I contacted PuroClean to clean my rental home from smoke smell that was reported to me by my cleaning lady. Jamey came out within the hour and provided me with a honest assessment of the situation as I live out of the area. He stated that he did not believe that a treatment was needed, thank you for your honesty. They will have my business in the future.

I was so impressed with the professionalism and quality of work that was performed by Puroclean . From my first call to ask about the services Puroclean provided, to the final removal of equipment, the team was at the top of their game . I was cleaning our home after a particularly awful virus . The owner of the business was available to answer all my questions, and arrived with the rest of the crew. The cleaning people did an impeccable job . Not an inexpensive procedure, but you pay for the expertise and integrity .

Wow! When I saw the mold on the shower ceiling I figured I was in for a lengthy repair process. I called PuroClean of Naples based on a recommendation and was not disappointed. They were able to come out the very next day. They arrived on time, down to the minute, to make an assessment. The VERY NEXT MORNING, they had the mold eradicated. When I called Puo Clean I spoke with Shawn, and he immediately sprang into action to guide me through this aweful time. He sent two of his best workers to address my flooded home. Tony and Livan were the most amazing professionals I have ever dealt with. During an extremely horrible and disastrous time, dealing with a flooded home and then moving everything out overnight, they were my hero’s. They were fast, pleasant, careful with my things and made me laugh during it all. Not only would I recommend them, they now are like family.
