Efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable! (And, did I mention the good prices?) This is by far the best pool supply place! They always provide sound advice and never oversell you. There is convenient parking just outside the shop, and there are wheeled carts to haul things to and from your car. Servicing ones own pool is a pleasure when you have the help of this family-operated business.

I am a local swim teacher. Last season, i was teaching kids from Hungary & their pool turned green...days after their pool service had been there. I found you. I visited the two other pool stores in town looking for a part, and, not only did they not have the part, but they also suffered from a lack of knowledge on what I needed. I luckily found Your Pool Specialist, and visited, without much hope for success. Much to my surprise and delight, the owner of this family run business new exactly what I needed, and they had the part! I also learned they will test my water for free, just like the other places in town, and they offer maintenance too. This is hands down the best pool store in town. I like that it’s family owned and operated too. Go here.

Bought a house they were already servicing and decided to keep the service. Missed every meeting with the pool guy. Never game when he was supposed to. Talking with owner who was supposed to meet me to transfer payment and show me how to use the pool funtions, never happened. Pool had a leak and was waiting for the owner to schedule a time for him to come by. Waited a week. Made serveral calls to check on when he would come out. NOTHING! canceled service that day. Worst customer care Ive seen in a while. No call backs and never met an appointment. When I called to cancel they didnt have the slightest concern as to why they were losing a customer.

Compared to local prices. Very inexpensive.Also very knowledgeable.

RED FLAG READ THE REVIEW DANGEROUS THREATS TO HOME OWNER LAZY PEOPLE LYING WAY TO MUCH CHLORINE NOT BALANCING POOL then started harassing us with the bills treats we refused to pay because pool is terribly dirty have a full proof of it pictures witnesses however owner went nasty DISRESPECTFUL desperate for the money behaving not professionally highly experience black mailing of threats STAY AWAY FROM THOSE PEOPLE SWEET IN THE BEGINNING TREATS AT THE END here is the story everything was okay in the beginning because Joe the owner did all work himself he did that to get us in and after one week or two nice situation have changed because another guy started to clean the pool right away we could not use our pool because his guy put way to much chlorine we couldnt breeze near the pool, or go out on our lanai complained to Joe ( they stopped over loading our pool w choline yet we could not use the pool either pool chemical was not balanced his guy we saw his 4 times never bring basket to balance the pool, terrible here is the rest of the story his guy did not show up on sep 1 after that we had Irma no body serviced the pool so he sent guy sometimes mid sep after the cleaning pool remind dirty full of brown spot everywhere LUCKING BRUSHING same story on 2 nd clean, got tired of it texted him if u wont clean u wont be paid Joe started threatening me w collection agency told him lol off he upset me a lot texting treats taking advantage of me thinking am an idiot to pay for dirty pool ?? i dont think so reporting this guy to police for black mail and other legal org IN MY OPINION AND EXPERIENCE BE CAREFUL HE PLAYES SWEET IN THE BEGINNING YET WE HAVE A BAD END according to what we went thru we think Joe is dangerous have nothing good to add about this guy be careful, staying way is better idea, I ve hired other pool company reporting Joe to BBB people must know the truth Naples is tired of scamming and liars those always know what to say full basket of lies and bad job in cleaning

Inflatable plastic floats were greatly overpriced. They do have an impressive inventory though.
