Erick & crew are very professional they been taking care of my communities pools for a year now. We just gladly renewed and are starting up landscaping lighting contacts now..... will update in few months. Bottom line they are professional, on time, and extremely fair with pricing these days it so hard to find all those qualities no matter the outfit. Solid Business Well Done

Johnny Vegas Pools and Landscaping has maintained our pool for several years and has been able to locate and fix leaks when we have had them, they fixed my sprinklers and landscaped our yard into something we always wished for. Great to work with. I love that it is a one stop shop for our yard, custom yard lighting will be something we want them to tackle soon

Warning: Bad Experience with JohnnyVegas PoolsI never like to speak poorly of anyone but doing business with Eric at Vegas Pools was a circus of events. If they can do a quick mediocre clean weekly, give you a checklist of what was done (mostly not done because we would watch from inside) and collect their money easily, this is the company for you. However, if you expect timely repairs, preventative care, your pool kept clean (brushed and vacuumed) and timely response to problems or concerns, this is NOT the company to use. Now, we have been using them for 3 years and each time there was an issue, we gave them the benefit of any possible doubt. They have re-plumbed, changed three motors in 3 years (we only have two motors), replaced a heat exchanger and replaced the computer components (plus other things). We pay bills promptly (usually within 5-10 days of receipt)and have never complained about the price quoted for anything. Our biggest issues (1) lack of timely communication, (2) saying something would be done at a certain time and it not happening at that time, (3) feeling like we were a distraction to his landscaping/lighting business, (4) our provider always having to call another company for repairs because they couldn’t do it themselves. However, our single biggest disappointment was the unprofessional way Eric terminated us as clients and how he maliciously left our settings in improper positions so the spa would not work properly. That’s right, “he terminated us” because my wife asked him too many questions, expected him to show up when he promised and to do what he said he would do. His reasoning “you don’t make me happy and I’m not gonna be unhappy”. He just left during a service with valves turned in the wrong positions, the controls in service mode, and the spa actuator turned off. When we texted and asked him to put our controls back into the proper position, he texted back that they were and that our new service can help us figure out the problems. Just an FYI...our new service walked us through the changes in 10 minutes over the phone before we even signed up with them. Finally, for anyone doubting my comments, I have a series of texts documenting everything I have stated here.

This company is amazing! Always do a flawless job and go the extra mile to blow out excess grass and pickup any fallen palm fronds! Great value and great consistency with upkeep!
