My Casio Pathfinder watch is 15 years old.The resin band needed to be replaced for only the second time.After supplying Amazon with the model number of my watch and Amazons model number of the same replacement band, resulted in the wrong watch band being sent to me twice.I was in Plaza Bonita Mall and asked the watch dealers for a replacement band.No luck.I remembered the Jewelry and Watch Repair store near the food court.Stephanie assured me she could get the correct band and her great co worker would install the new band.Stephanie would contact me when the band was delivered.She asked to keep my watch to check that the right replacement band was delivered.She called in about 10 days that my new band was installed on my watch.All was professionally completed.Yes, it was just a resin watch band.But, the service, the care and completion will make me return.Steven Reynolds

Gio was amazing he helped me personalize my ring from the base to the beautiful heirloom sapphire stone. He was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the best stone even going as far as ordering a second set of stones assuring that I would find the one. I know I left with the best looking ring I could have ever imagined. The best part is that it wasnt designed by someone else, sitting under a glass waiting to be picked, it was crafted there with Gio and I could not have asked for a more perfect ring!! I went into Fast Fix in Plaza Bonita National City, to have a battery put into my watch. I met Oscar at the counter. Right away, I received great customer service. Oscar not only explained my problem. He also, let me know I didnt need a battery. My watch is solar powered. Its listed in very small print... too small to read, if you require glasses. Oscar set my watch and I was on my way. Thanks Oscar, for your help and great customer service 👍.

My family ring (Sterling silver with 3 birthstones and my husband and my name engraved) had fallen into the fireplace when loading a log. It was completely black, tarnished, and heat damaged. I thought my ring was unrepairable. I had walked past this jewelry repair store many times in the mall. And finally after 7 months, I was willing to pay anything to get my ring repaired. When I walked into the store I was greeted by a friendly gentleman, Ali, who looked at my ring with the oh my look. But he wanted to try. He handed my ring to a even more determined women named Stephanie, that was even more excited for the challenge to repair my ring. She gave it to their expect jeweler in the back, Gio, who again I would thank over 1 million times for the amazing job he accomplished. My ring now looks more amazing then when I purchased it at Kays Jewelers. And the cost, well Im not going to flaunt that, but it was cheaper than buying a ring in a gum ball quarter machine. This place is great! Long story short, a watch older than myself had a broken clasp that I wanted to keep the band on for sentimental reasons (grandpas watch). Two other repair shops needed to send it out to see if they could salvage the band. Walked in to fast fix and about 5 min later I am walking out with a repaired watch! They dont know how much weight they just took off my shoulders. I didnt want to change a watch that has been in my family for over 50 years. We will be back for sure! Thanks!!!

I’ve been to a few fast fix in San Diego and boy I gotta tell ya I never got better customer service till went to this one. The employees are funny, very helpful and friendly, the place looks great and very well organized... This is definitely my Go to place

On Sunday I went to get a new battery for my 2 watches, one was under warranty the second wasnt the clerk told me they were 39.95 each I express to him that one was under warranty and that I was in a hurry, I will returned late because it was going to take 20 minutes, he told me he would have them in 10 minutes. when I came back he charge me 84.95 I told him, you told me they were 39.95 each, he answer, o these are special watches, I was in a hurry didnt have time to argue so I paid the amount with my credit card. Thank full I had the money but what if I didnt this person didnt have an approval to put something on for more money, I understand you need to make a profit, but batteries are only $5.00 any ware he claims his has a warranty for 5 yr. buddy that is what they last any way, you took my $85.00 but you lost a customer for life.

Went there to fix my watch. The only thing I needed was a watch pin that holds my watch band to the watch which I could install in about 1 minute. They ripped me off for $12.95 to put a single pin in. I asked how much to just buy a pin and I was told it would still cost me $12.95 so their argument was to just let them do it. I relented but it was still a RIPOFF. Dont give them any business so they will go out of business!!!!!

This place is always busy. The talent and skill is worth the time and money. You discern and make the choice of what your item mean to you. To complain about paying $20 to take a link out of your watch is truly unfair to say its expensive. You are paying for the craftsmanship and the expedience and availability. If you dont want it fixed, go spend another few dollars to buy a new watch and take the link out yourself!

I Have Had The Same Necklace Fixed By Them 5 or More Times And It Breaks Within 2 Weeks of Having it Fixed, EVERYTIME, In The Exact Same Place That They “attempt” to Fix. I’ve Spent More Money On Trying To Get It Fixed By These People Than I Did Buying The Necklace. I’m Done.
