I used this cleaners because my wife recommended them. I sent several shirts. Included were 2 monogrammed tailored shirts and only 1 was returned. I contacted the owner and complained .She told me that she would contact me in several days. I waited for over a week and finally contacted her .She informed me that they had been very busy. In reality she had no intention of compensating me for my loss. In my opinion because it was a very fancy shirt with a banded collar, one of the employees liked it and it dissapeared.I was confused about. the color of the bag,but not about the shirt,My final words in my mind my shirt was stolen and youre a thief. Keep the shirt and keep your money.

I would not recommend this dry cleaners to anyone. The location does not really matter as the dry cleaning is outsourced to 1 of 2 cleaning locations. My dry cleaning was not ready for pick up on the date that I was advised it would be ready. No explanation. When I went to pick up my dry cleaning 4 days later, the smell was so bad that I had to leave my garments outdoors overnight just to get rid of most of the excessive alcohol smell. I dont know what chemicals were used in the cleaning process, but in all my years of taking clothing to a dry cleaners, I never had anything come back with such a strong foul odor. Im embarrassed to even wear these garments in public due to the odor, so Ill now have to take them elsewhere to get the rest of the smell out. I will not go back to Fashion Dry Cleaners.

I bring my Couture garments to Fashion Fresh, so far the best drycleaners in SW florida. The quality and service sets this cleaners apart from others in Naples. The counter Girls are always smiling and I’ve called the office before spoken with their manager Gaby. She is fantastic. I love their service. 😄

Great cleaners! My shirts always come back very nicely pressed; I even got a ribbon tied around my sweater nicely folded on the hanger!! Customer service was also very impressive Jennifer & Yarelis are very helpful and always wearing a great smile!

They do good work and Jennifer, at the Tamiami Trail location, is friendly and professional. When I requested heavy starch and they didn’t do it the first time, they took back my shirts and redid them at no charge.

I went in the store (mind you having one of my worst days ever) and the woman that greeted me had the biggest smile on her face, and asked if there was anything she could help me with. She was so pleasant and made sure I was well taken care of, her costumer service was amazing! She brightened up my day, thank you Jennifer for having that smile on your face!

My husband went to pick up my $3000 suit pants and when the person behind the counter went to find them she noticed that the hanger was empty. She found them in a heap on the FLOOR. They are ruined - feet prints and snags and of course filthy. No apologies - just a shoulder shrug. She happened to be the manager so no one to even escalate it to. Definitely will not be going back. Wish I could give NO STARS

Editing my former review from a month ago:I was told to write a review on Google Review PRIOR to getting clothes cleaned for the first time as to get their discount.Do NOT get your better clothes cleaned here!They did not have a clue about cleaning silk. It took many angry phone calls until they finally corrected the problem which at first they refused to do —- and blamed on me.Jerry’s Cleaners is where we go now.

This company is the worse at dry cleaners ever for black shirts!! They have ruined 3 shirts this year one was replaced earlier this year and these other 2 shirts they arent doing anything about!! $65 dollar dress shirts in the garbage and no credit no replacement no nothing! For over 6yrs Ive been coming to this place and I will no longer go there again stay away they do bad business and dont even consider the customers ruined shirts!
