Me and my wife came in here while visiting Nashville for a few days and we loved it.When we came in, Megan gave us the grand tour and was very helpful. It was pretty packed but we were there at peak time in the afternoon - to be expected.The equipment is all very well taken care of and they have top of the line stuff. If we lived here this is where we would work out for sure.

I only got the day pass, but the fact that it was a full 24hrs was cool in and of itself. Large facility, lots of options, high quality equipment and very well maintained.The only negative for me was the amount of other people. As mentioned, I was only there twice over the course of 24hrs on a weekend, so peak hours, etc. But this place is definitely the go-to gym downtown.

Ive been working out at QNTM for ~8 months and have always been impressed with the quality of the facilities (cleanliness, tons of equipment, super spacious) and the quality of the trainers. I predominantly work with Tania and take her group fitness classes multiple times a week. Her energy levels are through the roof, and shes incredibly motivating in class. However, I also have done a few 1:1 sessions with her, and Tania tirelessly works to improve the quality of life of her clients. She wants you to live pain-free and she is willing to work hard for you to achieve this. Her holistic approach to fitness is unique, and it has been so valuable to me as I work through pain and tension issues Ive had for years.

I terminated my membership back in 2019 with a QNTM front desk employee, who said everything was taken care of. I then took a hit on my credit report this past month (two years later) because QNTM never filed paperwork on their end to terminate my membership and decided to send the amount to a collections agency. When I reached out to speak with their team, they refused to help, stating that cancellations are done online and not in-person (clearly the tell customers and staff members different things). Very disappointed with how this situation has been handled, since I enjoyed working out at QNTM prior to moving.

Went in for a “free trial”. False advertising. It’s $20 for a day pass regardless of why you came in.Parking is a nightmare. Wait till you get there to drink your preworkout cause you’ll be waiting for a spot for 20mins.Also don’t expect them to show you around or anything before price and everything is discussed. I actually never even saw the gym, because I didn’t want to pay $20 for a “free trial”.Made it extremely clear they could care less about me joining for any reason other than my moneyTo their response- I went once in 2019, had to pay the $20 day pass, no trial was offered. Have NEVER been back since until I tried to give it another shot the other day. Not sure how there is “multiple” attempts. I was salty about paying $20 the first time lol. Who charges to try to sell something? Different if you’re out of state, but being genuinely interested in finding a new gym, and you get charged to try it out.(without a proper tour,etc) So basically if you didn’t like it years ago, don’t try to come back? Lol but my review is purely based on customer service. I can’t comment on the actual gym cause I didn’t get to see any of it.

I’ve been a member at QNTM for over a year now and the environment is unmatched. Very clean, incredibly personable staff, and the trainers are among the best in the city. I work one on one with Ashley and she is absolutely amazing at what she does. She’s very knowledgeable and well rounded in strength training, among other things. Her cycle classes are the best in town. I recommend her for whatever your personal fitness goals may be!

I travel a ton and I’ve worked out in different cities and countries and I have got to say the class and friendliness this gym exudes cannot be matched.I was supposed to be there just for a weekend but due to the snowstorm, I ended up being there for a week and QNTM was willing to work with me and give me a discounted week price and let me use their facility.When the rest of Nashville was closed, QNTM stayed open and worked with its members and guests. I was walking 2 miles to get the gym each day and then back and I’m beyond grateful QNTM was open.Easily one of the best “commercial” type gyms I’ve been to.

It is a really nice environment. When I moved here I was looking at different gyms in Nashville, Brentwood, and even Franklin; this by far was the best looking gym but besides how it looks the environment is what really keeps me coming here! Not only is the staff nice and helpful, everyone that actually goes to the gym is so kind and thoughtful which makes your experience really really nice. Everyone stays in their own lane. Of course every now and again you’ll have that one person who is a little obnoxious, but that you will find everywhere. It is definitely worth the money! And you get free parking 24/7!!

I have been training with Allie White for several months now and I cannot be happier with my progress with her. She has helped me learn the limits of what my body can do and has instructed me with corrective form throughout the entire process. She emphasizes the importance of nutrition outside of the gym to help achieve my goals and to make my time in the gym worth while. She pays close attention to my form when I am in the middle of each exercise to make sure that I am maximizing my benefits from that specific exercise at hand. She also does a great job explaining WHAT muscles we are hitting and WHY we are hitting them in that certain way. She answers all of my questions with great explanations and tailors our workouts specifically based on what I want to do. She has motivated me to the best the best person I can be both physically and personally and its been a great time learning from her and becoming friends as well. I would recommend Allie to anyone looking to have a fun experience in a fitness forward environment, no matter what level youre at or where you are in your fitness journey. We are all in there working towards similar goals and wanting to achieve the same thing, to live a healthy lifestyle. 5 Stars for Allie!

My trainer Allie has been the biggest blessing. Not only has she turned into a friend, someone I can confide in, shes extremely professional and makes me work hard to reach my goals (even when I dont want to.) Ive noticed big results since I started training with her just a few months ago. MAJOR GAINS-GOALS! I love this gym. The entire staff is awesome. Its clean and has enough equipment for everyone to use. Lots of choices!

This is the best gym in the Nashville area, honestly the best gym I’ve ever been to. It has everything you could want in a gym, the most modern facilities and equipment, always clean, they even have water massage beds and red light therapy beds. It has a rather young crowd, and most of them VERY FIT, but I never feel judged here, just surrounded by people trying to get healthy. By far, the beat part about this gym is the trainers. I’ve taken many classes and the coaches are personable, knowledgeable, and just damn good at what they do! I always feel like I am being pushed toward greatness. I’m not an athlete and I don’t look like a fitness model, and you don’t have to be these things to feel great here.

This gym has great hours, 7 or 8 squat racks, multiple cable cross overs and a huge amount of accessory equipment. However, this gym spends a lot of time leaning into the social media influencer world. Its fun at first, but gets old. Trainers wont even nod at you in passing unless you join the group classes.Also, somehow this gym is Named QNTM and there are absolutely NO jokes about quantum entanglement or physics? And the motto is make it count which, by my math, has nothing to do with quantum stuff either. Missed opportunities there.

I’ve been a loyal member since day 1, have witnessed them rise to occasion of challenging circumstances - going above and beyond for their members.Their group classes are great, have met some amazing folks in them. Modern facility with an abundance of machines, treadmills, free weights, benches, and squat racks, plenty of classes including boxing and crossfit. LOVE this gym but one huge problem I hope the owners recognize.. The one thing off is the assisted pullup machine. It is not a good machine (which I call out because this is a critical piece of equipment). The height of the knee pad doesnt allow full range of motion with assistance and cuts off before you get to the top 4-6 inches of the Pullup. This was problematic for my fiance.But otherwise great equipment clean gym and will definitely come again next trip to Nash Vegas. Memorable gym experience!

Qntm is the best gym in Nashville with lots of knowledgeable and professional staff. They’ve recently added Dom to the coaching team which is major win for the fitlab. I love that he incorporates a holistic approach to fitness and is a great motivator. Dom teaches not only fitness, but puts emphasis on mental and nutritional health as well. He is a very valuable component to the gym and the members he serves. Come see what the hype is about! What a breath of fresh air!!!!!!

Ive been going here since the early days and absolutely love it. Great equipment and location. The classes are awesome especially with Tania (shes helped me gain a ton of muscle and lose fat during a pandemic). She also incorporates mindset stuff while bringing a funny and positive attitude... for real, I absolutely love getting up early and spending time here.This place, for me, is more about the community... its not super cheap but you certainly get more than you pay for IF YOU PUT IN THE WORK.I read some people complaining about QNTM being about the money meanwhile they are complaining about the money... we are in an effing pandemic and small businesses are shutting down. Support local and stop complaining. Sheesh.This is the best gym in Nashville, IMO. Its the epicenter of the fitness community and I absolutely love it.Johnny the owner is great. Lisa at the front desk rocks. Tania, Vida, Nikko, Ashley, Logan, Blake and a bunch of people I dont know their names treat me like a good customer and friend. I love it. Thanks QNTM.

I’m a member since last month got to say it was one of my best decisions to be in QNTM. The staff are amazing, helpful, professional and modern facility. I got all access so I can use everything I’m focusing on the Fit Lap classes. However, the coaching and people are so supportive and encouraging. I worked with Logan as a PT honestly, Logan is a professinoal and helpful. I’ve been going most of Logan classes”Fit Lap”. I loved the vibe in Fit Lap. I highly recommend QNTM Fit Lap to everyone.

Super clean and they do what they can to make it a COVID- free environment. The equipment is really nice too and there’s always something available to use, even during those crowded areas. Parking is easy which makes life easy! My only complaint is that my personal trainer keeps forgetting about our sessions and/or rescheduling, so it’s starting to be a waste of time on that.

Traveling for work and needed to find a gym while I’m in Nashville as my usual gym, LA Fitness, didn’t have any clubs in the area. Had the pleasure of finding this gym and I must admit the concept of the gym and atmosphere was dope.Has weight equipment downstairs that gave off a basement slash dungeon feel and cardio, TRX equipment, boxing slash dance class studio and CrossFit box on the main level. Equipment is up to par and definitely what I needed for my 3 weeks in the area, they allowed me to get a week by week pass based on my need with no issues or hassle of trying to sign me up.Honestly, the gym and equipment wasn’t the thing that got me, it was actually the customer service I experienced. I was greeted by Megan on my first day in and she went out of her way to list me with all the dope bars and club spots along with good food recommendations while I was here to ensure I come back and do some hit workouts and cardio. Also, Grace was caught in the act cleaning all equipment throughout the days I’ve worked out here ensuring guests have a clean facility. They also remembered my face and name which shows they care about the guests. Definitely recommend getting litty here for a good workout when you are in the area.

I have been a member of about 4 different gyms since the start of my fitness journey - finally landing at QNTM Fit Life. Being a member since January, I have noticed that their customer service, facility cleanliness, and equipment quality are far more impressive than any other facility I have been a part of.Not only are they doing a really great job at keeping the facility well maintained, especially during the pandemic, QNTM also maintains a very fun and healthy and inspiring community! Their trainers are always willing to help me with any questions I may have regarding fitness, form, supplements, etc.. I always feel held accountable within the group fitness classes to do my best, so that always has me coming back to take more! I cannot say enough good things about QNTM Fit Life. I’ve been taking the Fit Lab classes since 2018 and can see what a difference it’s made in my life in so many areas, not just fitness. As a girl, I know it can be intimidating walking in to a power lifting class like Performance. However, the coaches and people are so welcoming, supportive, and encouraging.❤️ There’s such a sense of community and the positive atmosphere keeps me coming back. It doesn’t matter what level of fitness you start at, the coaches will teach you everything you need to know to be successful. Two years later, I am stronger than I’ve ever been, more confident, and truly look forward to coming to the gym every day. If you’re looking for a new gym home, I highly recommend QNTM Fit Lab.

One of my goals when I moved to Nashville back in September was to get physically stronger, and become more comfortable with weight training, and getting a personal trainer was my first step. Since working with Mykal, I have not only significantly progressed to reach my goals, but have also made a good friend in the process! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mykal, she has made my personal strength journey fun, comfortable, something I look forward to each and every day, and anything but boring! She is not only invested during 1:1 sessions, but is also committed to my progress outside of the gym and is there for support as an overall coach and motivator. I started at QNTM in April of 2019. Originally, for what they offer I was fine paying the high monthly fee. It had open gym 24/7, classes such as spin, HIIT, boxing, strength, core, dance, yoga... really something for everybody. My membership (the highest) also included a sauna, tanning, red light therapy, and more. I really enjoyed the classes and the instructors at the time were great. I was new to the gym life but everyone made me feel welcome and I made some great friends.Then there were some changes in staff and I guess overall culture. QNTM started to get a little self-inflated, even for a gym. The classes (which were an hour long) would only have 20-25 minutes of actual work because it turned into instructor boast hour. We would do a 6 minute AMRAP and then have 10 minutes before starting the next station, partly because instructors talk too much, and partly because they couldnt structure things well. I kept going because I had made good friends and enjoyed the accountability, but the quality of the actual workouts decreased and I wasnt seeing results I should see from going to the gym 5 times a week.Then when COVID hit, they initially werent offering any kind of sympathy or solutions for people. They asked people to keep paying (even though the gym was completely closed) so that staff could stay on etc. I get that they needed monthly revenue to keep the gym alive for us to have something to come back to. But they were not the only people getting hit financially from the global pandemic. When I asked to freeze my account, they asked I show a doctors note saying I had COVID. When I explained that I didnt have it, but I didnt have any income coming in, they agreed to let me freeze my account. I guess everyone was asking this, because they then sent an email letting everyone know they could freeze their accounts until the gym re-opened, but they made sure to add a guilt blurb about how continuing to pay each month will help keep the gym afloat.When things were allowed to re-open, I still didnt feel comfortable with the risk of being back in a gym and asked to cancel. They told me I had to come in (during a global pandemic- which is why I am not going to the gym in the first place) in order to cancel. I did that in July, and August was supposed to be my last month of billing. I was just billed again for September and when I called them about it, Lisa told me that Andrea just didnt put in the cancellation like she was supposed to. Offering no apology at first, she said she would refund me, but only on Monday, because that is the only day of the week they can do refunds. Im sorry, what?I used to recommend this gym to everyone. Its disappointing that like so many others who have recently posted here (that arent staff), Ive had such bad experiences that I had to leave a negative review.

Hands down worst gym in Nashville, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Disrespectful management, overly priced and you’ll be lucky to find a machine unless you go at midnight.To give you an idea, during COVID, the gym shut it’s doors and continued to bill members for months. Then instead of doing the right thing and offering refunds when they shouldn’t have been billing to begin with. They told members that they were only offering a “12 month credit”. This was completely absurd to me as they were basically holding members financially hostage for a year. Given everything mentioned above, I’d had enough and I decided it was best to cut ties and move on.There are many great gyms in Nashville, however this is not one of them.

I recently signed up as a week guest with my girlfriend since we were in town. We both have medical conditions that prevent us from wearing a mask. Per the mask mandate we do not have to reveal our conditions. We’ve had multiple employees give us a hard time. One was the trainer black American. Lisa the front desk and two other Caucasian males. It’s unfair to treat us different just because we cant wear a mask. And they tried to multiple times to threaten to kick us out cause I wanted to be near my girlfriend and workout with her. I don’t feel this is right and I will be contacting the BBB

I joined two weeks before the gym shut down due to covid. Considering they were not able to offer their service, they would cease all payments. I was surprised to find they were still charging me...and would not be giving refund. I tried canceling in May following my disappointment where they told me they will be abiding by the contract and charging me an additional month...on top of the several months they charged me for the gym being closed.... Well they started charging me again in November and December, with the same excuse of not able to refund me due to the contract.... Extremely poor business ethics.. HORRIBLE experience.

QNTM is a great facility. The staff are very nice and welcoming, the location is great, and the choice of equipment is pretty solid. Plus, they offer tons of classes even at the VIP package level.The only cons I have experienced or heard -- Parking can suck at prime times. It is free parking but you could wait 10 mins for a spot. I walk there most of the time so I don’t really worry about it.- Price transparency. I called to ask for prices because I was comparing gyms. I get that you want to bring people in to see the facility and not be intimidated by the cost but I feel like this is just a marketing gimmick. With that being said, the cost is higher than most gyms I’ve been to but I will say that it is worth it if you plan to utilize the varying options they have (gym, towel service, massage, tanning, etc.).So far, I love it and will continue going. I definitely recommend at least a trial visit!

Parking at QNTM fitness between 4pm and 7pm Monday through Friday is an absolute nightmare. I had to join the YMCA because I couldn’t go to the gym at the time that I wanted to go to the gym. The Y has much better accommodations for parking, and is generally a much better gym.The staff of QNTM signed me up for a year long contract at 60 dollars a month without telling me about the parking issue. When I tried to cancel due this issue which was not made known to me, they wouldn’t allow me.So now I have two gym memberships. I will pay out the contract, but I want to warn others considering to join QNTM of this issue. Don’t let QNTM scam you, like they did me. QNTM is a good deal if you don’t want to go to the gym between the hours of 4 pm to 7 pm, or if you can walk to the gym. But the parking is a big issue, and the costumer service is obviously also an issue.I will quit QNTM when my yearly membership ends due to the parking issue, and keep my YMCA membership. Much better.

Warning: see multiple recent reviews regarding customer service!Membership Services is useless. Approached Michelle with a membership concern on May 26th and she proceeded to actively ignore me for 5 weeks. Sent emails and followed-up in person each week and was met with an excuse every time…”What is your name again,” “What was the issue again?”. When I ran out of patience after 4 weeks and demanded a response, Michelle’s answer regarding her poor service was “you’re right, this is not an appropriate level of service; feel free to write an email to Carolyn.” That response from the Director of Membership should sum up how much the leadership team cares about its members.Note: Either there is a deliberate strategy to purposely ignore membership issues if they feel you are a cancellation risk or the leadership team is simply incompetent. Completely inconsistent with their message of “community.” Nashville has better options.

This place is predatory. They refused to answer my email cancelling my membership. I called and cancelled membership. Was told it was cancelled. This was a year ago. I just got a letter from a debt collector saying I owe $400. Avoid this place!

Worst experience ever‼️‼️I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but I was so disappointed and disgusted by the way I’ve been treated that I had to!I’ve worked out at different gyms around Nashville, but I’ve never seen anything like this.I was paying $175 per month to have access to most classes and different perks.First of all, parking is terrible, I even received parking tickets while being a member. I had to contact the parking company to fix the issues and dispute the charges each time it happened. That’s extremely annoying when you pay $175 for a membership.As I mentioned, I went to QNTM because I liked the idea of joining different classes. It happened a few times that some classes in the evening were not being held because there were not enough people joining. Imagine going through all that traffic in the evening, then driving around the parking lot for another 20min to find a spot and then finding out that you can’t take that class. That made me question my decision of joining this gym for sure.When you join, you get a free 3D body scan. Every time I asked the front desk to schedule one, they were unable to help. Then I finally got one scheduled and it got canceled by one of the trainers under the reason that the machine was going through some updates. When I brought this up in my email, QNTM’s response was that in their system it was noted that I was a “no show because I had a long night and overslept”. What?! This is ridiculous!!When I signed up, I was told that I can cancel or freeze my account anytime. I just needed to let them know before the beginning of a new month. When I tried to cancel, I found out that was not true and now I’m dealing with all kinds of issues. I showed up at the gym multiple times trying to talk to somebody, the front desk was unable to help and nobody else was available to assist with the issues. It took the Membership customer service 8days to get back to me. And when they did, I got even more disappointed with their response and how they’re handling this whole situation.Make sure you read everything you sign and ask lots of questions because they won’t be transparent about their policies. And you’ll get screwed over.I had high expectations from QNTM and I’m extremely disappointed with the way I’ve been treated as a client. Terrible terrible terrible!I can’t wait to be done with this!

I come here every time I visit Nashville. Staff is friendly and helpful. It’s a clean contemporary gym with an abundance of equipment. It was relatively busy, but it is large enough that that’s not an issue. Highly recommend.

Since the gym opened back up after quarantine in May, I have been attending 3pm Core classes with Dom Castillo Monday through Friday. He is by far the best trainer that I have worked with, and I have seen more progress in my workouts with Dom than I had in the previous year. In addition to being kind and having an infectious positive energy, he also ensures that each person in class feels comfortable in their environment, pushes themselves, and focuses on quality of movement. Doms workouts are always new and creative - his classes include a unique combination of strength training, bodyweight movements, mobility, and mindfulness to encourage health and wellness in all aspects of life. Training with Dom is always the highlight of my day in the midst of the uncertainty and stress in which we are all living.

Staff do not seem to care about the members. Customer service was terrible during my time at the gym. Staff on the phone would direct you to email the gym with concerns after talking with multiple staff related to memberships. The staff do not seem informed and it felt like the staff were withholding information from you over the phone. When I would email the gym- it would take over a week to receive a reply.The facility itself is clean and equipment is up to date. I would not recommend this gym however due to my nightmare of experience. I was being charged for membership during the COVID closure and could not get a direct answer on refund options. I felt taken advantage of and that the gym has a lack of integrity to its members.

1/4 of the staff is amazing and we have made some terrific friends at QNTM... but this gym is RIDDLED with problems both with staff and policy. The other 3/4 of the staff is comprised of the most pompous, rude and arrogant people walking the face of the Earth. Half of which are labeled “trainers” but absolutely have no business training anyone. In fact most of them need training in etiquette and how to speak to their customers. Nice gym, nice equipment... too expensive... not worth the agony of having to deal with people who could care less about their patrons.

I joined in February - paid an initial sign up fee - and membership each month - paid in full for March, then COVID hit. The staff is super responsive when you want to join - but when you have an issue - expect a week or 2 to get a response.They continued billing everyone and it took weeks, one time more than 30 days to get a response. They suggested that an app on your phone was a substitution for the facility.In the contract, it even states that in the event of the businesses ceasing operations, member does not owe any additional funds. They claimed the app was the replacement. I’m sorry - but I don’t pay $100/month for an app.They claimed to continue to pay their staff and that’s why they kept billing people - but, people were in just as bad of shape due to unemployment, etc. They wanted $250 to cancel your membership in the midst of a pandemic.They received $130,577 in PPP LOANS. They decided to instead screw over their members and not return any membership fees that were paid. I don’t know one gym (and I’ve asked around from people around the country) and no gyms continued to bill their members for a service they could not utilize.I know that a lot of other people feel the same way.And in the event you don’t pay your dues - they send you to a collections agency - yes - got a COLLECTIONS bill months later for more than $1,000. This gym is nice, but the way they treat members after they join and especially during the pandemic shows their true colors.-updated: in their response - they indicate that “we were all sent home due to the safer at home mandate.”False. The gym closed on March 16th and the safer at home mandate did not begin until 7 days later - March 23rd. Therefore, they closed willingly prior to the safer at home order. Your own contract states no further payments are due if you cease operations. You suspended/ceased operations due to your own choice and not a mandate.

They turned me over to a collection agency after my card had to be cancelled due to a stolen number without ever trying to call, text, or email me beforehand. I know Nashville has limited options for gyms, but I recommend trying anywhere else first.

I was one of the first people to join this gym well before they opened. The gym was great for the first few months but has since began to deteriorate in terms of user experience. The gym is in a great location with good equipment, however that is where the good parts end. I recently attempted to terminate my membership with them(will follow up with that in a second) due to the following reasons:1 - You want to go during the hours of 4-6:30PM? Dont waste your time. The gym is entirely too small for the amount of people and it is an epic disaster trying to get a workout in.2. You want to park when you are there during busy hours? Dont waste your time. Odds are you wont get a spot, you will drive around for who knows how long trying to find a spot, with no other free alternatives anywhere near by. And even if you do find a spot you are going to be a sardine in the gym. Oh, but all of the employees have reserved spots where members could park.3. The noise. If you are in the locker room(I can only speak for the mens side) prepare to leave your headphones on. They have a crossfit style class directly above the locker rooms and share a wall with the spin studio. When I signed up they were bragging about the tens of thousands of dollars they spent on the sound system and it creates a wildly annoying result when you are not in the spin room or crossfit room getting the music blasted at you.4. You want to cancel your membership? good luck. I tried to cancel in the club I was told I had to email to cancel. I emailed and got no response after a few days, I called in to cancel and was again told I had to email to cancel. After 3 ignored emails and almost a week a later I had to call my credit card company to block their future transactions. Im sure Ill get a response out of them soon though...

I was charged for three months when QNTM was unavailable due to Covid-19.I really hope a class action law suits filed. I may check into it. They refuse to give me a refund! Based on the complaints I notice, theres no telling how many theyre doing this way. My account was charged March 16th. The gym closed March 17th until May 25th. I cancelled mid May. I kept my account open thinking I would return. QNTM stated, Members could receive additional credit it they agree to still pay. I agreed, but changed my mind canceling in May before the mayor began phase 2 to reopen. They emailed me saying, My account was billed not like the others being the 16th and I wouldnt be billed anymore? Of course not cause Im in a surplus! This gym in my opinion is vindictive on members who want out. I recommend not joining this gym. Its not worth it. I also left Golds for Covid-19 concerns. They explained my refund, billing, and everything without me asking! Ive been a member of multiple gyms. This gym is the only one that I cant get a straight, honest, answer from regarding my refund. I shouldnt even be charged a 30 day cancellation cause the gym was closed when I submitted my termination. That should only apply if the gym is still available for usage giving the member access to use the gym for those 30 days. Ive heard nothing! When I read other reviews on YELP about their encounter regarding their membership, now I understand I was blessed to cancel! ***Please go on YELP. Google YELP QNTM! My husband and I have been going here since it opened. Staff is awesome, gym is gorgeous and its 24/7. Everything is new and kept super clean. Not too many people (for now, which still wouldnt be a bad thing) theres plenty of equipment and free 2 hour parking. I use the water massage daily, its awesome. I recommend this gym to everyone.

Terrible service! You will never be able to close your membership, because they will not return your calls or emails. So be prepared for that...the YMCA is just as good and you wont have to deal with the hassle when its time to close your membership

Was in town on business and always look for a solid gym when Im in a new city. QNTM is hands down one of the best gyms Ive ever been to, and Ive been to a lot all over the country. Hats off to the owners/staff for creating an amazing atmosphere while offering everything youd need in a gym. Only downside is this gym isnt in Philadelphia where I live!

This gym is a scam!! Literally no one who can handle memberships are ever there. They claim they don’t have contracts but yet when you want to cancel no one is ever in who can handle it and when you email no one ever responds. I have left countless messages for managers or owners to call me back and not one person has lifted a finger to do so. The one time I was able to talk to a manager after calling for the 5th time, she knew everything about my issue yet couldn’t pick up a phone to return my call. The owners and managers of this establishment only care about getting your money, once they have it good luck getting it back or getting out!

I was there 8/4,5,6/2018. This is one of the cleanest, if not the cleanest, gym Ive been to. Not one machine, one piece of equipment, one piece of cardio was out of order. The equipment is fantastic. I used a few new pieces I had never used. As a 24/7 facility, to be that well maintained says a lot.

Seriously, you get all the boutique workouts - soul cycle, OTF, CrossFit, boxing, Barre, yoga, etc. - plus classic gym with constant equipment updates, tanning, red light therapy, sauna, hydromassage, bodycomp testing, all for 24 hrs and holidays, for the cost of one boutique membership. This place is a no-brainer.

Best gym in Nashville! I had been a member of the ymca for over 20 years and am very happy I am now working out at world gym music city. The gym equipment is all super nice and clean. The layout of the gym is awesome. The staff does a great job of playing good music that keeps your energy level high and the gym is open 24 hours for those who like to workout late or during hours with little traffic or gym crowd.

This is a nice gym and I had every intention of using it consistently. I had a life event change and the management was completely unwilling to even entertain the idea of reducing of cancelling my membership. They gave me a giant middle finger and said that I am free to pay out the remainder of the contract to cancel. That being said I can and will never suggest that someone give money to a business that is so flippant in their willingness to work with customers during life events.

Although an excellent place to train, I did not like the reception there. First, even though my name was already in the computer for a day completely free to try the place out, I was asked for a photo ID. I could not even use my business card! When I put the card I had received from the lady I had previously met, I heard another person say that was fine, since I had the card. Once you become a member, they are extremely poor at communicating. I have sent multiple messages with time-sensitive questions about my membership. The lost the email and suggested that I didnt actually send them a message. When I spoke to a manager I was told I shouldve called because they dont usually check their email. They were supposed to follow-up and I still have not heard from them.While I like their equipment, the customer service aspect is lacking and very unprofessional.

The worst gym experience in Nashville.I had an awful experience with this gym membership team when I asked to cancel my membership and they took me a lot of money. Slightly over priced and once you add the annual enhancement fee the gym is really overpriced yet the amenities are very nice. Reason for 3 stars: once qntm branched away from World Gym, marketability decreased in contrast to price as this is the only QNTM and World Gym is in multiple locations.

There is a lot to like at this gym if you can walk here, never have a problem and dont use the sauna. The sauna is on a one hour locked timer so you cant turn it back on without a key. Less than 50% of the time the sauna will be on. The other 50% you will hear lame excuses from the staff as to why they forgot to turn a key and push a button on time. Trouble is it takes hours to heat up! Then they have a why you mad bro attitude, if I have thirty minutes to use the sauna and it takes 2 hours to heat up....Im not using the sauna that day thats the prob bruh. Secondly the parking lot is owned by premier parking which bottom line are shysters. Even if you can get the machine to work and punch in your free parking code of the day they may still ticket you. The staff is tired of hearing about it so they have a lax attitude about your potential 50 dollar ticket that may end up on your credit. The parking app crashes usually 3 times before it works and according to the staff that doesnt work when it works, yet other staff members recommend using the app. Olivia the assistant manager is more concerned with winning an argument than listening to the customer and really is not equipped to be a manager or deal with customers. Her endless excuses on why its impossible to get staff to push a button once an hour was extraordinary. 1 star off for parking. 1 star off for staff and 1 off for the sauna being mismanaged consistently.

Updated:Just have to comment on response to our previous review regarding signing up for a membership. Called NUMEROUS times over the course of 3-4 weeks with no help, always passed around, account director or salesperson or whatever happens to never be in the actual gym. Someone finally took our information down on Monday 5/28 (Memorial Day, fine, no problem, most people arent at work but again called several times before this)... but its Wednesday June the 5th yall . Owner replies with: please allow for 48 business hours for response.. however, as noted in previous review, we waited a FULL BUSINESS WEEK for a response. 48 business hours passed from the time we wrote a review even (and still havent received any response other than you pushing us off another 48 hours)... Not a good way to earn business at all. Coming from Los Angeles and Denver we are used to a way different pace of life but cest la vie. This place must be full so move on, look elsewhere, and beware!OG Review:Have called several times to get more information on signing up for a membership. Nobody who’s there can ever help with that and I’m told to call someone else? Finally got someone to take down my information and didn’t receive a call back all week. Not a good way to earn business.
