The best hair dresser salloon where I have been to entire of life. Normally, I don’t like going to hair dresser because of my serious allergic reactions to hair color. When I went there first time she made me 48 hours allergies test on my arm. When I decide which color is safe for me, she was very polite, she was very patient to me. Thank you very much, you were so kind to me. And thank you very much, you care of my health problems very carefully. I m very happy now with my new hair color and no allergic reactions!!! Thank you so much... 10 stars πŸ₯°

Called to schedule an appointment and the girl answering the phone was very rude. Wanted to know what I wanted and what time I needed. I told her a haircut and I would be there at 3:00. She said no ma’am. We close at 4:30. We can’t take you. Just the phone conversation was horrible

The Cut was good, however for a man to be charged $28.00 for a make over....? Make over? It was a hair cut that took 15 min. There was no make over. All I can say is look at your bill because they are on the take. Not ever going back.

I had a good experience here. I can not remember the ladies name who did my hair. She was black and she was teacher also. Helped with kids that chose the wrong paths. She was so friendly and made me feel welcome right away. She talked to me and made me laugh. She made you feel like she enjoyed doing your hair. Ive been to salons that have made me feel like a chore, and not say two words to me. So Im grateful to this lady for the really nice experience. I will be back!

Horrible wax service on eyebrows. Olivia did not wash her hands. She did not cleanse my skin prior to the service. She wet her hands in the hand washing sink thin used her bare hands to rub water on my skin. She then proceeded to wax my right eyebrow and showed me. She did show me that one which was decent . She waxed off a large portion of my left eyebrow making my face look awful! Waxed me uneven :( She left wax on my upper lip and eyelids. I requested some wax remover. Her response was β€œYou want some grease”? My skin was beet red and inflamed. She did not apply any sort of conditioner or make any attempt to soothe skin. I did not notice how truly bad I looked until the next morning when the redness was gone. Left eyebrow does not even extend to start of my eye. I called her at the salon and she flat out denied it. I asked to speak with a manager. She told me a manager would be there Monday and hung up on me. It is now Monday and I have tried calling 4 times and get no answer. I am not surprised. Please see attached pic of the hideous eyebrows Olivia gave me.Shame on me for trusting a Master Cuts place for waxing lolI spoke with a manager and to her credit she apologized for the bad service. She offered me two future free waxes by her which I declined for obvious reasons. I will be lucky if my eyebrow even grows back properly in 6 months.

Worst experience in my life!!!!!! Sarah (whos name tag says instructor) was the person who cut and styled my hair. First she put the cape to tight and I had to tell her twice. She tangled my hair even after it was shampoo and conditioning. I do not have issues with tangles when I wash my hair. Second she kept poking me in the eye while trying to comb my hair. She pulled my hair a lot and her hands were rough when she ran them through my hair. I told her I dont use a lot of hair product like hair spray, gel or mousse. She used them in my hair anyway without asking me or telling me what she was going to do before she did it. While trying to blow dry my hair again she kept pulling my hair out and it seem she did not know how to use a round brush to blow dry. While she was blow drying she kept burning me with the blow dryer I had to tell her a several times she was burning my head. I asked for a straight blowout and she used a curling iron on me. And never once did she give me the hand mirror so I could see the back of my head. Another employee offered to re do it but after that I didnt want anyone to touch my head. Also if Sarah was the instructor what the heck was she teaching them. My hair feels coarse and nappy after she did. I had to go home and wash my hair again. My hair always feel silky smooth especially after Ive been to the salon. If any of u go here please think twice..😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑

Terri gave me a fresh fade. She was very nice, friendly, and professional. My hair cut looks great. I would highly recommend going to her next time you need a cut!

Called to see if I needed an appointment as It was Sunday and they said to come after 4:30 as a walk in, well I guess they werent too busy as they left before posted closing time, so a drive for nothing. I normally go to the Rivergate location but they have also been closed for 2 days looks like I need to find a new place to go

Terra did a great job cutting my husbands hair. It was a simple business cut that had grown out about 3-4 inches. Easy, simple; she did a great job and did exactly what he asked for.We had a $2 coupon in an email to show her but it wouldnt pull up on our phone because the internet/phone service in the mall sucks. Terra gave us the $2 off anyway, very kind of her.

Showed up at 10:05 so that I can get my hair dyed. Sign says they open at 10am on a Friday. It’s almost 10:15 and they’re doors are still shut with the lights out. I wonder if their boss knows they can’t bother to show up even after their salon opens....

Lady was rough on my head and wouldn’t stop coughing everywhere not even covering her mouth. She didn’t do a fade after I asked her to TWICE. She also β€œcleaned up” my eyebrows and now people are asking me why I shaved my eyebrows. Don’t go here.

I visited Master cuts for the first time last week and I was very impressed with the service.Toi (stylist) cut and highlighted my hair. She modified my hairstyle slightly, explaining what she thought would look good and checking if I agreed with the changes before making them. In the end, I was completely satisfied with my hair. I highly recommend Toi if youre looking for a hair stylist with the artist flare.I also liked the environment of the salon, clean and comfortable. Stephanie, District Leader was present, very caring about her team members and attentive to customers. I highly recommend this salon if you want quality care and hair-styling.

Stylist Terra will passive aggressively mess you up each time if she has decided she doesnt like you. Its really subtle at first, but youll notice purposeful unevenness, long hairs left, & other half assery which each visit. Pay attention to her language, she also slips in passive aggressive jabs. Very unprofessional & seems like she only has rudimentary grasp of what she is doing. Finally had it come to a head last time as she clearly had one side of head far different than the other & then refused to fix it. Got passed off to another stylist. She got my tip. Its probably better to save your money & go to an upscale place. Each time I have gone Ive had to fix things once I got home. Go look for people who really really know their stuff.

Unfortunately, I left Master Cuts feeling unvalued and disrespected due to poor communication on the employees part about my service.I came to the Master Cuts in the mall on a recommendation from my sister on December 30 around 2:15pm. I waited by the reception desk for a long time before my presence was acknowledged. Eventually an employee asked How Can I help you I stated that I was interested in receiving a flat iron treatment and was told to come back in an hour because they were busy. To clarify, I replied by stating I would return in an hour to which I was then told to come back in an hour and a half. When I asked that my name be taken to secure an appointment, that employee simply ignored me. I repeated my request and another employee said she would put my name in the computer.When I returned an 90 minutes later, I was once again ignored. I stood by the desk and then took a seat. The same employee who told me to come back did not bother acknowledging my presence. After two people walked in and were serviced in front of me, my sister asked if someone was available to do my hair and two employees exchanged words but neither of them answered her question. This prompted me to go up and ask the employee who said they would put me in the computer, if she indeed did that to which she replied No, but I can do your hair after this.I declined and left the store because at this point it was clear to me that the employees were not interested in working with me nor valued my business. I will never come to Master Cuts again.

I am from Ga and came with my husband on a business trip. I needed my hair washed and blow dryer. I came in and was greeted and told it would be s few minutes. The stylist named Sarah called me back and told me to have a seat in her chair she would be right there. Another stylist named Elizabeth from across the room yells at me I need to go back to the lobby its not my turn. I tell her the stylist told me to sit in her chair. She yells at me no I need to go back to the lobby. So I go to the lobby and she continues to fuss about me to the client in her chair. Sarah comes back and then tells me to go to her chair I was actually my turn. Sarah did a wonderful job! Every time Elizabeth walked by me she would snicker. I am a area manager for a corporate salon and I can promise you if Elizabeth worked for me she would be fired on the spot. She is absolutely the rudest person I have ever meet. If it was for Sarah I would have walked out and went bAck to my hotel and got my hair done.

I went to mastercuts because I trusted a more expensive salon to do a better job then a low cost salon. All i wanted was a trim. When I left my hair was wet. My hair is wavey when its wet, so it looked ok when I left. The next day when i dryed it and styled it i noticed one side was longer then the other and one side had butchered layers. I would have went back but it was have only made it worse. Worst experience.

My sister went today to get her hair done at master cuts. She came home in tears after stylist Elizabeth dyed her hair wayy to dark to begin with, but the overall finished product looks ok I will give her that much. Its not the hair that we were concerned with its the part where she not only dyed her hair but 2 inchs around her forhead and about 3 inchs of the back of her neck is also dyed! I get the poiny that using a darker hair dye will stain but as a professional stylist you should wipe the excess hair color from the skin as you go. Elizabeth clearly did not do this! She let my sister walk out of that salon with her face and neck looking the way that it did. And then charged her $160 for this service. So our mother decided to go up to mastercuts and see what they could do about the problem at hand. When we arrived Elizabeth immediately had attitude when we asked to see a manager (We were told they have no manager) so we then asked why she allowed a client to walk out of the salon looking the way that she did? She said that it was normal for the dye to stain the skin and there was nothing she could do about it. So we then said how it was unacceptable and something needed to be done. She picks up the phone and calls her manager who then instucted her on how to fic this issue. We were treated with the most horrible customer service and lack of knowledge on haircare. If I am going to a salon and spending $160 I better not walk out looking as if I dyed my own hair in a dark room. My family will never return to this salon and i recommend that you dont waste your money neither!
