I recommend calling ahead if you are looking to go here, these barbers are good so believe it that they are popular. It’s not strictly appointment based but you are better off trying to get one... if you just show up it will be awhile unless someone cancels last minute or running late. If not you will be sitting there getting mad like the guy who gave a one star and not know what you are missing... promise you that

Dared to try this place for the first time since it is near my house. Got there. There were some customers waiting already. I knew that I was going to have to wait. Hour and a half later, 2 other guys showed out of nowhere and one of them sat down in one of the barbers chair and was going to be attended with no respect for the other customers that have been waiting for a while. Walked out of there with no plans of coming back. I can not give this place a 0 star because the review rating does not allow it.

Made an appointment for 10:45 (they are supposed to open at 10:00). Got there at 10:30 place wasnt even open. One of the barbers shows up around 10:35 to open. Another customer who was already waiting when I got there walks in before me and we both sit down in waiting area. Barber starts playing with TV remote so were stuck listening to ESPN blasting out of ceiling speakers. A third customer shows up and immediately sits in barbers chair and starts getting haircut. Another barber shows up around 10:50. He says nothing to either waiting customer and busys himself doing something. I wait another 10 minutes and then worried that their haircuts might be as bad as their customer service/work ethic I got up and left. Went to another shop (Sports Cuts at SW corner of Pine Ridge and Goodlette Frank Road) where I was treated like a customer and given a good haircut. Ill be avoiding this place from now on.
