady establishment.

Made an appointment 6 days in advance for an alignment job. I get there on time, the font desk clerk checks me in and says that normally it takes about an hour to do the job, but they are running a little behind. Ok, no big deal, I ask him how long its going to take, he says about 1.5 hours as Im next in line. So, I return to the shop 3 hours after my scheduled appointment, and they havent even started working on my car...So, why just not say initially that the job is going to take a while or call me if you are running behind more than expected? I would have no problem leaving the car there until the end of the day, if only I knew this advance.I asked for my keys, the owner came out and didnt even have a common decency to apologize, instead his take on the matter was, Well, sometimes things just dont work out. This is no way to run a business.P.S: The shop has a flat rate for certain cars brands, so if you own a 25-year-old BMW with only 3 adjustable alignment points on each side (front and rear toe, rear camber with fixed front camber and caster) expect to pay $30 more than a 2016 chevy, because of your complicated foreign car.

Quick Align did a great job with my car. I got new brake pads, fair price. Everyone was very friendly there. The reason I gave four stars, because my car was not done when they said it will be. I think they over book themselves, because this isn’t the first time they have done this. My mom goes to them and they did the same thing with her. Hopefully Quick Align will get better with their scheduling.

Went there for a shake and shudder my sequoia was making. My husband made the mistake of telling the owner Steve what he thought it was because he did a self diagnosis at Oreilys with the machine there... we left there having to pay 95.00 for a diagnosis that isn’t even going to fix the problem. Mean while we find a transmission shop who isn’t charging us anything for a diagnosis. I feel like because Steve didn’t actually listen he decided to charge us something rather than nothing for his overlook. We left there with a false diagnosis and lost money. I won’t be going back.

Quick align was suggested to me online by repairpal.com for my vehicle. I have a 2013 Mini Cooper paceman s and needed the thermostat replaced, I do my own maintenance on my wifes vehicle (Nissan) and figured I would give it a go on my mini. Took a single look under the hood to see what it would take to do this myself and decided pretty quickly that I should have pros do this. Mini dealership quoted me 1k... I assumed they quoted so high because they didnt think I knew much about vehicles. I know a thermostat replacement doesnt cost that much at all. So I took the vehicle to Quick align after calling and talking with Steve, who was very nice and helpful and didnt mind me bugging him at all with call backs or a ton of questions. They fixed the vehicle despite the difficulty that repair work on a mini can cause and when I got the vehicle back I noticed a change immediately. There were some auxiliary issues I believe caused by the thermostat malfunction that were gone after I picked up the car. It ran quieter and the engine didnt seem to be idling as rough as it had been. Steve said they dont take many minis to work on but when they do it helps educate their mechanics. I am please to have paid for their education and I am pleased with the work they did. HOPEFULLY if I have any need in the future these guys are willing to help me out, they are seriously awesome.

Excellent group to work with! Made an appointment to align my car, and they were waiting for me. The tech (Doug) was able to make the necessary adjustments to my car, and all fell into acceptable ranges. I had a very good experience here a couple weeks ago. I needed a new wheel bearing and they were able to schedule me same day, but I ended up scheduling for the morning the next day for personal reasons. The man in the front whom I spoke to was very kind and understanding. It has been two weeks and I have had no issues. Very reasonably priced and even came with a warranty. The owner himself followed up to make sure everything was going well. 5/5I’d like to update this with Steve the owner is still very kid and even will text to make sure everything you have had serviced is still in working order. 5/5 will absolutely recommend to everyone

So i went here really to get an opinion if my alternator, battery or starter was bad or good. Battery and alternator were purchased within that last 9 months. The head guy seemed nice enough BUT, with that said I thought it was an alternator issue and I asked how much would it cost if yall changed out my alternator if thats what it was knowing that I had a lifete warrenty on it, he said it was $75 for them to replace it. I said oh wow thats great then they went to test everything. He told me the battery test excellent. The alternator tested good. He said most of the time on corollas it normally the starter going bad even though everything shows good. He then said it woyld cost me $275. I was like in shock, why eould i pay them to mark up that part so high when I could get them to replace it for $75 im assuming it woyld ne the said price as they quoted me before..? So I said ok so how much would you charge me if I got the starter-- mind you he was saying Ive been in business 20 years blah blah blah about 14 times as if trying to convince me..then he said oh no We couldnt do that..we would be run out of business if we did that. Im like in my mind ( what!!!) Why in heavens name i said this to myself would you waste my valuable time!!! And tgen say no that you werent gonna do it! I coukdve went to another place and not waste 45 min!! Man to say the least i was an unsatisfied customer on the other side he really needs to treat every customer with respect and i believe what my daddy always told me you take people at their word until they prove you wrong! Well he did and I will never go back. I was disrespected and pretty much tried in not so many words after he hooked me in there acting like he would help me to see ya later if you dont like it. Way to go sir another dissatified customer 👍

Great service! I would definitely recommend Quick Align. Steve was a pleasure to do business with. I took my van to a competing company (starts with a F and ends in stone) a couple of months prior for a brake estimate because of a squealing noise. Their estimate was over 2,000.00. I took my van into Quick Align yesterday and they let me know the noise was from loose hardware. They fixed it for about 50.00. Honesty is tough to come by, Im glad I found a place I can trust with all of my vehicles.

Highly recommended. Ive been coming here since ~2004 and they do very honest work.On three separate occasions theyve turned down my money because I didnt actually need the work done to my vehicle that I thought that I did. Twice, on separate cars, I thought that I needed new brake pads when I didnt. The third time I had a tire with a distended sidewall. They told me that they COULD replace it for me, but that if I simply went to a tire shop Id save about $30 out of my pocket for the same tire.On top of their honesty, their quality of work is fantastic. They will not simply throw parts at your car in the hopes that it fixes a problem. A friend took their car to a large chain mechanic because it was wobbling at high speeds. The chain said that there was three different things wrong with the car and wanted to charge her $2,500 to fix all three. She instead took her car to Quick Align. Quick Align found the actual problem (not one of the three problems from the chain) and was able to fix it for $400 (and it DID fix the issue).Ive been very pleased with their work, and the service is great as well! A++

I was caught in a bind where my water pump went out and melted my drive belt, conveniently on a Saturday. While I wasnt left with many options, I was very fortunate that I was able to get it to Quick Align. The customer service was excellent and the prices were fair. Considering I was at the mercy of whoever was going to fix my vehicle because I couldnt drive it due to the part failure, I was given a fair price and was on the road in no time.

This place came highly recommended by my neighbor, who is a retired mechanic. He steered me right! I bought a 20-year-old car that had a lot of suspension and brake issues, but low miles and a low price. The shop was very busy (good sign), and one of the mechanics was out for medical issues, so I explained that I was in no hurry to get the car back as we have a spare car. After a few days I realized I wanted that car for a weekend trip, and asked if he could have it done sooner. It was ready the next day! I had them replace all of the brake components, front and back, as well as the front shocks, all of the rubber bushings, and the upper and lower ball joints. The car was dangerous to drive after the neglect from the previous owners, but after taking it to Quick Align it drives like a DREAM! Steve told me what NEEDED to be replaced, and did not try to upsell me. I asked him if the shocks were due to be replaced, and he told me they would be fine for a while longer, but that it would ride better if I had them replaced now - and that it would save some labor cost to have that done while they had it taken apart and on the lift. This is a truly honest and fair shop. I would recommend them to anyone!

Great experience today! Brought my car by because every now and then Id hear an engine noise and thought maybe it was a belt. They took a look at it and couldnt see anything blatantly wrong with it and couldnt hear anything. While they could have easily told me a belt needed changing (and I wouldnt know any better), they recommended waiting until the problem presents itself more consistently. Thumbs up for an honest business! Will definitely be earning my business in the future!

Needed new struts for the truck. Shopped around then went to see Steve at Quick Align. It was my first trip in and Im glad I did. My Subaru has 340,000 miles on it. Yes, you read that correctly. As a result, shes had some hiccups over the years (every hiccup) and Quick Align has managed to keep her running smoothly. Ive always gotten good advice here, which is what keeps me coming back; I dont have all the money to put down on its maintenance so having someone tell me whats actually imperative versus what can wait is really helpful. Youll find good people, good advice and good outcomes. I recommend this shop to all my friends and family when theyre in need.

I was thinking of fixing the a/c myself but decided to see how much it would cost to get it done first. Called quick align, they told me how much and i was there. They got started on it right away. I knew it would take awhile because the system needed to be vacuumed out. While waiting, I really like how they didnt try to up sell me or make me buy things i didnt need. Its a strait forward business, no gimmicks. Truck was finished and now it blows cold.

I suggest if you want work done at this company other than a simple alignment/oil change do not let Quick Align / Steve touch your vehicle!!! They were supposed to fix my 4runner a few years back that had a piston knock in the motor. Needless to say they screwed me out of over 5k. (Do not pay them up front like I did) Test drive your car first then pay if its good. #Neveragain!

Owner overfilled AC system causing high-pressure blow off valve on AC compressor to vent most of my Freon to atmosphere when called about it he denied doing anything wrong and said I would Be charge for price to fix the mistake .. A1.. guys been going here for years but will never step foot on the property again

I drive for a pizza place. These guys have done my brakes and more. I will always go back to them and always recomend them. Many car repair shops here in NB have honesty issues... The folks at quik align have a word beyond reproach. You can trust them ..heck if your mechanically inclined you might even get a lecture on how to fix it yourself. They dont seem to charge for the automotive lessons just the automotive work. And it is work done right.

I am somewhat knowledgeable when it comes to cars, and took my car in to have a simple alignment done after replacing my shocks, struts, and front ball joints. The owner helped me, and spent all of his time telling me how I shouldnt get a lifetime alignment, using jargon which I am pretty sure was meant to confuse me (He straight wouldnt tell me the price difference between a onetime and lifetime alignment) I do have a slight issue with a lower control arm in the front, and had had Christian Brothers align the car when I bought it, so I was aware of it. So he calls me, trying to get some extra work done, which I said no to. He goes on to tell me about how he sees so many cars per day, blah blah blah, it will never drive straight. Well, it drove straight before i did the work, so I say do your best, Im sure your capable. I get the car back, and the steering wheel is not even straight. The car drives pretty straight, but between the terrible customer service and making sure the wheel was straight, I was left with a VERY bad taste in my mouth. Needless to say, I really didnt want to deal with him again, so I didnt take it back.

I took my wagon in about a year ago for a 2 1/2 inch tailpipe past the muffler with a rear exit. Instead they put on a 2 inch, that was kinked off over the axle, to 2 1/4 side exit. It rubbed on my driveshaft and rear control arm too. The guy behind the counter asked does it meet your specifications. I had to cut it off and do it myself in 2 1/2 and that made a huge difference in power. Thats my experience.
