Called this place up to see if theyd replace my leaky oil pan. They called me back with a price check. When they called me back, they said, Well, its 130 for the part, it says it comes with a gasket, but it might not come with a gasket.... if it doesnt, its gonna run you an extra $39 for the part...Legitimately tried to scam me. Take your business elsewhere, these people WILL take advantage of you.

We had an older truck that hadnt been driven in a couple years, so we needed someone to get it back in running order. A neighbor suggested Byrnes and were glad he did. It took a lot of work, but they were good about keeping us updated as it progressed, and their prices were fair.

They repaired my vans AC and I knew it was done right. Plus did Alternator recently on my sons car. Done fast and great communication. Family owned and operated. A rare find.

My wife dropped off her car with a failing alternator. They told her the belt needed tightened. They charged her $95.00! Thats right, $95.00 for the 5 minute job of tightening a belt, something most shops wouldnt even have charged for. They claimed to have checked for proper charging as well, but had this have happened, they would have found that it was not happening. I think they took advantage of her because shes female quite frankly.

New to the area and needed some work done on a vehicle. Byrnes was recommended by Big O tire for what I needed done. They were honest and got the work done promptly. Its nice to find a shop that you can trust!

Great experience. Took my sons truck in to have the radiator and drive belt and tensioner replaced. Dawn was able to get me in the next day. I found their pricing for both parts and labor to be reasonable/fair. The price quoted was the price paid. Lifetime warranty on the radiator. The mechanic (Scott) that was working on my truck called twice to discuss the repairs and kept me updated on how things were progressing. First time using this shop, will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks.

Forget friends and shade tree mechanics. Go to Byrnes Garage. They repaired my old car(1995 Mercury Grand Marquis) A/c and than front end steering. Both were done within 2 days each. It drives like a new one. Nice people, professional and recommended them highly.

We love Byrnes!Repairs are never fun for anyone but you can always trust Byrnes to not charge more than they should and the work is always done quickly and right the first time. I did have one of our MANY repairs have a problem with a part soon after picking it up. They quickly replaced the part at no charge to me, and a bad part is not their fault. For the last 15 years, I have taken my trucks and my wifes car to Byrnes Garage. They have good pricing and are accurate when it comes to estimating cost and time need to repair my vehicles. I have referred several of my friends to Dawn for repair work. Highly recommend Byrnes Garage.

The only mechanic/garage shop we trust.

While the staff is friendly and tune-up was completed in a timely manner, they seem a bit pricey for what was actually done. I had my transmission fluid changed (not flushed), tires rotated, spark plugs changed (4 cyl), and a brake fluid flush which totaled $400. They did a nice job but just seems a bit expensive for the services performed. I may call around other reputable garages next time to get quotes.UPDATE 9-7-15: I happened to check my review and appreciate your response. It shows you pay attention to your reviews and care about your clientele. Thanks for checking other shops. I did not realize the plugs were that expensive. I will review my invoice again. Next time I may purchase the plugs online though. Added another star for taking the time responding to my review.

I am an old man who have had many cars through out my life.Most importantly, now I take my cars to Byrnes garage with peace of mind.Byrnes garage is the best.

I did a lot of research and Byrnes had GREAT reviews so I am not really sure why my repair went so wrong. Three-four weeks ago now I took my car up there to get a loud squealing checked out. They called 5-6 hours after dropping off my car and said it was a belt and they changed it. Once I got my car back I noticed the hood isnt flush all the way across anymore. The noise came back last week so I wasted money and time, because I needed to miss work so they could keep the car, for absolutely nothing. I cant trust my car over there so I refuse to take it back to get it fixed because I dont know what other problems itll be leaving with.

I looked around quite a bit after our last garage changed ownership and I went with this garage due to the reviews on Google. It has been so much better of an experience than Id hoped for. My daughters Prius was having issues AFTER work at the first garage (Ken Towery) and then it didnt get fixed after buying a new set of tires from BigO either (their suggestion) but was fixed for a fraction of the money by Byrnes. Ill keep with them as long as they take care of us.

I took my car in with a bad catalytic converter. the quoted me $1700 for a list of things and $1100 for a different list. I said no thank you and picked my car up and took it to another garage for half the price of Byrnes cheaper quote. Clearly they over charge you immensely at this establishment. The only reason i gave them one star is because zero is not an option.
