These guys are rock stars! I cant say enough about how they not only handle routine maintenance well, but when a repair is needed, they are responsive, thorough and creative to fix the issue quickly and at the most reasonable cost. They also notice stuff that others have missed. We didnt have an overflow line in our 2003 pool and they figured out a way to repurpose another line and get that fixed. Steve is a tenacious problem solver with excellent follow-up and communication skills. I highly recommend them for maintenance and project work (pumps, filters, etc.).

Wonderful and worry-free experience. I was away and needed a one-time cleaning as Id suspected my pool to be out of chemicals and growing algae. Samantha was very responsive, courteous and acted immediately. My pool was serviced the next day and there even was a no-charge follow up trip to make sure all was okay. Samantha kept me informed frequently explaining in detail what to expect and all that had to be done. They even did a free leak test to make sure my pool is not losing water. We have been using Pool Service Unlimited since we moved here 9 years ago (to live here year round) and are absolutely pleased with their pool cleaning service, maintenance and repairs. Our pool is always vacuumed and scrubbed spotless and our water is always crystal clear (an amazing feat as we live on a golf course and are surrounded by lots of dust and biological particles). Whenever something needs repair or routine maintenance, Pool Service Unlimited is here ASAP and has us up and running ASAP. Everyone, from the owner to the engineers and technicians, to office personnel, to the pool cleaner, is top notch professional. We love their care and ability to fix whatever is needed and above all to keep our aqua waters beautiful 24/7. We swim daily and use our pool all the time so having such an outstanding service is very important to us.

Aqualink directed me to use PSU. I was immediately floored with the quick and courteous response I received. We needed a control panel installed for our spa. Joe came to the house to provide a quote. All seemed reasonable. While he was there, he checked the water level and realized we needed a valve replaced. He took care of that and later returned in a timely manner to install the control panel. Joe gave us a tutorial, and we have had no issues. Thank you for responding quickly to my emails and fixing our problems!

Not knowing anything about pools when I bought this home, the owner offered to come over to give me a few tips. He actually stayed over 30 min and told me everything A to Z that I needed to know. Before he left, he showed me the service panel on the side of the house and if in an emergency, like water is shooting out of a broken pipe, press this service button and itll stop everything.Boy am I glad he showed me that, because there next day, I turned on the spa button and it started draining very quickly to who knows where?! I wondered what would happen if it drained completely and the drain pump would then suck air instead of water - would it have sort of like a heart attack?! I pressed the Emergency service button on the side of the house, and thankfully, the hot tub stopped draining.The owner of Pool Services Unlimited came by immediatley and explained something broke (he wasnt the original pool maintainer), and it shouldnt have been draining like that and it was good I pressed the Emergency button. That saved me mucho bucks!He then explained I needed a new something or other, and I was freaking out everything was going to cost a ton $. Luckily, his bookkeeper called me with just a hundred or so for I think they called it an actuator?I also bought a heater from them, because the previous owner took his old one with him. Anyway, it was inexpensive according to my Realtor, and its been about 2 months now, and everything is working like a charm.Super pleased with these guys, and the pool cleaner that comes each week is the best - pool looks clean and great every week!Price is right, awesome quality, and invaluable experience. Weve had need to use (3) companys to service our pool over the past several years. One did a very poor job cleaning and balancing chemicals, one left our area for service - so selected Pool Service after chatting with neighbors who use them. I started with this company a little over a year ago. It was my first time owning a pool, so I had a lot to learn. Everyone from the office personnel to the equipment installers to the pool technicians have been incredibly patient and supportive. I had a WiFi controller put on my pool so that I could control the pool filter and pool temperature remotely and they did a great job installing it. Really helpful to have since this is a second home for me and I don’t need to heat the water when I’m not there. They are also very responsive and accommodating over the phone and by email whenever I need to make any special requests concerning scheduling. Great company - highly recommended!

Called their office at 4Pm after learning our pool company failed to service my pool & it was turning green. Steve came within the hour, serviced the pool, called me with an update and came back again the following day. Needles to say I hired them to continue servicing the pool and have been pleased with their attentiveness and level of service

We have had 2 previous pool services companies and weren’t satisfied with either. I found Pool Services Unlimited on the web and am thrilled that I did! The owner, Jeannine has been easy to talk to and I can tell she and her husband are working hard to make sure all their customers are very satisfied with their services. Our technician, Alberto, is thorough and friendly and we am very pleased with his work. Our filter is disassembled and cleaned each month, our pool is vacuumed, pool walls are scrubbed and the chemicals are measured and adjusted as needed. I started with Pool services unlimited somewhere around 10 years ago. It was fabulous Peter was a great guy and He took great care of his customers.He sold his business about a year ago. It’s been awful .We just move down full-time to a new house and found out that our pool device that turns salt into chlorine never worked.The new owner is just terrible to talk to with and has a real attitude. His company has been servicing our pool while we were away and at the new location never told us that there was no chlorine in the pool.We got our own test kit and did it ourselves.They charge more than other companies and don’t do a thing!I left a large screw in the bottom of the pool for a month to see if they would ever vacuum the pool. We paid for it but they never did it!What a shame is such a good company turned into such a shambles. Three people on my street I fired them in the last week.Don’t get near them!

Pool Service Unlimited installed a pool heater at my home in South Fort Myers. When my old heat pump went out, they responded very quickly, hauled away the existing heater, and installed the new one in a matter of days. Plus the price was right. Very happy with the service and price.

I called Pool Service Unlimited and WOW they were able to come out on a Monday morning same day service, they followed up with me during the day and explained everything, Great service woke up this morning and pool working and water getting back to normal

On my 3rd pool srvc vendor and finally a contractor who takes pride in workmanship and attention to details. Tech takes time each week to service pool and spa...not a how fast can I get out of here mentality. As long as service keeps up, no reason at all to ever search for a vendor again. Would highly recommend giving Pool Service Unlimited a call and tryong them out, especially if you are disappointed with your current unclean and incomplete pool cleaning.
