They can get your oil changed, new oil filter,, replace worn windshield wiper blades, replace your engines air fliter plus if you need, replace most burnt-out bulbs. All this while you set in your car 🚗! Excellent service and quick!

This is the last place to change the oil on my GMC Terrain before we decided to do our own oil changes. We found our oil pan plug completely stripped to the point it is rounded off and will take special tools we dont have, or a lot of labor charges for a pro to remove. Not once was it mentioned at the time of the oil change, they just took our money and said have a nice day! knowing damn well no one was going to be able to get that plug out for the next change. Thanks a lot.

Nice people, but you never go for just an “oil change” like you had planned, there’s always an up sell, which can be annoying. I’m paying for an oil change, like I had planned, and now an air filter.... because I “need” it of course. It would be nice to go and not have to be sold.

These guys are super efficient. Do what you ask and dont try to push to get other things done!!

Service was good. There was about a 15 minute wait. The techs were okay with adding slick 50 to my oil change that I purchased prior to getting the oil changed.

This place ripped me off telling me that my car didn’t have a air filter when it was just replaced a month ago by a family friend. Will NEVER go back. They treat you nicely but if you do go please beware.

I went to valvoline to get a oil change. They did not service my van correctly drained my oil did not refill it. Had to ask them twice to fix my back break light. I went to Big O where they do it right the first time.

I was used to excellent service in Frankfort, so my two visits here were worse than disappointing. I cant imagine a more crooked Valvoline oil center. First time, they just gave me a hard way to go on everything, including the cash I paid them. They were worse than rude. The next time they insisted on rotating tires, and took it to a bay I couldnt watch. When I got it back, the new tires were obviously removed and older ones put on, and the alignment was way off. The result was tires going bad almost immediately. Since this is an ongoing problem, and more than just a few things, management has to be responsible. The manager is corrupt to the max. The other Valvoline centers are great, but this one is one that is out to lie, cheat, steal, and destroy.

The service was amazing! They got me right in and I just sat in my car while they did it. Last time I went to Walmart and it took 3 HOHRS after they told me it’d only be like 30 minutes and I was the only one there. Definitely recommend Valvoline!

Ive been going to the State Street New Albany, Indiana Valvoline for almost two years. I moved back to this area and decided on New Albany as my new home after my husband of 18 years passed away - I feel I can trust everyone at this Valvoline. They treat me very well and are very honest and helpful with my car and its workings. Ill keep going back and recommend them to anyone!

Couldnt replace my serpentine belt, though they tried. two weeks later i find a socket and ratchet jammed onto a bolt that was part of the job. lord knows what engine damage could have been caused if it slipped off. never again. installed an air filter that left a gap of 1/4 inch but forgot to charge me. i replaced it so no harm no foul. still, never again.

So I come here ( Valvoline ) today under the assumption ( only because thats exactly what it said on the computer ) to get my oil changed for $19.99 with a coupon for $10.00 off hell of a sweet deal right then Mike the manager informs that the REAL PRICE is $59.99 so i ask why are you all advertising $19.99 n so on he tells me if i find the code he would honor it im so not a computer person so none the less when they were ready for me i said I cant find the code ive tried everything and he said go om and pull in i will take care of u. I was so happy. Plus they were extremely nice everyone there Hunter Damion N As well as the manager Mike all worked together on my car in a very timely manner. Im very pleased i recommened everyone come out n let them take care of u as well. Also i will most deff be back in 142,450miles or 10/23/2016 THANKS GUYS UR THE BEST

Had an issue with a part being broken off during my oil change. They advised to take the vehicle to the dealer for repair and theyd cover the cost. Glad to see a company taking responsibility for their actions. Ill keep coming back for sure!

Friendly fast service

Went in for a $19.99 oil change and got stuck with a $59.99 oil change at the end. Avoid this place unless you like to watch classic bait/switch schemes in action. Subsequent phone call to the manager simply got me yelled at and interrupted when stating my position. Only at the threat of bad mouthing their company/service to everyone was I offered a consolation “coupon”.
