She did not listen to anything I said. She cut it waaaay to short. Cut off most of my facial hair. I only wanted the back trimmed off and cut around my ears. I am thoroughly unhappy.

Nice place and very clean. They do really great cuts and facial threading. I wouldve given 5 stars but they dont do shaving and bald heads with razors. I guess being open 7 days a week makes a solid 4 stars. 😄

They should let customers know about appointment fees ahead and update price for hair cuts. And, dont surprise your regular customers with extra fees at the time of cutting his hair. I always used to wait to get my hair cut and one day he told me i could wait or comeback.So, i made an appointment and he didnt mention anything about appointment fees or else i couldve known. He also said that he charges $20 for mohawk when its $16 on their board. And, dont get me wrong because i had that hair cut several times at that place and i tip them at least 4-5 dollars and make it 20. But, it felt and seemed like they had plenty of customers who pay way too much and just wanted to get rid of some.ps. They cut hair really nice. No doubt about it. But with lots of customers waiting, their quality have gone down with me.

These people are only good for super short mexican style or african american style hair cuts. Rest is very bad. I gave this guys many chances over 3 yrs. And have tried every guy there, except the main guy or the owner rest are ok. But my rating is 0. They ruined my long hair, i hate this place & wont recommend it to anybody

The best haircuts in Tennessee period i have lived in TN for 7 years and these people can cut hair i think there from kurdistan,iraq which if you know very polite and strong moraled people live there awesome people as well as barbers i go here every week and i live about 30 mins away
