Awesome bunch of mechanics that went over and beyond for us.. Rebuilt my entire ford f350 6.7 turbo diesel from the block up. all upgrades . all new recalls, injectors.. stud kit.ect... they scaled and painted my frame and said if I paid for the hundreds of dollars worth of parts ( that should be changed while they were already in there) they would put them on for the agreed price in the beginning plus minimal extra. I mean it doesnt get much better than that.. these guys are the best.. trucks still running mint!! . Im hoping we get some snow so I can use it this year!!! this truck will make us the deserved money we put on it over the next ten years ...no doubt.. thanks again fellas!!!

Didnt get anything done, met the owner at Walmart, pretty cool dude and seems pretty honest. Doesnt seem like the guy to waste his/your time or your money. If its to small/easy a job he will most likely just tell you how to do it yourself.I am pretty mechanically inclined but, should I have an issue ill most likely go to him.I have a 7.3 diesel.

I took my car here for the first time today. They were great! Awesome price, they got me in and out quick, super friendly and was able to get an appointment very fast. I will definitely be coming back and recommending JAMS to others! Such a great find.

Of course I am a procrastinator so I didn’t do anything when my check engine light first came on a couple months ago. The only reason I did something about it now is because my emissions was due(overdue), which I had to get done before renewing my car registration…due in one week. I called them on a Monday afternoon, brought my car down first thing Tuesday morning; they had a check engine light diagnosed before I left. I received a phone call within 30 minutes telling me what the problem was. Two hours later, problem fixed, emissions complete! I I only have amazingly good things to say about Richie and Joe. They calmed me down since I was a bit stressed about the car and waiting so long to have it repaired, they fixed my car with incredible expediency, and charged me what I thought was an amazingly fair price. I can’t say that I’m happy when my car breaks down, but if it ever does again (which I’m sure it will), I know where to go now. I highly recommend them!

Just had the best experience I’ve ever had at a car repair shop! Joe and Rich were so personable and accommodating. I got a recommendation from a man I met in town who told me he was always treated fairly here. Boy was he right! I thought I needed brakes and they checked my car and said I did. They answered all my questions honestly, explaining everything that had to be done and telling me what I needed and what I could wait on. They did NOT talk down to me nor treat me like I was a clueless woman. There were no hard sell techniques offering me things I didn’t need! AND the price was reasonable! I intend to keep returning to this garage whenever I need my car serviced! Great guys!!

I just drove by and stopped to ask a quick question and Joe was absolutely amazing! He talked to my brother, a mechanic, and just shared some experience so that my brother could fix my vehicle himself. I really appreciate that Joe didnt try to grab a sale but he was completely ok just helping another person. I will be using this garage in the future whenever needed! Nice to meet you Joe!

Great bunch of guys and go out of their way. The came to Ansonia once to help me out and didnt charge me a nickel. Its service like that that makes them my go-to for my own work as well as when anyone asks for a reference.

Ive been going to Jams since they opened in Naugatuck. It is a huge garage that can handle the tallest vehicles. Joe & Chris are two of the smartest and most honest mechanics that I have ever worked with in my 60+ years. Its not the prettiest, or cleanest shop around, but if you want clean and pretty, go to a dealership and prepare to be ripped off, especially if you are a women.I am an aircraft structural engineer, who started as a structural repair technician. I used to do all my own car work, but just dont have the enthusiasm for it anymore. These guys will not B.S. you into spending unnecessary money and havent failed me in 5 years. Thanks to them, my 02 Outback has survived to 235k+ miles.
