Got a wonderful massaging shampoo, while sitting in a shampoo chair that massages with feet propped up! A hot steam towel on face while bring shampooed! Then dried hair, just a basic, no styling involved. The lady was very nice and professional.

Had an awesome experience at this Sports Clips! Friendly people and great conversation. I’m absolutely happy with my haircut! These folks are top notch and talented! Alex did an outstanding job!

Terrible haircut. Was in a pinch while traveling and needed a cut within walking distance. Against my better judgement ended up here. Stylist was nice but quality of haircut and attention to detail was brutal. It’s not like I have difficult hair - #3 on the sides, blend and trim. Let’s face it, good stylists don’t end up working at a Sports Clips - they are all rookies or those not good enough to work in a high end salon or go out on their own. I should have known better, but didn’t feel good about going back in for a correction. So after spending $27 on a cut, I then walked to Target to get $50 clipper to repair the damage. My advice - Avoid and go somewhere else.

Great place for a haircut! I had the pleasure of working with April and she was fantastic! She took great care of me and I will for sure be back to see her. I recommend checking in online if youre in a hurry.

Update 12/2018Although I left feedback immediately, I was not contacted until 11/29. I was told the person who cut my sons hair was no longer employed at the location and was offered a makeup visit. I did take him back. Amanda cut his hair and did a great job. She was very gentle and courteous.Original 07/2018This was the first time Ive ever gone to a Sports Clips.  I brought my son who is 3.5 years old. He is very good when getting haircuts.  He may move his head at times, but hes never upset.  The stylist was rough with him and ended up nipping his ear twice.  I didnt see the first time, but he was definitely not moving the second time.  I was watching. Although she seemed pleasant, I dont think she worked appropriately with my young son.  Ive been to different places to get his haircut.  This was the worst experience Ive had.  I definitely did not want to leave a tip, but their system didnt give me that option.  I find that generally inappropriate. I left feedback through the website twice, but no one has responded.

I had a haircut few days ago. When I came home I found that it was not cut evenly. Overall it was really bad. I don’t want to go back again.

Covid-19 has sure affected a lot of salons and hair grooming places but this place is very professional,clean,and valuable. If you plan on coming here WEAR A MASK! I dont think they will let you in if you dont have a mask on. They are limiting people in here. Please keep practicing social distancing. These ladies here are doing amazing ! Keep up the great work. You all are doing good with kids and adults ! If anyone is curious will they cut childrens hair, yes. They do and will. Please have them bring a mask! Parents too !

Signed in at the store waited about 7 minutes for my name to be called only to be bumped back by a person who checked in during my wait. Now my wait is longer than when I originally checked in. Im good with checking in online to avoid the in store wait but it should not put you in front of customers who are already in line.Most likely my last haircut here.

Place is clean, however it is hit or miss with the stylists in terms of their customer service inclination. The online booking system is very primitive and only works when location is open which is very odd.

I took my grandson here to get his hair cut. The girl who did his hair was great. She was patient and worked well with my 7 year old. She did a FANTASTIC JOB on a hard part to the right. It came out looking great and she got it to work with his cowlicks. Will go back to her. Wish I could remember her name. She is the petite blond at the Bellvue location. Thank you!

Amanda & Texas run the most amazing place. Great customer service, friendly to boot and the epitome of what Sport Clips has to offer. I go no where else due to their amazing service and welcoming atmosphere.

First visit as a new client you get a free wash, hot towel and scalp and shoulder massages. Not to mention friendly folks who work there treated me well. Recommendation...of course

My husband took our 5 year old and himself for haircuts. My son came home with a mop chop job. I was not happy with it at all, if I had taken him, he would’ve been back in the chair before we left. Then I found out combined, the cuts were $52.00!!! Never, ever going back. Pretty sad when mom can’t get out of one errand with the kids.

Very friendly people. Nice haircut. However, I walked in with my son and waited an hour before his hair was finished. Even when his name said “on deck”...we waited an additional 20 minutes before he was in the chair. I watched several people walk in and back out when they saw the board display how long until the next haircut. Not a great way to encourage customers to return. I do not have time to wait an hour for a haircut. I like the concept but unfortunately can not afford to lose that much of my day waiting.

I take my kids here to see Texas and she is the only one in town I trust with their hair. My 2 year old son would not sit alone until she cut his hair and I am very glad not to have him in my lap the whole time. Checking in online makes it quick so I do not have to wait long. I like the prices and the MVP after a long day of work!

Texas is great and she did my haircut amazing about a month ago.I decided to come back today but just saw whoever was available. I asked for a trim and got the opposite. Dont know how that happens but my hair is chopped up and not even decently and Im out 20 bucks.

Was not impressed at all. I normally go to the Charlotte pike location but due to time I couldn’t today. The lady that cut my hair was clearly under the influence, knodding off and falling asleep as she was cutting my hair. I would never recommend this place to anyone. My haircut is horrible and I will have to pay somebody tomorrow to fix it.

Amy Jo Sims is the best stylist! She has been cutting my hair regularly and is the reason I go to this location! Turnover in stores sends customers away so her being there year and year has made it work for me. I look forward to each visit!

It was about 10:45 a.m. when I walked in. I was the only customer there. I had to sign in at a computer kiosk. I did that, but my name didnt show up on the large monitor on the wall. One of the barbers tried signing me in, but no matter how slowly and carefully I would give her my phone number, she continued to key it in incorrectly. I was so frustrated after multiple attempts that I left, then drove 18 miles to an old-fashioned, wait-your-turn-and-well-call-you barbershop downtown. When did doing something simple, like a haircut, become so difficult?

The Nashville West store Ive been going to for a long while.. Its become very poorly managed with less than average talent. Went today and sat for a long while. Watched and waited.. Walked out and will never go back..

Very slow.long wait. Guys dont wanna have to wait an hour for a hair cut and they do not want a 30 or 40 minute hair cut. I waited an hour to see 5 people get a clippers cut. Will not go back.

Never ask them if they can do a Flat top. They will tell you yes and I received the worst flat top of my life there and its been 20 years I have had a flat top. When you ask for zero and get hair on the side of your head that is a problem. I wont even talk about the top.

Friendly staff, clean, usually less than 10 minute wait time unless you happen to go when its back to school time. Staff seem happier to be there compared to other salons in the area
