My sisters car broke down on Church Street in Naugatuck I called Sibby and asked for two quotes one quote to bring the car to the house in Waterbury and one quote to bring the car to Valenti Motors VW on Straits Turnpike. J quoted me two prices $130 to bring it home and $125 to bring it to the dealership.I told her I would call her back to authorize where the car will go once I spoke to my sister. When I called back I told her to go ahead and pick up the car and drop it off at the house I also asked her if there is any discounts for working at a certain business.My sister works on Church St at a Local business and they sometimes get discounts when they use Sibby because Sibby gets a lot of business from them. J said hold on let me check. She comes back on the phone and says Im sorry it will be $85 instead of $130. My wife was there listening on the entire conversation.The gentleman came in and picked up the car and dropped it off at the house when he dropped off the car he had requested $185. My sister told them that she was quoted $85 instead. I called back J to find out whats going on. And J told me that it is normally $185 but shes quoted me $130 with a discount. I reminded her that she initially quoted me $85 with a discount.She laughed and flat-out lied to me she said that how can I quote you $85 when the original quote was $185. I reminded her that she never mentioned anything about the $185 fee that she only quoted me two prices $130 and $125. She denied that quoted me $85. She said I never told you $85Very disingenuous business practice The last time I checked my hearing; it was perfect and my wifes hearing is perfect. I would not call a legitimate business back and lie to them about the price that they quoted me. So then why are they lying to me about a price that they quoted me.In the end we ended up paying $130. Its okay it is a lesson well learned for me to never use Sibby Automotive for any of their services.Not the right way to do business. In this case they took advantage of the situation.

I was looking to have my car repaired and I am new to Naugatuck, my landlord referred me to Sibby, I called and spoke with Sibby he was so helpful and didnt give the run around like so many have, but the day before I was scheduled to have service I was lucky to get a new car, I just want to say that even though plans changed I will always remember Sibbys Great customer service, thanks

We just bought our 2nd vehicle from sibbys .we couldnt be more satisfied and happy .we had a minor issue and sibbys handled it right away. His mechanics are all professionals .and sibby is old school he cares about his customers and staff.i cant say enough about sibbys so if your looking for a great repair shop used car or get stuck and need a tow call sibbys and his team!!!!!

Awesome =) highly recommend them they went above and beyond with my car I am super happy. they really know what they are doing, and i have been to multiple places and never left as satisfied as i did when i took my car to sibbys.

Took my car to fix my heating problem but after several days they couldn’t figure out how to fix my heat issue instead they replaced my blower and charged me for it. So now I’m out of $300 and they referred me to the dealer. Would not recommend to anyone wanting to fix their car here.

I guess the price is ok but they dont pick up the calls so I had my car stay for days at the place. ..so aggravated about paying more for something that could have been avoided and they were still open when this happened

Terrible terrible terrible, Blew a tire called for help. Guy came out took my money, said he couldnt change the tire and left me on the side of the road. When I tried calling back my phone calls were ignored or not answered. Ended up driving my car with a disabled tire down the road to fill my spare and get the tire changed. Just grateful I didnt have my children with me.

Lived in town my entire life had 3 cars towed and repaired by them and have had things stolen out of all cars. they took my entire tool box for work and put me out of a job. one they stole my c.d player,amp and speakers. when questioned they said multiple cars were broken into in the lot but mine was locked in the garage.. suspicious!! my motorcycle brok down they towed it to their shop i requested it go to my house they then charged me storage fees and made me have it towed by them to my house. the place is a joke and only survives on NPD based tows.
