I’m completely confused by all the positive reviews on this business. DO NOT hire this pool company. They never return phone calls or emails. They NEVER come to clean the pool, EVER. Our pool is completely green and it’s impossible to get ahold of them or even leave a message because the voicemail is always full. My pool has been green and full of algae for two weeks. We hired this company in April and they’ve managed to completely ruin my pool and my grandmothers pool within 3 months. The last time they came to clean the pool the woman stated that the guy they recently fired was apparently “skipping pools on his drive” We are not home 24/7 and it is impossible to know when they come or if they don’t. BOTTOM LINE, don’t hire this company. Check out the BBB website, this company is rated F

I give two stars because Darvin is a good person. Nothing personal here.We had two pools with Beach Pools up until this past week. Both pools turned completely solid green with algae.The manager came out to one of our properties and let us know that the pool techs were skipping pools, which is unacceptable. I guess we were the lucky ones who were being skipped.I called on both pools and on multiple occasions. When we were told that the pool tech would be present, they did not show up. On one such occasion, the paper inside of our pool timer was on the side of my house, dropped onto the ground, not sure if it was the tech, but, there was failure to record weekly visits.My wife is home full-time, and on several occasions, she observed the tech or other techs bring into the pool area the ph testing kit and their brush/long pole to scrub the pool. They then brought in chemicals, dumped those in the pool, picked up the ph testing kit, grabbed the brush and left!My advice to anyone who hires this company is to watch the techs. Our experience and observation is that there is no adequate training or accountability when things go wrong. Most likely there needs to be leadership training.It cost me time and money to get my pools fixed myself, both of which are crystal clear now. Our new provider starts this week.

Where to begin? This company never returns emails or messages. They blatantly lie about coming to service your pool. I was away for a week in October and came back to a pool full of algae and debris (and I have a pool cage!!). Checked chlorine and it was zero! Sent a message saying I know they hadn’t been here in at least two weeks and there was no way I would pay for a full month after what happened with my pool. No response, and they haven’t been here since! This business is full of lying criminals in the Naples area. And I’m betting they are finding a way to delete poor reviews, as there is no way I am the only one this has happened to.When these people used to actually show up, they were here for 2-4 minutes maximum, once per week! Save yourself the money and do this stuff yourself. Your wallet and pool will thank you!

I recently found Beach Pools for service. Aside from the service alone, the owner, Darvin, has been prompt with returning calls for questions and even made it out the day I called to check out my heater. Very friendly, very professional, and quality work!

Beach Pools has been taking care of our pool for over a year and they are simply the best. I no longer have to worry about our pools performance because they are on top of everything. Weve worked with other pool companies and Beach is the most reliable, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They are a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.

My family rented a beautiful home on Marco Island, which had a beautiful salt water pool. There was a small hick up with the pool which made it turn green. Peter from Beach Pools Inc jumped into action and restored the pool to a crystal clear condition and saved the last few days of our vacation. Thanks again Peter for your attention and professionalism in our time of need. Peter made several visits, two to three times a day to get it right, now thats service. Thumbs up!
