In Nov we had a ice maker stop working we called the Sear Home Warranty number and A and E came out order part and 2 weeks later installed parts. Then 2 weeks later the water was no long going into the cube tray and water was froze all over the ice machine and freezer. Called in repair and after 1 week the came back and said we needed to provide are on repair service because no provider was available in my area. I spend 4 hours on the phone between Sears Home Warranty ( Cinch ) and A and E. A and E who is owned by Sears and Cinch ( now Sears Home Warranty would not talk to each other. So I had to setup a appoint with A and E without warranty and pay out of pocket and turn in receipts for reimbursement I was told by A and E that the warranty was only good from the time of the first call not from when parts was installed so therefore I had to pay again, service man comes in wrong part were install

I was given a 4hr arrival window. The tech did not call when he was in route. Annoying, but not a big deal. The technician was able to quickly and accurately diagnose my leaking dishwasher. However, the cost of labor and the service call was ridiculously high. He even told me their repairs were on the high side.. I declined the repair as it cost more than the dishwasher was worth. I ended up buying the $50 part and fixing it myself.

This place is out of business. The scratch and dent store next door is also gone. It has been replaced by a company selling appliances in their own label box. Not sure if they are new or seconds.

Tony came on time to repair my freezer which was not defrosting properly and I had to remove all the food from it. He tested carefully several options as to what was causing the problem. Then he decided that a timer was causing it not to self defrost every 6 hours as it should. He had the part in his truck, brought it in and installed it. He gave a clear explanation of all he had done. He waited a while to see that it was now working well, which it was. He had a very courteous manner and we appreciated his performance very much! We feel confident that we can use Sears Repair in the future when necessary! Thank You, Sears!

Terrible service. Charged $140 to diagnosis dispensing issue with fridge. Made wrong diagnosis. Remains broken. Unwilling to offer repair or re-diagnosis without charging again. Customer service is non-existent. Save your money and time. Hire a professional third party.

I didnt end up hiring Sears for my repair, solely because I was transferred to another person that asked the same questions as the last one, I lost confidence in any repair person ability to complete the job.

They charged $90 to come out. I gave them the appliance and the parts I needed. The guy showed up saying he got no information, was only there to diagnose, and said the parts would be hard to get (I got them on line in 10 minutes) and it would cost $500 (!!) to fix but he’d give us a 10% discount coupon to sears to buy a new one.It’s a scam!!I’m disputing the charge and finding someone else.Never again.

The center that my wife and I went to are very racist and the worst service ever we spent $2500 in their for a washer and dryer and they did not want to even help us I will never ever shop there again Dont ever shop there and if you do please be the same race
