I’ve been going to Code since the beginning of May and it’s totally changed my overall fitness. They do a great job of mixing up the workouts and also push you to get the most out of each day. Definitely a great gym to be a part of.
CODE is everything I was looking for in a gym. The facility is nice, the community is encouraging, and the workouts are challenging. Cost is very competitive, the app is easy to use, and the coaches do a great job of continually pushing and instructing proper movement. Your workout is ultimately how hard you decide to push yourself and no one here will hold you back from reaching your goals.
If you want personal training I highly recommend Skyler Underwood. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and can push your limits without risk of injury. I came to her with a knee injury and she has come up with safe and effective alternatives to the movements I cannot do. I have not done the group classes here but the personal training is top notch!(Also my husband goes to Devin for personal training and he has also been very pleased!)
Excellent workout program that the incredible coaches design and update each and every day. Have been doing classes for 10 months now and have seen the positive transformation with my body. Great way to network with friends in the area as well. Very fun and energetic experience!
CODE is an awesome 1 hour workout targeting all muscle groups. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and will push you throughout the whole workout. Highly recommend CODE to anyone looking to join a new gym/ try a new fitness class. 10/10!!
I LOVE this workout and this community. Every skill level is welcome and never judged. The coaches are great, especially Vasey!!! Love taking his classes, he will whoop your butt but motivate you the entire way. Highly recommend CODE!
My favorite gym in Nashville, by far. I had been using class pass and tried lots of different gyms over the years (Barrys, Orange Theory, etc) but finally settled down and committed when I found this gym. The trainers are all fantastic, and the workouts will push you hard every single day. I love the friendly group atmosphere and the mix of cardio and strength training is really the best way to start your day feeling accomplished and energized.
The CODE one-hour group workout is incredible. Its a tough workout, but the trainers and people you get to workout with keep you motivated and keep it fun. Theres no better way to start the day than the 6am class. Highly recommended!
Best gym in the area by far. The instructors are knowledgeable and you are going to get a great workout in no matter what day it is.
Great workout program and excellent coaches. I was looking for a way to get back into shape and have been doing CODE for about 5 months now - I can definitely say it is working (like other have said). Doing a HIIT type workout can be intimidating, but each coach works with you in any limitations you may have, offering modifications so you are comfortable with the days exercises. Further, they encourage you to push yourself when they think you can do more.I got my wife to join as they do a few partner workouts through the week She was a prior-OTF member and has enjoyed these workouts as well. We have enjoyed working out together in class, or when not able to attend, doing CODE-style workouts on our own that I have learned through the class. This point has been a huge help making personal workout more beneficial when we cannot attend and/or are on the road for work.Would recommend anyone looking to get into shape to come check it out and meet all the great people at CODE, both coaches and members.
Amazing gym -- facility, instructors, and workouts. Now have classes morning & evening M-F plus a class on Sat. I enjoy the mix of cardio and strength, and the social activities 1x/month.Would recommend to anyone looking for group bootcamp workouts that are cross-fit style without heavy barbells (instead, Code uses dumbells, kettles, and body weight). They do now have a barbell class too though if thats your thing
CODE is awesome, the coaches believe that when the music turn up we turn up and they all get you hyped up during the one hour work out. I would definitely recommend!!
