Efficient, careful HVAC repair in the middle of the snow storm!My furnace went out in the middle of a cold night, and I called Pat at 7:00 am. Jason, the owner was here with his assistant in about 3 hours using his own truck because the maintenance vehicles cant get around in snow. He had the problem assessed (new circuit board needed ) and picked up and installed a new one in just over an hour and then solved the problem about what made the board go bad. It may help that I live 2 miles from his shop. He does my seasonal service on my two units and you can bet I would recommend him and his company for any repair to be done properly. Time to replace my oldest unit in the spring and he will hear from me again.

Very quick and responsive service. Technician arrived within two hours to troubleshoot the issue, determining a failed part which was under warranty. Weldon was very helpful in explaining the issue and returned first thing the next morning to replace the part. Would recommend!
