I got a haircut there earlier today after having somewhat of a personality clash with my last barber. But I think I found a winner with Rod. He didn’t try to force me to talk too much (as I’m truly introverted with new people) and he asked me before he did absolutely anything. Truly he included me in every detail, which was very appreciated and he took his time, which I never ever see. And that’s a nice change. It’s always a nervous time when someone new is cutting your hair but I believe I will be a regular. Thank you!

This is for the “hair stylist” rose. I waited 2 hours before I was in a chair. She kept asking me how I wanted my hair when I had already shown her the picture of what I wanted. I felt like we were doing my hair together. When it was time to do my hair, I literally had to part my own hair. Be a hair stylist, EXECUTE. I was already irritated that I had to wait forever but now I gotta help you do my hair too? And she charges extra for EVERYTHING. She’s not a fast worker and she constantly is talking which prevents her from doing her job. I had a tiny spot in the middle of my head from maybe a chemical burn she says and she was acting like she didn’t know what she was doing. I grabbed the comb and simply parted next to it, simple, dont part right on the spot right?? I got frustrated cause it was like I was having to do my own hair. So I left. She will not refund my deposit although she did not service me. Exactly why I don’t like doing deposits. Go somewhere else.
