Amazing education, very affordable, and not dumbed down for children. Kids and adults attend the same classes. They push you to be great and work hard. Would give them six stars if I could.

We have been going to Master Shins for over a month now. They are very good with kids. I have seen nothing but positive character building. My son LOVES the classes. He wasnt the most coordinate and he has improved beyond what I could have imagined.

I was told everyone pays me money by master shin himself, even though I have more experience than him.

We have been going to Shins Martial Arts now for a little more than 2 years as a family. My wife, 2 older kids and I love the family atmosphere. Our youngest 2 year old girl comes with us everything we go and absolutely loves it. Everyone is always very understanding of her and loves her so much. If I could only give 1000 stars ... if you want to learn from the best, and develop real skills .. go to shins... grand master shin taught me to kick incredibly well, It’s an accelerated program that makes everyone good ... classes consist of stretching exercises . kicking, forms, light sparing, and self defense techniques... anyhow, the thing I’ve enjoyed the most about it, is it gives me a real sense of accomplishment .. I highly recommend!

Grand Master Shin is the real deal, He brought his skills with him from Korea and has trained many to advanced degrees that have gone on to open their own schools. It is an honor and a privilege to train under a true master. This is one of the masters that decided if Chuck Norris would receive his belt. No joke. He is also a true Christian and not afraid to tell you about it.

They are not structured at all. The hold belt tests on Saturday and have no scheduled time to test or finish. I watch all my kids while my wife is at work so I drop my older sons off and no mater if I call or not they never can tell me what time I should pick up my kids. Therefor they are outside alone crying because Dad is not there to pick them up. They let the Children run out of the building unattended. This is dangerous. What if they get taken or abducted? What if they get hit by a car in the busy parking lot? Also their payment system is un heard of. They use a collection agency called Affiliated and report the payments on your credit report even if you pay on time. It appears as a personal loan with a balance of $900. Since it is a low amount it has a negative effect. My score dropped 50 points once it posted even though we always payed on time. They have no staff. The black belt members handle payments and administrative duties and the owner Mr Shin takes no responsibility. I went and complained and was upset that they told me the wrong time when I arrived to pick up my kids. I was heated. Mr Shin just told me to take my kids out our he would get crazy and do something. I asked him if was a threat and if he would hit me. Then he went on belittling my second son, who is sensitive, that he cries a lot and that there must be something wrong with him right in front of his face.No one takes responsibility. They think I should be thankful for my children to attend their family aka disorganized, unprofessional facility.Choose a different place for your kids to go if you value safety and your credit score.

Master Shin was like a second father to me when I was young, what a fantastic Christian Role Model he has always been..God Bless You Master Shin!

Its rare to find a Tae Kwon Do grandmaster who cares about every single student. Ive been here for over a decade and have learned so much what it means to be a martial artist and this school is my second family. My whole family including my 3 year old goes to class. The best experience is when parents and their children participate in the class. This school is my second home and I recommend it to everyone who is looking to learn and also build great relationships.

Horrible! They trick you into a 12 month contract!!! My daughter just wanted to try martial arts. She tried it for 2 months. I paid for two months and now Shins is sending me to collections for $600!! Horrible!! Stay away from Shins.

I have studied martial arts with Grandmaster Shin for 13 years. The school has a wonderful family atmosphere where people of all shapes and sizes, ages 3 to 83, all skill levels and all cultures are welcomed with open arms. I have received the absolute best instruction available. Ive learned to kick and punch, do forms and sparring, but most importantly, Ive learned mental and emotional discipline. Ive learned to push myself to do more and to think more deeply. And even after all this time, I still learn--every time Im in class. Grandmaster Shin cares for his students, and does his very best to insure that we grow and learn consistently. In addition to regular Tae Kwon Do classes, Grandmaster Shin leads a The World Christian Tae Kwon Do Mission, a group that uses Tae Kwon Do as a tool to share the Gospel. Not only is he my teacher and my mentor, he is a dear friend. I would recommend this school to anyone seeking martial art instruction.
