Never confirmed our appointment, then was rude when we arrived 10 minutes after the requested time. Owners son cursed us out (thought I wasn’t listening) at the end when they began to pack up without cleaning one rug. He continued being belligerent when I told them to leave, even wishing my wife harm. Never again!

2nd time using them and they do 10x the job Stanley Streamer does at a fair price! Cleaned my couch this time! I must praise their employee Jordan who was friendly and efficient!

Rick did an amazing job on my area rug and microfiber furniture! It looks like new and the prices are very reasonable.

They’re easy to get an appointment with and come in a timely manner. I had my entire sectional couch steam cleaned as well as our large area rug and I was extremely pleased with the results. Both carpet and couch looked brand new and were completely odorless. Everything dried completely within a few hours. I felt that their pricing was very reasonable as well.

I have white wall to wall carpet. Captain Steamer did the most wonderful job on our carpet. In the twenty-two years we’ve lived here, I’d say without reservation that this was the best ever job done on our carpets! Delighted we found them!

We’ve had Captain Steamer, Jason and Mike, clean our carpets and rugs for the past two years now. They are extremely efficient and very professional. They arrive right on time, get right to cleaning and when they leave, our carpets and rugs look brand new. The rugs are deodorized and sanitized, too. And to top it off, they are very reasonable. We highly recommend them.
