I have used Eduardo twice for sealing the tile and grout in two of my homes. They did a quick and thorough job and priced right. I would highly recommend them for that. i do not have carpet but I have heard great things about their cleaning of carpets, especially restaurants. We are in a professional networking group and I have only heard great things about them.

Eduardo and his company, Superior Steam Cleaning and Pest Management are terrific. He provides great personal service. My law firm has used him to clean and seal the tile and grout and steam clean the carpet in our office. He has also done the same in our home. He does great work. One of the special features of his carpet cleaning is that he uses high quality equipment that does not leave the carpet wet.He also does a great job with coloring old stained and dirty grout that make is look new. I highly recommend using his company.

We tried many others including, some of the National brands, before we found Eduardo and Brian at Superior Steam. We have 3 little kids, 3 big dogs and 2 cats. No one else was able to get the carpets clean. And they were much cheaper and used all organic cleaning products!

My floors were worse after he left he had to come back a week later to try to fix the mess that was left behind. I don’t even know why I paid him because I’m going to probably have to hire somebody else to steam clean all the floors again. The only thing I can say that was good was he was professional and he showed up exactly when he was supposed to. I would not hire him, I don’t know what he put on my floors but it made a mess.
