Ive been going to Shed Gulch for a year now. This is the best class workout in Nashville. I use Class Pass to go 3 times a week, but if you go more, I recommend doing their unlimited package. Sarah, Lexi, and Jenni are my favs for 5:30pm class, but all the instructors are incredible!

Took a full body class here for the first time and loved it!! The place looks amazing and the instructor was fantastic! Everyone was! Great environment to be at! Definitely will be joining when I move to Nashville!!

THIS is my tribe. My silent tribe. What I mean is, the workout is SO good you don’t have TIME to talk! But, there is an unspoken community feeling in the air at Shed Gulch.There are regulars, so we will wave, smile, or nod a silent hello to each other. I have been looking for a group fitness/gym family for awhile now. I’m blessed I have found that at Shed 🙏🏾Oh, AND it’s truly the hardest workout in town! 💪🏾

This is one of the best HIIT workouts in all of Nashville! If you want to sweat your bum off & get a killer workout, head to SHED! The staff is friendly & helpful. The equipment is nice, new & clean. It is very easy to schedule online using the Mindbody app.

I LOVED this class! Today was my first time here, I did the full body Saturday and it was an incredible workout! Mary was so welcoming in showing me around and was attentive to ensuring I had the correct form. I will definitely be coming back!

If youre on ClassPass, Shed is a MUST HIT place for a workout! As a frequent traveler, I try my best to get in at least one good class over the weekend and Full Body with Brittany was killer. There’s no pressure to overwork yourself here but the support from the instructor and the rest of the class helped me push past the wall.

This is a wonderful gym with alot of great classes. It is in a building with a covered parking garage. Shed fitness gives you vouchers to park for free.

I go twice a week. Brittany is awesome! Best workout in Nashville hands down. Not saying its easy, but if you want results give them a try.

Shed Fitness is a great community that encourages, motivates and gives you a feeling of belonging to something great! The staff are helpful and the trainers are phenomenal at pushing you to greater abilities than you thought possible! I highly recommend Shed Fitness if you are looking for a community that will hold you accountable to reach your goals.

Loved this workout. went here on leg day when visiting nashville. workout was LEGIT. they had these awesome treadmills (control the pace yourself by how fast you run) - ive never been on one of those types of treds before and it was so fun. Sam Butts was the instructor and she was so motivating & nice. I love how they counted the time/intervals left in sets.This one woman was doing the workout with my friend & I. She couldnt have been nicer to us. I turned to her and go...youre so strong because I was so impressed with how hard she was working out. We got to talking. It turns out it was the co-owner Brittany. She could not have been nicer & more cool. Love this gym 10/10 would recommend.
