Had a fine appointment getting lip filler bedsides being HEAVILY bruised. But got a botched kybella and was told that they don’t want to see me anymore because they can’t help fix the issue they caused.

Poor communication, cut me off over the phone to tell me that nothing they offered was going to help me. Even though I told them 2 different things, my texture of the skin on my face is not going to be helped by any of the 3 facials you offer or both either? Really, wow. Unfriendly on top of that tiara needs a new job.

Went to Blue Seas to get a Kybella treatment by Erin Peters. She said this product works 100% of the time, so I got the treatment and waited for the 3 months to see the results, as I was told to do. 3 months came around and the small amount of fat i had on my chin before was nothing compared to the size of my neck at my follow-up. Erin agreed that it looked worse and offered a discounted cool sculpting treatment, which didnt work. So I was offered a free cool sculpting treatment, which also didnt work. Now a year later, I still have a chin twice the size, and I called them since I have a follow-up for the cool-sculpting soon and the office manager, Tiana, told me that they no longer desire my business and I am a lost cause and cannot be helped. So not only did they botch my neck, but they also told me that I will just have to figure it out on my own. Erin was always kind, but Tiana was so rude and so offensive as a business manager that I cannot fathom ever stepping foot in there again, even if i were welcome there, which Tiana ensured to me that I am not.

I have been going to Blue Seas Med Spa for 3 years. I see Summer, Jessi and Erin. I swear every time I am there, which is once a month its like I am hanging out with my best girlfriends. Everyone is SO nice and helpful. When they reopened recently I was more excited to see the girls vs. my actual treatment. Also, they have taken great precautions with all things covid. I felt very comfortable when I arrived. I would hands down recommend this spa to anyone and everyone!

I went in for an appointment with Jessica C. this morning. She was very informative and helpful! She explained exactly what was being done and gave me great recommendations on any future facials that my skin would benefit from. The service was so wonderful, and they have done so much in terms of covid precautions! Cannot wait to go back! 10/10!!!

Erin is the absolute best! Super informal and takes into consideration all your wants and needs. She gives you honest opinions and doesn’t let you “over do it.” She is kind, sweet and not pushy what’s so ever. I am so glad I found a place where I feel comfortable. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Loved my experience with Paula at Blue Seas. I went in for fillers and was quite nervous. She thoroughly educated me on the process, was extremely calming, and gave me realistic expectations. Results were terrific. I highly recommend Blue Seas.

I went in for a cool sculpting consultation to remove some unwanted fat under my chin. I was told I was a candidate for two treatments. I asked if after these two treatments I would see drastic results. I was told yes, and if not they would do a third treatment for free. I just had my three month consultation after my second treatment. I expressed to them that I was not happy with my results and was not seeing a huge difference. The staff member then implied that I could have gained weight over the holidays. Stepped on the scale and I was the same exact weight. All they said they could do for me is offer me a discount and I could pay over 600 dollars for a third treatment under my chin. No big deal that I just spent 3,000 dollars expecting to get my moneys worth. I truly feel I was mislead and do not recommend Blue Sea Med Spa for cool sculpting.

If I could give Blue Seas Med Spa a 6/5, I would. This place is life changing! After years of sunbathing and tanning beds as a teen caught up with my skin, I found myself frequenting dermatologists and med spas seeking treatments to improve/correct the damage. From bleaching creams, to chemical peels, to microderm - you name it, I tried it. Sometimes I saw temporary results, but I usually walked away feeling disappointed. Enter Blue Seas Med Spa. The overall experience at Blue Seas is truly unmatched. In addition to having extensive education, knowledge, and expertise, the staff and technicians at Blue Seas take a very personalized approach to treating each and every person that walks in the door. They take the time to very thoroughly explain any treatment or product they are recommending and why to ensure you feel comfortable and confident with any choices you make. They also take the time to follow-up to ensure you are happy with the results. Erin is a total rockstar who I would recommend to anyone! Shes knows her stuff and she is a total sweetheart.
