Performed repairs and services in one day. car runs well and a/c works well. glad they checked battery or we probably would have got stuck somewhere, needed new battery! New wipers work well.Car repairs are expensive nowadays but if done correctly and honestly, they will give you some peace of mind knowing that the vehicle of someone you love is driving is safe to drive! Went there to fix my car brakes, one wheel was heating up( caliper keep pushing on the new pads), they called me with a quote of $2400, suggesting putting 4 new rotors 3 calipers and changing the rubber hoses as well.The price was so extravagant and so expensive compered to other places.I’m doing the job somewhere else for a reasonable price.

The worst service,hand down. The Man on the front counter talking customer with a condescending attitude and no respect. Expressing how dumb people are. I was there for emissions, I ask for my DMV paper back and when elsewhere. I will not recommend this place,they should be out of business.

I was searching for a place to have my brand new tires installed on my expensive rims. I was recommended to Mezzio’s through a friend and I can tell you this was by far the best place I’ve gone to to have tires put on rims. Super easy, very professional and an amazing deal with no issues at all!! To anyone needing tires installed or service this place is the place to go!! They go above and beyond and are very honest!! Highly recommend trying.

My car was running poorly I took it in. They were friendly courteous polite and knowledgeable. They let me know what the problem was and how much it would cost and then you work that might be needed in the future. The work was done timely and all my questions for answers. I recommend this garage for all car repairs.

Worst job I’ve had.Owner Linc seems to be a good guy until you work with him and I had write out a direct deposit Sheet when I first got hire there and I wasn’t give my direct deposit. He also blocked my car when I needed to leave early. But and on the another hand Manger Mario and the whole staff Are a great group of people

I walked in to Mezzio with no appointment, after googling the closest emissions testing facility to my current location. There were 2 people ahead of me, one was currently at the counter, the phone was ringing almost constantly. The gentleman behind the counter was being buried in customers and calls, he still maintained a friendly manner and a nice tone. He processed us quickly. The staff in the shop were fast and efficient, and moved all of the emissions cars out quickly.If I lived closer I would use Mezzio Auto as a regular shop. After the experience I saw, I would recommend them to Naugatuck locals, these people were very nice, and very professional.

If you wanna get scammed, go here. they will 100% recommend procedures and things to be fixed even when its not necessary. additionally, they have VERY bad communication skills. they kept our car overnight without even telling us that they needed to and gave us no heads up whatsoever. horrible.

I have been taking my cars to Mezzio Auto for years! They do a superior job at a fair price. I have recommended them to others and their experiences were the same! #5☆

Called and made appointment for oil & filter change and requested they investigate source of squeaking coming from beneath pickup. Arrived on day of appointment and verified why I was there. However the service adviser claims I didnt mention squeaking noise when the appointment was made. Competency in people charged with (and collecting a paycheck for) a task such as taking information to make a service appointment is something I value; I should have left then but I didnt. I also neglected to ask the cost of a routine oil and filter change. Big mistake---$40. !! Wow, and the guy wasnt even wearing a mask. Last insult was requesting AAA discount and being told its 5% not 10% as advertised on AAA web site (that matter is being pursued separately with AAA). The office staff is complacent and do their jobs at a snails pace. I was a first time customer and now a last time customer. I suggest yall reading this forget about all those 5 star reviews and perhaps find another garage to service your needs.

My family has been using the Mezzios for years for our cars. I first went to them because they are AAA Certified repair shop. But I continue to go to them because they are honest (they never try to push unnecessary services) and they are good at what they do. I have always been satisfied with their service. I would recommend them to anyone!

My car has been to mechanic after mechanic for this particular issue. A few just did the work for $300 plus or gave me estimates for $2K plus with no guarantees, Mezzios fixed the problem for less than any of the others even attempted and did so quickly and delivered me home so I wouldnt have to wait in the shop for my car to be fixed. The are my new go to mechanics!

Brought my wifes Hyundai in for an emissions test since we were in Naugatuck visiting some friends & needed to get it done. Service was prompt and pain-free, but the lady behind the counter wasnt super friendly. Other than that, good, quick, simple service.

Fast great service...

Went there due to tire problem. They did not have the size I needed but, went beyond helping. Tech took special tool to remove cap from spare tire so as not to damage tire fill stub. Then, they suggested town fair tire, for my needs as, it was unsafe to ride far on the old tire. Very cool!

Went it for emissions testing and an oil change. They ran a courtesy check on my vehicle, outlining what needs to be looked into. It was explained to me in a matter-of-factly, non-condescending, non-rushed manner.Bottom line, would I return? Yes.

Beyond good.Went in for just a basic CT emissions test.Asked them if they carried my Volvos special vented battery, located in a tough to get at rear location, just in case.Without my asking, they went ahead and checked mine to make sure it was ok. It was good, they gave me battery results in a report, and they would not charge me for for the battery test. Will definitely go back for future services.

They seem like pretty good people. I got my emissions done here once before. But when I called to get my diesel truck emissions done, they said that having a diesel was not a problem, once I got there though, they said they wouldnt do diesel emissions.

Horribly overcharged for parts. Parts on my bill were 3x-4x the retail cost of the part. They took a $50 part and made it $180, took a $20 part and made it $85. $600 repair bill so car could pass emissions testing, but they didnt fix the problem. They also snapped off a bolt under the hood and just left it. I went back and they wouldnt even look at the car unless we paid $100, even though they failed the first time to fix it, and any reasonable person would assume they should at least take a look for free. I have never been screwed worse by a mechanic shop than by this incompetent shop.

This place is ok for emissions, but they charged me 50 bucks just for an estimate on a repair I needed. Then I took my truck down to Richs car works and got an estimate for free. And oh yeah, Richs fixed it for 300 bucks less too.

Got emissions done here and it was very quick, employees were nice.

I have been going to Mezzios starting at their old location. I cant say enough good about MEZZIOS. I put my well earned trust in Chucks knowledge each and every visit along with Jay. I have been completely satisfied on all work completed at Mezzios on all my assorted vehicles throughout all these years. Special thanks to Chuck, for making myself and hundreds of Mezzio customers satisfied over all the years Chuck has been there.

I only use them for emissions now... Theyre nice people but tends to be a bit more on the expensive side. So Id much rather just A. Do it myself or B. Find a friend who needs some extra cash.
