The lady barber who cut my hair for 2 months is super cool. Shes not there anymore, however, there is another barber there who will turn you away if you dont have an appointment. Very unprofessional! If you see him there, he wont take you. Overall, a good neighborhood shop, but since the lady barber isnt there, its garbage!

Every time I go I get in any of the 3 barbers that is available with no problem.
