I love going to my pampering day at salon mulberry with Kerry. They are very welcoming always offering a drink hot or cold. I always get a great head massage. Kerry cuts to perfection every time. And the organic products have no smell no burn. Merry puts covers over the arms of my glasses so I can read while is sit. Then I know when I am done I have the same cut each time not a little different, the same that is very important to me. Perfection every time!!

This is one of the best salon experiences I have had in the last 15 years. The staff is friendly, professional and hospitable from the moment you walk in. My stylist (Zenia) gave me a beautiful cut. She was so helpful in not only with the haircut, but suggesting a deep conditioning treatment for my overly processed hair. Im so glad to have found this place and her as a stylist. I cant say enough nice things about Salon Mulberry.

It was my first time ever visiting Salon Mulberry and I can say is that they have a new loyal client! Luann gave me the best haircut ever! Staff is super friendly and luann was very helpful helping me figure out what kind of cut style I should go for. I’ll definitely be recommending this salon to everyone!

Called prior to being 15 min late and was told no problem after answering several questions about the appointment. However, upon arrival we were confronted by a rude male stylist with yellow dirty finger nails. He informed me that he had another appt in 30 mins. Which left the question as to how he was going to wash, cut and style my wifes hair in a mere 45 mins. Obviously if you want that Collier County quality service I suggest you ship around. Its unfortunate because there are some GREAT stylists at this location. Also, the manager DID call to rectify the situation but we are not comfortable allowing a disgruntled employee cut our hair. Note to management: explain how to speak to customers and resolve disputes. I apologize for this but it has to be said.

Lisa was so kind and really pushed me to be more creative, which is the push I didn’t know I needed. Coming into fall I wanted a dark chocolate brown color with depth. I feel so confident with my new hair and plan to return to her for a refresh every 8 weeks. She recommended a product to me that I will also be using to give my fine hair more volume, and gave me beautiful layers that blend perfectly. She is quick and efficient while still detail oriented. My stylist is Chris and you could not do better anywhere when it comes to his professionalism, willingness to listen to his clients and his expert color and cut. I moved to Naples from Chicago where I had the same stylist for over 20 years and I was not an easy client for him, but he won me over and has never disappointed me in the two years I have been going to Salon Mulberry.

The blow dry was alright. I was extremely disappointed that I didnt see my stylist until 24 minutes after my appointment time and had to check in with the desk about when I might actually be seen.There were patrons without masks on and stylists with masks below their noses. I was sat in a chair immediately next to another patron for the wash and during the blowdry. The chair was not wiped down between guests. These health protocols are unacceptable in the current climate, so if youre at all cautious of your health and spreading the virus, Id recommend going elsewhere.

My experience at Salon Mulberry was terrible. Not only was it unprofessional but it was way over priced. When I say unprofessional I mean the stylist put foils on crooked and missed pieces of my hair. She got color on several parts of my face. After washing and rinsing my hair she left globs of blue shampoo in my ears. When I brought it to her attention she kindly removed the shampoo. At this point I noticed that she reeked of cigarette smoke. I had shown the stylist a picture of the cut I wanted but the cut did not resemble the photo I showed her. It was ok but not great at all, very boring. When I got home I noticed something that I had never experienced before. The back of my hair had a line in it where one color stopped and another started. I considered going back to have her fix it but I was not sure what I would end up with so I cut my losses.

This was my first visit to Salon Mulberry and I felt very welcomed. Annabelle adjusted my color (which was needed) and gave me a fabulous cut which has been easy to blow dry myself. I will definitely return.

She was technically precise (hard to do with a blunt style because it needs to be even) and she gave me some home-care suggestions to help my coarse/wavy hair smoothen out. I booked online the night before and had my hair cut by Sofia. Shes so great and sweet! The salon itself is immaculately clean and the washing chairs are very comfortable. She gave me an awesome scalp massage too and cut my hair just like I wanted. Will definitely be going back and I will be referring all of my friends who live in town.

There is a total lack of professionalism when dealing with an existing client. I was going there for a long time (year round) and then it became impossible to get an appointment. No matter the special circumstance, over a week in advance, no effort was given to figure something out. It was just “go somewhere else”. They’ll be empty come summer!

Very relaxing atmosphere with a pretty decor and good products. Staff are friendly and the new owner is a serious salon pro who has been in the business for many years, is dedicated to customer service and bends over backwards to accommodate my busy and difficult schedule. They are working hard to establish a following of year-round clients in addition to taking care of the return clients during the season. For those of us who are in Naples year round, I find their focus on what I need as a traveling working women extremely helpful. And the good comments I get on my cut and color are great!

My wife Kathy moved to Naples from the UK and visited Salon Mulberry last week. Glenn and Joe gave her her first American cut and colour and it looks great. Shes had the chance to wash and blow-dry it a couple of times and the cut is perfect. It falls beautifully and looks brilliant. The colour is great, just the way she likes it. She has fine, temperamental hair which can be difficult, so, well done guys.

Fantastic! I have tried several high end salons in the Naples area and this is the best by far. Kerry matched the blonde color I wanted from the picture I had ( I had showed the same photo to another stylist and she couldnt match it).While my toner was on and I was leaning over the sink, she treated me to a neck massage and hand massage. This was no wimpy massage either!While the deep conditioner was on, she put a warm towel with some aromatherapy oil over my head to help the conditioner penetrate and the smell of the oils was soooo relaxing.This place is a spa. I am so glad I found it and will be returning during my times in Naples.

I had my hair done here for my wedding since I got married next door at the Hilton. I made an appointment over a month in advance. I was the only customer in the place and I asked simply for a curling iron set on my almost to shoulder length hair. The style she gave me was rather flat and she clearly didnt put enough product in it, as the curls started falling out as I walked to the counter and proceeded to pay $85 plus tip(!!!) for the style I received. It wouldnt have beeon so bad if she hadnt WAAAAAY over-charged me for what was clearly a no-effort service. I could have achieved a better outcome with a curling iron in my hotel room.

My friend recommended me Cassie for haircut I made appt. cut was great, after I had consultation with same, showed her picture of what I wanted she said she can do it .Few months after I called to make an appointment receptionist scheduled me in three weeks( it was February busy season ) I said ok I’ll wait as this is”best salon in Naples” so I came from Marco Island at 9am for my appt when they told me they scheduled me with wrong stylist ?! Are you kidding me waited 3 weeks drove from Marco for that NOT ACCEPTABLE !Owner apologized said will give me credit for inconvenience( kudos to Kerry great Customer Service) and booked me with Cassy in few days 🤦🏼‍♀️ Little did I know of what is waiting for me.Came back to Cassy she did full head blond highlights as I wanted looked nice I told her that is it NO TONNER JUST WASH MY HAIR AND BLOW DRY(My hair has red pigment toners make highlights and scalp gray+ purple+ yellow. Cassy puts tonner after I told her NO so she can make extra 50$ on me and my hair ( even her colleague another useless hairdresser commented to her customer toner turns highlights beautiful so I can hear it REALLY?!) turns into a mess .Kerry came over to blow dry my hair it was so yellow that I looked bold I started to cry ( i grew my hair for 7 months to get dark base and to make it healthy again) . Kerry told me she will not charge me I told her does she really thinks I came to her salon if I care how much would cost!!!!!!! I came cause they are advertised best salon blah blah blah. Went two days after to Chris in Organic Hair salon to fix my mess even he said How she got those colors I never saw this?! Really me neither !!!! He couldn’t do much,fixed a bit to take out yellow and purple color but he did not want to ruin my hair. I went day after for a cut they offered me with Stylist level 3 !!! How hard is to cut hair straight line across !! I got uneven straight cut And left salon with wet horrible cut hair .?! Kerry and Chris Thank you for all you did I will not return ever I wish your hairdressers are more trained to modern hair styles, color, and listening to clients etc. and not to up-sell toners, products etc they would made more tips then cost of a single tonner. They should look at Topstar Hairsalon in West Palm Beach how to do hair!

My first time here, Edmund did my roots and he was very good, and very nice. I had no problems and a very good experience. For the next time in town, I made an appointment here a month in advance (not with Edmubd, he was unavailable). I received a call the day before my appointment for a reschedule due to illness, so my appointment was moved to the next day. The next day, a woman who was not the usual secretary called and made another reschedule, for the next week. Because it was due to illness, I didnt mind too much, as these things are unavoidable. But when I showed up for this appointment today, the usual secretary was back and my re-rescheduled appointment was non existant. The woman who scheduled it didnt actually schedule it! I am re-re-rescheduled for tomorrow, but only to get my roots done, when my appointment had originally been made for a haircut and a full head foil. I am very frustrated, and if it wasnt for the fact that the woman who did this superb f up was not the usual secretary, I would never make an appointment there again and would give a 2 star rating, the extra star being for my previously good experience. I hope that in the future, someone who is not incompetent will deal with these things when something prevents the usual secretary from coming in.

How really fascinated with this room. After 3 years living in Naples and 2 times my hair was ruined in other salons, I found this beauty salon and Ushi (Ursula) who treated me like a queen, left me with gorgeous hair and beautiful color. They use good products, super clean and with a quality worthy of 5 stars. Super recommended. Ursula speaks Spanish and English.
