I custom ordered a ring for my husband for our 1 year anniversary. I called to check on it throughout the weeks, then 3 weeks before Im going to suprise my husband with it, Zales tells me it is not custom orderable. This conversation happened 4 WEEKS AFTER I ordered and paid for the ring. Worse customer service Ive ever encounted and will never order from this location. Irelia Fine Jewlery was able to get me taken care of and was able to expedite my custom order so I had it in time.

First time coming here got an amazing engagement ring set the person who helped me Ana Correa was so helpful in getting the exact engagement ring i needed with a great deal was very professional thru out the whole process I recommend any to come buy any piece of jewelry here you wont regret it

Very nice employees. They helped my wife and I find a nice ring in our budget and there was no pressure to buy higher. Their covid precautions were nice too vs other stores.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! This location is horrible. I went to have my eng (that I purchased from the Zales website) sized and soldered together. The woman helping me took 45 minutes just to find my warranty record even after is provided her all the correct I formation and warranty number. I had a promise date of January 21st, so was excited to see that I had received an email that the work in the ring was complete on January 19th. My husband went to pick it up, provided the receipt we were told to bring when picking it up, and the employee tried to give my husband someone elses ring! (Thankfully my husband is an honest man or someone could have ended up loosing a ring!). On top of them trying to give him someone else ring, the work wasnt complete. They had sized it but not soldered it, so now they have to send it out to have the work completed. Dont TRUST THIS LOCATION! Horrible record keeping and horrible customer service!

After waiting 50 minutes I was told that someone that arrived after I did had an appoinment ahead of me. These people arrived 15 mimutes after their appoinment and the staff held their spot and made all other people wait. The store needs additional staff to deal with clients. Not a very efficient way of dealing with clients!

Good customer service at this location. It was busy but both ladies were able to attend everyone and at the same time take their time with each customer.

I had a great experience. The staff are friendly and they treat customers great. I would recommend zales to everyone.
