I have never experienced such professionalism. The customer is immediately acknowledged, the information is input to computer and your car is scheduled for service. Someone follows up as you’re sitting in the lobby. They have txt messaging for updates status on your wait time and complete time. The customer service has improved since my previous visit. I was met at the door by a sales advisor. He went with me to my vehicle and got all of the info. He arranged for my damaged tire to be replaced under the road hazard policy, and also noticed it was time for the tires to be rotated and balanced and scheduled that to be done as well. I was told when my vehicle should be ready, and received a text msg so I could check on the status. My vehicle was ready within 5 minutes of when I was told it would be ready, and I received a text notifying me when it was ready. This experience is a model for all service appointments!

I had something stuck on my rear tire. It was beyond repair. They had to order a replacement that was installed the next day. I had bought the insurance so there was a minimal fee. They didnt put the doughnut tire back in its place. I took care of that the next day. They were super busy. I was there between 1 to 2 hours. Regardless they got me back on the road and Im happy. We are sitting here waiting for our Jeep to get some shoes put on. There was a gentleman that urgently came to the shortly after the doors were locked. (They close at 6pm)Instead of telling the gentleman he will have to come back tomorrow, Josh welcomed the gentleman in and helped him order a tire he needed. He offered a tire that they already had here at the store. Meaning that even if the man wanted that tire then that’s an extra vehicle and extra time these men will have to stay before getting off of work. That was pretty awesome to me. Great service! I was visiting here from Wyoming and had an issue with a rock stuck somewhere around the brakes or backing plate. I showed up and just asked if they could take the tire off and look for the rock. The associate came out and looked with the tire on and said he didn’t see anything and even if there was something in it they didn’t have the tools to fix it. I ended up taking the tire off myself with the jack provided with the car and removed the rock myself. I know it seems trivial but it would have been a lot easier for them to help than me having to take twice the time to do a simple fix.

First time coming to this location, but wow. I can definitely say I will be coming back to this location as long as Jared sticks around. This guy went above and beyond for me on getting my new tires. He ensured I was happy with the outcome, and the look i was after, on my trucks offset stance. Top notch service from Jared. Most places will see you and move on to the next customer as quickly as possible. Awesome dude, and awesome service. I will definitely be coming back for any future needs because of him.

These guys dont play! Yes theres a long wait but they treat every customer with the upmost respect and curiosity. Ask for Jared because when it comes to customer satisfaction hes on point! Thank you for taking care of my daughters vehicle!

The guys here are great, their wait times are not. Add 30-45 minutes on top of the wait time they tell you if youre a walk in and youll be lucky if your vehicle is even in the bay by then. I got here 2 hours ago and my truck still isnt in the bay. It was supposed to be done 15 minutes ago.

Hands down best service from a tire shop. I called the one on 35 first and the representative was not helpful at all. Call the one off the loop and spoke to Jared and his service was above and beyond. My car takes a very unusual size and most places dont stock them. I spoke with Jared and told him how my wife and i were getting ready to drive across the country in 2 days and told him i had 2 tires i needed replaced. He put me on a brief hold. When he came back he said that he had 4 different options for me and could have them here same day and also have them put on my car before they close. Purchased the tires and had them put on same day. Amazing service and turn over time. We will most definitely be using them again. Thank you Jared

Came in on a Saturday afternoon and they were packed. The place is really popular in this area I guess. I got there about 2 and was greeted quickly. I was told that due to all the customers and upcoming appointments my walk in would not be seen about until 4:30. I wasn’t in a big hurry so I said ok and my son and I sat down, I pulled my hat down over my eyes and went to sleep while my son watched YouTube on his phone. At 2:45 my son woke me up because they were calling my name and it turned out they had under promised and over delivered because they were finished already.

I called ahead and spoke to Jake who was very helpful. When I arrived I did have to wait a few minutes because Discount Tire is always busy. When it was my turn they fixed right up and got me out the door.

Great customer service! I typically hate going to service centers, especially when its due to a problem with my car. But these guys are great! They are always kind and courteous. They take their time to explain all costs and what needs to be done, and never rush me to make a decision. They get me in super quickly and always have the car back to me in the time promised.

Make an appointment! Had an appointment for 11a, got there at 1045 and had 4 new tires installed in about 50 minutes. Pricing was reasonable and counter help was friendly. Will purchase tires here again!

Discount Tire is supposed to be closed for Christmas Eve, but these sweet guys are staying open to help me. I’m from out of town and came by to get my tires aired up before heading to Austin. One of the employees noticed that my front tires are bald and the back ones aren’t much better. So they’re staying open to put new tires on my car because they care that much about my safety. Can’t ask for better service than that!!

Went in for a tire rotation and balance. They were pretty busy, so there was a bit of a wait, but I expected it because I didn’t make an appointment. Ryan was very attentive and kept me posted through out the service time. Once again great service! Thanks guys!

I bought new tires and they failed to update the sensors, once I discovered this I asked them to fix the issue. I went in and they confirmed they updated the sensors. THEY DID NOT ACTUALLY, and it resulted in false information on my dash read out. I ended filling the wrong tire with air and driving down my driveway and my rim cracked. They said if I bought new tires they would discount the tire but did not take any responsibility for the cracked rim.Everytime I call, I can find a better price and they always say they can beat the price but Im done having to call every place to get them to come down. You would think that always giving the benefit of doubt and trying to be loyal would foster some sort of relationship where they try to help by stepping up service and offering some kind of initial discount.

Id rather have it, and not need it Vs. Need it, and not have it.These guys were very knowledgeable. I was in there hearing some of the things that were being told to other customers, and these guys were spot on. I was ready to call B.S. if I needed to, but they were answering customers truthfully.I personally know my BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A KO M+S Tires from firsthand experience, but it was kind of cool hearing them give the customer other options with other brands. And would let them know where they stood on performance vs affordability.Ie: PathFinders, Coopers, and GoodYears Version of All Terrains.I overheard another conversation for some Mud Grapplers For a guy needing them for Off Road Terrain, and that guy was spot on too.Of course the average person in there only needs highway terrain, and they were very knowledgeable on that as well.This is where you want to buy your tires from.

My husband called in the morning and Nick Anderson booked an appointment for my car to receive four new tires within approximately an hour. We had a frightening experience with a blowout yesterday and this particular Discount Tire was the only location that had all four tires in stock. Nick took exceptional care of me and even called my husband to clarify the compromised thread on remaining tires, etc. I am usually hesitant to take my car anywhere regarding service without my husband but Nick never attempted to up sell me and was very meticulous inspecting my existing tires. Nick answered all our questions, provided impeccable customer service to myself and my husband over the phone and the car was ready when promised. Let me clarify that: the car was actually ready almost 20min EARLY!! Even though we are geographically closer to the other Discount Tire (1.4mi away), we will visit this location on Loop 337!

Needed one trailer tire plugged or patched. Young man tried to sell me an entire set of tires. My trailer tires were great other than the flat. He said one was four years old and therefore needed replaced--too old to use. I asked for a price on 4 new ones and never got the price. I waited for the price while I waited for the repair--got neither. They were not crowded. I ended up walking a mile down the street to AutoZone, buying a plug kit, and walking back. Two miles round trip maybe. Plugged the trailer tire myself and got on the road. They still hadnt even got to the trailer (which was parked in the trailer repair area). They sent me a text message saying they would let me know via text when it was my turn. Never got it. Trailer was there about 75 minutes and thought I would be there 10-15 minutes. Sad example of attempted up-selling by a teenager that has no clue and then not addressing what I came in for in a timely manner. They used to fix flats for free as good will. I was happy to pay. I tipped a discount guy 10 to let me use his air hose (near free fill up section he was working). 10 bucks tip, two mile walk just to get my tire fixed.

Very friendly. However, I made an appointment and was waiting for 45 minutes for them just to begin. I was checked in and then waited. I paid and then waited. They set up my tires and then I waited. All of these steps could be more efficient. It seems as though walk ups still receive priority. Highly disappointed in the wait time.

First time ever going to a discount tire and let me tell you - I will be back if it has anything to do with my tires. Nicolas, Caleb, John and the rest of the crew took me right as I pulled up. Air spewing out of my tire caused by a nail really stressed me out but they were so quick to help and to top it off they took the nail out and patched my tire at no charge!!! They had impressive team work and wonderful customer service. Thank you team!

Service was slow took almost all day to replace one tire and once tire on doesnt seem to be driving to good will probably have to go get the other 3 replaced to have even tread maybe that will fix problem.

Once you get past the high pressure sales its fine. I went from needing 4 new tires to buying 2 used tires.

Couple of things here, with the first being that they wanted me to prepay before services were even complete. Who does that? Second is the driver and/or tire technician scuffed both the left and right sides of my leather-wrapped steering wheel. I do not wear any rings. Adding photos and will adjust rating after I hear back from management.

In the past Ive been happy with Discount Tire. This time though, as the employees were good like usual but Im very unhappy with the tire I was sold. It does not fit the same as the other tires already on the car. Same size and brand tire as what I have but different model as they didnt have the exact tire. I knew tread pattern was different and was fine with that as long as it fit the same. They said it was very comparable and would fit the same....it does not though.

I called to see how busy they were and if they had the right tire, and get a quick quote. The person i spoke to named Jared answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. He accurately estimated the wait time, which was 2 hours approximately. I was unable to drop it off. I have no complaints about the way they handled the busy day, or the wait time as it was my choice to wait. They performed the tire replacement in a short amount of time and correctly when my turn in the bay arrived. I have 4 vehicles, i will use them again at this location. While I was there I watched a technician working on the car next to mine open their door into my mirror, slamming my mirror shut and scraping paint off the other guys door. The techs never said anything to either party. My mirror is mostly fine and I don’t care but idk If I’ll ever let them change my tires again.

Had a bad tire sensor, so I go to Discount to have it replaced. I purchased the sensor and while they work on it, they broke/stripped a stud. So they couldnt install they sensor after waiting 1hr 1/2. So they put it back together and come to find out they cross threaded another lug nut(which I had to fix). First bad experience with this store, usually this store is 5 stars.

Scheduled appointment and took car in on time and performed tasks without issue. Back out of there in short amount of time. Despite virus actions causing a problem with people spacing operation running smoothly at this location. Always schedule if possible.

I was very picky about the tires I wanted. They took the time to show me all the options that were available and the stats for each. They listened to my concerns and what they ended up recommending was indeed what I was looking for. They had the tires in stock and got them changed out quickly. Quick service, good tires. Thats why we continue to used them.

Awesome tire shop! These guys are amazing. Ive been going there for the past 5 years for tires, balancing, and rotation. They always thoroughly explain to me where my tires are at in regards to wear and age. Most recently I took my car in and they explained that my donut is probably old enough its time to replace the donut. Ill most likely order a steel wheel and throw on a full size replacement rather than pay for a donut. Otherwise, they work with me on pricing for tires and theyve always been very communicative about what they can and cannot do. This is the shop I trust for my tires!

Went in to have a nail removed and get a patch and instead was informed by John B. that they had destroyed my lug nut key. I was told I needed to buy a new key and they could not complete the patch, which put me at risk of a tire failure. I informed them of my concern to which they agreed and said it could definitely fail while waiting for the key that they damaged to arrive. They never offered a solution or to replace the key they damaged. The lack of concern for safety and absolute oblivion to customer service were enough to steer me and my family away from Discount Tire. Ultimately, the mess that Discount Tire created was resolved by a local shop. I also bought a great set of premium tires from them, I was so impressed!

I have been a customer for more years than i can count. They always match any pricing and they came thru again...thank you for the new Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar R3s...see you monday for the install...2 thumbs up!

Although there was a line when I arrived, it moved quickly because of the knowledgable staff. Bought 2 Goodrich tires for the same base price as Costco but much closer to home. I like national dealers with locations in many cities so that issues while traveling can be solved.

Over a 2 hour wait to fix a nail in my tire. Called and asked for an appointment, was told that I don’t need one and will be the next person in line if I were to just show up. Upon arriving, I was told that there would be a 30 minute wait. 2 hours later, I am still sitting in the lobby getting passed up by appointments. Please do not quote a time you cannot fulfill, people have to take time off for such events.

Used the online appointment set up on their website and that is a very convenient feature for those on the go and short on time. The service and staff were amazing from the moment I walked in the door, to the evaluation of my vehicle and the eventual maintenance it needed. Staff at the counter are knowledgeable and informative about what was needed for my vehicle and the crew in the maintenance and installation area are courteous and a hard working group. Great location and I highly recommend for all your tire needs and purchases.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I purchased new wheels and tires for my wifes vehicle and chose Discount Tire due to the road hazard plan and free rotations/balance. David assisted me with the purchase and was extremely helpful and offered great recommendations. Just drove in for my tires to be checked. They were aired to needed tire pressure. The employee was friendly and courteous. He explained where the tread was on our tires. And he gave recommendations for the time frame on tire rotation.

By far worst place ever. They will take tires off the wheel without needing to, then mess your rim up in the process, and You’ll HAVE to buy new rims, out of your own pocket, because it no longer seals properly. They take no responsibility for their actions. Will NO LONGER support ANY Discount Tire shop.

They say the sign of a good restaurant is how busy it is....this Discount Tire is always packed. But no matter how busy it is...the staff is always friendly and smiling...they go out of their way to take care of you....no matter if you are rich or poor. One can only wish they offered a full line of mechanical services as well.

I had several issues with Discount in New Braunfels, TX this week.First off, I had to order 37 tires which were shipped to the store on I-35 in a couple days(perfect job, no issues there), made an appointment for Tues June 16th at 1PM. I show up at 1250PM only to find out that store had closed due to an employee testing positive for COVID that morning and store was shut down. I only found this out because I called the Loop 337 store to find this out.Questions, why was I not notified that morning by phone call, text or email? I had an appointment AND special order tires that are limited stock....why wasnt my order then sent over to the Loop 337 store where I could be taken care of? Otherwise I was to have to wait 2 more weeks when Im in need of tires?So John over at the Loop 337 store helped me out big time...he sent off an order for the last set of those same tires from a warehouse in San Antonio to be delivered that same day because it was the only day I had available that week, otherwise I was working. Meanwhile John is calling me giving me updates and checking in.THEN, tires never got delivered that day. They were lost...so I had to rearrange my plans with my daughter getting to my parents the next day and get myself to work on time, (Im a paramedic and work 24 hour shifts). Next morning I call John back to tell him order a slightly different size because no tires were dropped off nor found. He starts setting up a new order and puts it in. Not 10 minutes later he calls back with some great news, the original order shows up....the warehouse driver was just dropping them off(perfect! Tires can be installed while Im at work and I will go pick up the next morning after work). My friend that was going to give me a ride in the morning says shes off work and could go pick up my truck that day when theyre done, her roommate is also available and can shuttle her(day starts to get better!)I get a phone call from her at about 530PM when my truck is ready, she says there is a horrible grinding and rubbing sound in the front and is causing a lot of drag. An employee (dont know a name) told her there was some slight rubbing of the tires because they had to remove the spacers I had on because they werent bolted in....theyre floating spacers and dont need to be bolted in....well he wouldnt reinstall. So I tell her drive the truck home which is a couple miles down the road and Id reinstall the spacers myself in the morning. She says ok and drives it home and parks it. I get home, remove both from tires and wow what did I see....there are metal shavings all over the knuckles including the tie rods....the rim was grinding against the tie rod, the wheel is shaven down to bare metal...the shoulder tread thumbs were beating against the suspension as the truck drove. Boy am I mad as hell at this point. I reinstall the spacers, put the tires back on and viola...there is now clearance between the wheel and tie rod...why couldnt this employee figure that out? Isnt he a tire pro? Here I am...not a mechanic or tire pro yet Im able fix their fuck up. And so I hit the road, and what the hell is next....there is awful vibration from the rear tires....as if their out of balance already....Im unable to make it back to the shop right now....I try calling and calling and get no answer.I spent over $1,800 on some quality tires at Discount Tire which I rarely have any issues with, and this is pretty severe, causing damage to my truck.Im positive my suspension is jacked up now because of all this...after a rebalancing yesterday there are still horrible vibrations

I had an excellent experience with this store. I ordered my tires online and they came in as promised. I was only at the store for about 45 minutes (as promised) and was not pressured to make any extra purchases.I will continue to bring my cars here (not the store on I35) and I strongly suggest this store to others. Appointments are the way to go!!

Service has gotten better, more responsive to customer concerns. I had a set of aftermarket wheels installed here and they did a fine job.

The purpose of my visit was to have tires rotated and balanced. This was a free service, based on buying the tires at discount tire. It was a great experience. The work was completed well ahead of the projected completion time, and there was no upselling.

This is a great location! Ive used them for several years, but I called yesterday to see about getting 4 new tires put on today (family ER & needed new tires the next day to go help out). I called about 30 minutes before they closed, the person managed to find 4 tires and would have them a this store by 9AM. 8:35 AM today, they called to let me know my tires were there. 😁 I drove in (no appt.), but even being super busy they had my new set of tires on in about an hour. Always a friendly location & try to help you as much as possible. There are also stores within walking distance to kill time at, or some places to eat as well.

I had a large screw in the middle of my tread, which turned out to be patchable. Discount Tire got me in immediately, thoroughly repaired the tire and got me back on the road in 16 minutes flat. ... oh, forgot to mention, they didnt charge me a dime! Thats neighborly service! Definitely earned my future business :)

Horrible staffing. Appointment at 4:30, got there 10 minutes early and stood in line until 4:40 when I decided to walk out. Love Discount Tire, but this store needs to understand the customer in front of them takes priority over the phones. Will not return.

Got there after they closed at 6pm. (6:17) Had tire with side wall puncture with bad leak could not go any further and to change to the doughnut in the discount tire parking lot. Found it interesting that no one from the store even approached me to ask if they could assist me..... I finished changing tire and left parking lot at 6:50... 😑
