Don’t be fooled by the beautiful apartments. I have not had my ac fixed in a month. The manager is never in the office. I spoke to her several times and even asked for someone higher up and she told me that information is private. When I asked about my ac she said she was unsure and any repairs I had done through an outside entity, would be upTo me to pay for and No reimbursement would be made ! Not even a credit ! I have called 3 times today and each time I called the phones were disconnected. I have tried getting the owners to recognize their managers complete lack of respect or empathy for their tenants. The owners seem to care even less. I will be making a call to the better business bureau to file a complaint. Victoria has never received one late payment fromMe or my family . In fact the one time I was charged late fees for late payment it wasn’t even my fault . The manager applied my rent to another persons account ! Then after a week of calling and walking down to the office she told me I needed to provide bank statements And that “the next time it happens” I should be more prompt in reporting it ! Think about the last few sentences .... should it happen at all ? Should I be to blame ? When my lease is up I amPacking up and moving elsewhere . I’m sure I’llHave to fight for deposit considering half the appliances in my unit aren’t working and haven’t been serviced. Brand new appliances and the manager has no care in the world to fix them .. not to mention several tenants have 4 or 5 dogs And 6 people living in a 2 bedroom unit and the single floor unit they have is surrounded by feces due to the pets. Not sure how this person is management material . Please Don’t be fooled by the reviews who say the manager is a beautiful and kind soul you have to be able to speak to someone for more than two minutes in your one year lease to make a decision like that. I had a better experience in Afghanistan than I have had my sixmonths here.

I live here right now and they have threatened to evict us several times when we have communicated that we would be late. We’re in a pandemic and times are rough give us some slack! These apartments are beautiful but over priced and not worth living here. They only care about your money nothing else.

Moved in June 2020 and can honestly say I love it here! I am a senior citizen with handicapped parking. Office workers are friendly and take care of any issues promptly. Highly recommend

Never had any major issues at all. Convenient location. Pretty clean overall. Maintenance is prompt and professional. Management is great. Pricing is not bad. Would recommend this complex!

I was interested in possibly moving to these apartments. I am disabled so always look at the parking spots to make sure I have access and honestly can say these Apts have no respect for the disable parking.Mostly every spot I saw a non handicap vehicle parked in a handicap clearly marked parking spots. I even saw a cleaning crew parked in a handicap parking space that was obviously hired by the Sage Apartments so the Apt complex staff are fully aware of this problem and apparently encourage it.No vehicle had a handicap hang tags or plates that where parked in the handicap spots.If you require handicap parking or have family, friends that are handicap and would be visiting you This is not the place to live.

From the start this place has been a hassle. At first the apartment had cracks all long the ceiling and wall lines and when we asked for a repair they said okay but 4 months later we have yet to see them fixed. The doors don’t lock and are leaning over so they don’t close right we even had an issue where we couldn’t lock the front door from how bad the hanging was. They came and gave it a temporary fix but have never fixed the main issue. The front end gate electrocutes you every time you use it, they tried to mask the problem by putting a rubber on the numbers but if you touch the metal you will get shocked. The pool gate never works everyone has to either open it from the inside or leave it open. The exit gate occasionally breaks and not to long ago it closed on my vehicle and damaged my entire side. They claim to not be responsible but who will be responsible for damaging an entire car due to a faulty gate?

Ive lived at the Sage for over a year now and I just renewed my lease! The staff here are one of the kindest girls you will ever meet! I believe their names are Victoria and Vanessa! I liked the manager and leasing agent from before but Im so happy to have these 2 girls in the office now! Victoria is such a beautiful girl with the most sincere heart! You can go into the office and just have any conversation with her and she truly cares and listens to you! Both ladies truly want to help whenever a situation accurs! Maintenance is amazing as well... they come as soon as there is an issue! The amenities are awesome especially the pawwash station so I can bathe my pup! I reccomend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to truly call home! Both girls in the office deserve a raise or promotion or something!

Staff is awesome and very helpful... one really stuck out to me, I think her name was Yessenia, she was very helpful and answered all my questions in a professional manner... Yessenia was very sweet and very kind ... she explained everything to where i could understand... she was so awesome.... need more staff like her
