We didnt have an appointment. Our Camry Hybrids AC wasnt working. Other auto shops couldnt take us for a month. Landa Automotive accepted us on standby. Work was done in 2 days!! Additionally, it cost LESS than the estimate!! Were sold!! Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience today at Landa Automotive. 1. Customer care was above and beyond! Cathy is thorough when asking about the issues with my vehicle. She called very quickly to indicate the issues once my vehicle issues were diagnosed. 2. I may have gotten lucky but my repairs were completed in one day! 3. My truck drives like new. I had quite a few repairs and it drives beautifully now. Thank you Landa automotive.

Had AC problem with my 2003 Honda Accord that turned out to related to computer issues. Mechanics at Landa took time and effort to isolate problems and search for parts, some of which were no longer available through Hondas dealers. I had taken the vehicle to another well known auto repair shop previous to Landa and they were either unable or unwilling to fix the problem. The people at Landa took the time and made the effort to fix my vehicle correctly and at a fair cost. I would highly recommend Landa Tire and Automotive to anyone in need of auto repairs. I will not be taking any of my vehicles elsewhere for repairs. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would.

Single women should choose Landa Automotive because you can trust them 100%! I called 3 shops plus the dealership about my transmission & Landa Automotive was the ONLY place who didn’t try to tell me I needed a new one. They were able to diagnose the problem & knew the correct procedure to fix the issue. (I had done my research beforehand!) Their honesty, integrity & skill level saved me at least $3000! Not only were their charges quite reasonable, their customer service was outstanding. The Christian owners are a married couple who have owned & managed Landa Automotive for several decades. I will definitely continue to use their services!

After being without a vehicle for 3 days and paying $90 for a diagnostic and almost 1/2 a tank of gas in an expedition I would be MUCH happier if I were allowed to leave 0 or negative stars. They never told me about a diagnosis charge (even after telling them Im on a very tight budget), and they wanted to charge us $900 for repairs which 3 other places have now told us would be completely covered by our warranty. Not happy in the slightest, and I thought the Christian quotes on the wall dropping it off were going to be the start of a great business relationship. Save your money and headache and go ANYWHERE else.

My dad want here to get has A/C fix...They charge him 207dollars siad it was fix...It stop working after to days...he want back and they told him they would check it for no charge...so he did....they found out the problem ... want to charge him another 270 dollars to fix the problem should fix the first time.bad business !!!
