My car broke down on a Sunday. I called NINE towing places and not a single one could get my car out from under an overpass. Either they didnt answer, had no one on site, or they didnt want to work on a Sunday. Not only did Hill Country get my car off the road and somewhere safe, they were also extremely kind to a girl having a very bad day today. They didnt have to be and I am very appreciative for them showing me that kindness still exists. Great company. Thank you!

They towed our truck to the dealership because our truck was overheating. The gentleman who helped us was named Joe was very helpful, courteous and friendly. Most importantly Joe was very timely and quick to arrive & help us. He helped us transfer our trailer from our truck to our other truck. I would highly recommend this company.

This is by far the best Collision place in New Braunfels! Ask for Tracey! She got me in on August 4th when no one else in town could even commit to the 23rd!! She had me out on the 13th! Car looks brand new! Paint is perfectly matched! They detailed inside and out! It was like getting into a brand new car!!!

My husbands motorcycle got a flat and we called AAA, after waiting over 7 hours for a different tow company that never called or showed after multiple attempts to reach them we were finally sent to Hill Country Customs.They were very responsive and arrived right when they said they would! At that point they could have told us they would be another hour and we would have been happy because at least they responded.I didn’t get the drivers name but he was awesome!!

Had a fedex van back into my SUV, and after checking with 3 separate body shops, my friend recommended Hill Country Customs in New Braunfels off of highway 46. Ashton (one of their service specialists) squeezed me in ASAP for an early morning estimate appointment. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, and she was incredibly thorough, noticing damage that I hadnt even seen on my tire rim. She made sure to let me know that booking early for the work to be done would be a good idea, since they are booked up until 2 weeks from tomorrow. Great service, hoping to be able to update this review with a great job on the body work once its done!

Horrible, if I could give no stars I would. They made my wife and child load my motorcycle and it fell on her when he adjusted the hydraulics to lift the flatbed. To top it off they charged 531.00 to take the bike from Canyon Lake to San Marcos, would not recommend them at all.

I have a 2006 BMW 650i that has very low mileage... I was taking the car from my house in New Braunfels to the San Antonio airport for a flight when I a u-bolt from a semi-truck came loose from the drive shaft and hit the front right end of my car. The damage was too much to drive and the search was on. I checked around based on reviews and reputation for the ability to work on foreign cars.These guys did amazing. The paint matched perfectly, the front axle handles like it did before the accident. 5 years later, I am leaving this review because I still own the car and it STILL handles fantastic. I highly recommend these guys.

We have had two times towing with Ben Johnson a driver from Hill Country. Ben is the best Driver I ever encountered. To be Honest, it is one time in life experience and I am not sure It will repeat. He is so considerate polite and on time. He was so Gentle with our family and cared for all of us. Even little Sophia, he made sure that she is happy. He went beyond by accommodating the 5 of us on the ride in his truck while not being obligated. I can not thank him enough nor recommend him enough.

If I could give zero stars I would. We had our Mercedes towed from Austin to Houston with this company through AAA and had parts of our engine stolen! Mario acted very nice up front however our Mercedes left Austin with a minor problem with the air suspension compressor and arrived in Houston missing engine parts and unable to drive. This is really upsetting and the last thing someone needs when they are having car problems is for the person “helping” them to steal car parts from them. Do NOT trust these people with your car unless you are there the entire time to watch. Hope Mario was able to get some money for our Mercedes parts!

I didn’t even get the gentleman’s name, stupid of me, but I was just towed to a gas station because I ran out of gas (again, stupid me). But he was the nicest man I’ve ever dealt with. Especially when I’m frantic and embarrassed, he was sweet & genuine. Absolutely amazing. To whoever the tow man was: thank you so much, you made my day better.

Cant for the life of me remember the truck drivers name but he was awesome! When I first called I was told it would be a 2-3 hrs wait but quickly received a call back to let me know they would be there in 45 mins. I was stuck on a gravel beach on Bigfoot canoes property and they came out on a Sunday night at nearly 9pm and pulled us out. Only charged 75$ where others were charging 100$-400$. Had a wonderful experience! They saved the day!!!

Great people to work with. All very polite.Had some delays with a supplier sending faulty or wrong parts, but Hill Country made sure to not send me off with any bad parts, and made sure I got the quality parts I needed. Great place, with honest people.

They take several months to fix your vehicle then if you need a payment plan this isnt the place for you dont waste your time

AAA roadside service could not start my car so Hill Country Customs towing service was dispatched to tow my car. The tow driver, Noel, was a very pleasant gentleman and was able to get my car started in a matter of minutes. Noel is definitely the hero of the day in my world.. Thank you for excellent service!

After experiencing some SIGNIFICANT hail damage to my car (golf ball/baseball sized hail damage ALL OVER the car), I had it taken to HCC for repairs. These guys did an amazing job! My car looks brand new! I highly recommend these guys!

I was caught up in a two hour delay on I-35 North when my car had overheated on 11/28/2017. I was pulled over on the inside shoulder letting the engine cooldown before I could try to get some coolant at a nearby gas station. A little while later, I tow truck parks up behind me. I get out to greet the kind fellow, he said his name was DONALD from Hill Country Customs. He saw I was in need of assistance and offered his services. He had a service call a little further ahead, so he filled up my coolant all the way with his own supplies. I asked if there was anything I could do and even offered him free diagnostic ultrasounds at my clinic. He kindly refused with a gentle handshake. I did manage to get a couple of business cards from him, which I have already distributed to my patients for the past few days. Hill Country Customs will be the place I goto knowing that people like Donald there are providing the services of excellence. Thank you very much Donald for getting me out of a tight spot!

Best customer service hands down. After being hit in a significant multiple car accident, my insurance company had my vehicle towed to another place in town. My experience with that company went downhill fast. After I contacted Hill Country Collision on a Thursday evening, they had my car picked up the very next morning. Each person I have been in contact with has been professional, patient, & very helpful. They have given me some peace of mind in this horrible situation. I could not have picked a better place to take care of my vehicle.

Took vehicle in for PDR work to fix hail damage. Amazing work! On a repair like this, I usually expect to get vehicle back with a bolt or screw missing, or an interior/exterior panel not replaced properly... The work was flawless and vehicle was returned to me like the day it rolled off factory floor.

Shoddy workmanship mainly. It was a horribly bright day when I picked it up and doing an inspection was impossible, but once I did, several discrepancies were found, many inclusions in the paint, bowed bumper, and excessive gap between hood and fender. Returned it for these plus previously unnoticed damage. The added damage was repaired, but they didn’t even attempt to fix the workmanship issues, looks exactly the same. Told owner about it, he said bring it back again. Yeah, been there, did that. It’s their turn to step up.

Unfortunately, I have gotten to know this business too well recently, but if you have to visit a body shop, this is the place to go. Brian is outstanding, prompt, courteous and does great work.
