I had the Benchmark haircut with Brittany. The experience was incredible, she saw me for a few seconds and nailed the style on the spot, she was very attentive to detail, and made the haircut in a few minutes like it was magic, the hot towel treatment, the ash facial mask and the hand massages were superb. Highly recommended!

It was an amazing experience. I got an excellent hair cut. The entire process was painless and fast. Antwan was the best hair stylist I’ve had. He was attentive, patient, helpful and happy to be at work. What stuck with me the most was his recommendations on how I could style my hair. I will definitely be coming back.

I’ve been going to this boardroom for about 5 or 6 months now. It’s the first place I found in the city that consistently knew how to cut my hair. Everyone is cool, friendly, and professional. I usually get mine cut by Caitlyn🤘🏼 Good conversation and good vibes. I have long, Extremely thick, and curly hair; Caitlyn’s is pretty similar so that helps haha but the point being they can cut any style. Back every month

So far I’ve gotten two haircuts from Antwan and both have been fantastic. Besides a great cut, Antwan and the other staff members are affable and great to be around. Great vibes and quality here.

I’ll start by saying I have a membership here and frankly love the place. But Jennifer does such an amazing job with my haircuts and as a bonus she gives such good scalp massages during the hair washing that she’s gotten rid of my migraines before. If I could give this place 6 stars I would.

I felt so safe and happily greeted from the door(Jordon) from wearing a mask and checking my temperature. To my stylist Asleigh B,You should ask for a Benchmark and a nice cold beer(hope to get this back soon) and the full service as before.

I’ve been a Boardroom member for 3 months and I was excited to see a West End location. This is now my go to salon. From day 1 the staff has been polite, professional, and they give a fantastic haircut. My go to girl is Veronica. She does the best “benchmark” service and, in fact, sets a new benchmark at a higher level. She does an amazing facial and arm massage and I highly encourage anyone to visit this location.

Kari was amazing. Made the mistake of going to an amateur(even though hed been doing it for 40 years he didnt know what a quiff was and straight up gave me an undercut) in Lebanon and i needed what they messed up fixed fast. I had a date coming up and she(my GF) told me the way the guy in Leb cut my hair looked like he gave me a bowl cut in the back. I needed help and i told her(Kari) that. Through the consultation, we talked through everything and i walked out of there with the perfect haircut and the one i wanted. The staff are amazing. Kari showed me how to style my hair in the morning and what products she recommended for it. The date went well and now she loves the new hair! I couldnt be happier with their service and its worth every penny plus a handsome tip for a handsome cut 😎

Haircut was ok... the hand dipping experience was... weird. One of the workers brought in a crying kid, so yea, the whole experience was kind of ruined. The old school atmosphere felt kind of cheap as well... gimmicky.

My boyfriend and I walked in because the salon looked beautiful, they got us an appointment right away (within a hour) and we could not be happier! Lorena was fantastic! She gave some suggestions on the ideas we presented with and it turned out better than we could have hoped. With my boyfriend being as picky as he is with his hair he was so happy! She listens and understands your ideas! Very friendly and personable! We are from out of town, but would definitely reccomend to anyone in the area! ( oh and you get beer while you wait)🙌🏻

This was my first time at the Boardroom Salon on West End, I got Ashleigh as my stylist and she was awesome !!! I did the Benchmark and the whole experience was great, but most importantly the hair cut was on point. Ashleigh hooked me up with a new look and offered some tips on keeping it together. 10 stars for Ashleigh and the crew.

On Sunday I flew in to Tennesee for business. My day was consumed of running around and I decided to get a hair and beard cut. I googled the best Barbershop near me and thats how I learned of your barbershop. I went to the one in brentwood first but they were booked all day but the staff was highly professional and very polite. They called the West End store which had openings and off I went. I arrived at the west-end location again I was greeted very warmly and professionally. As a side note I am very particular about my cuts but let me tell you Mo did an amazing job. Very patient with a very steady hand. Best cut EVER!! I wish they had Boardrooms in Michigan but every time I come back I will definitely come back. When people are away from home and there comfort zone they want to feel like they are at home. To all the Boardroom members THANK YOU for making me feel at home. #AWESOME_PLACE_TO_BE!!
