We had water damage from a whole house dehumidifier that broke. At first he came to our house to survey what needed to be done and we agreed with his assessment.When the workman, one guy, showed up he had to be reminded by the Project Manger that the drywall needed replacement not just patching but that was settled quickly.The one workman was great. He did both rooms so they look as if nothing happened. However now we are stuck waiting for the floor tile we want. My wife gave them the model and mfg but after not hearing anything for a week she called and was told they are still trying to source it even though we gave them two places that had the tile.The work was excellent but they need better communication between clients and their company. We have no idea when the floor will finally be put in. We are hoping for next week.

Beware! I was told I needed 2 units (dehumidifier and an air scrubber to dry out my condo after a faucet leak in the bathroom. I needed neither of these.24 hours for these and a regular fan like you get at Home Depot and the bill was over $600. I was warned by the plumber that came to fix the leak that Fire Kleenup was a rip off and it was that and more. Thank God I told them to get the units out the next day or it would have been twice that or more. They try to sell you a bill of goods. Thankfully I wasnt buying.Beware and stay away unless youre filing an insurance claim and then they rip off the insurance company (which makes their costs go up). Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well.

Stan Harder was excellent. He made the whole process very smooth. He was quick to get a hold of and very professional. If you want the job done in a timely manner and done correctly then I would recommend Stan and his fire service team every time. Thank you so much for your help.

If I could give them a negative star, I would. I have first floor unit in a condo building in Naples FL. The unit above mine had a water leak, and damaged my unit. I was told by my management company that the owners of the upper unit, who were in the process of moving, accepted responsibility. I was out of town. Fast forward and Fire service puts a lien on my property for the cleanup that was never my fault. No notification, just a lien, showing up in the mail. The unit owners above me accepted responsibility and paid the bill. Two weeks have passed and still no release of lien even though they have been paid. If you have another choice I would stay away from Fireservice!!
