This is truly my new favorite place. To get my haircut. Ive tried almost all places in the area for a haircut and this is my new place. Think of your wifes salon then its just guys in there. No gimmics like sports clips and the barber/stylists actually know what there doing.

Great salon. Friendly people. Prices are steep for a haircut that took 10-15 minutes. I understand skill determine length of time but $50 is double the competition.

My husband has below shoulder length hair, and was looking for something different then one length. Showed a picture of a short/medium length with multiple layers, so he would not have to pull back into a ponytail anymore.What he got was a $60 4inch trim (which I have cut many times in past 3 years for him). He couldnt believe that the picture and his head didnt match. And being a nice guy and in disbelief, didnt know how to express his disappointment in his haircut.

Hayden does an excellent job. I dont know much about style and he gave me a hair style that workedfor me. Ive never had anything like that happen at a great clips. The counter service is good too.

Katie was great! Very friendly, very professional and I got a great haircut. Yes, it costs more than your budget hair whacker joint, but they didnt just deliver a haircut. It was a haircut experience, complete with hot stone massage, hairwash before and after and a delightful conversation. Im not from this area but you can bet that the next time Im in Naperville, Im going to visit Eighteen Eight!

Hayden did an amazing job with my haircut and beard trim and will certainly be returning to see him soon. The aesthetic of the salon is more upscale and does cater to those coming from their office during lunch or directly after work with a replacement shirt during your cut. They do offer drinks such as coffee and soda, one suggestion I would have is the addition of an alcoholic beverage while you wait like a bourbon or beer, even if it were to cost extra. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I look forward to returning.

This is not at all an inexpensive place. But I will say that since I have started going I have not regretted the extra cost. I am no fashion plate, but when I get a haircut here I have had more positive comments than anyplace else, so the stylists are managing to get the most out of the material they have to work with.I like to splurge from time to time on extras like a facial, or getting eyebrows waxed. All of these and many more are available. Good for the times where you dont just want a haircut, you want a bit of a break from work and stress.Very friendly stylists, and a professional environment and level of service.

For some reason people keep complaining about the pricing. The prices are very fair (if not cheap) given the expertise (about $36 for a meticulous cut and fade). Furthermore, they take the experience to the next level by providing a robe to change into to ensure that no loose hair gets anywhere on your shirt. Brilliant idea! Im just sad I cant take this place with me back to San Francisco where a plain haircut is at least $50.My stylist was Hayden, and I couldnt recommend him more. Ive always had to touch up my hair after a haircut and Hayden is only the second barber who left me without any touch ups to make. Im definitely bookmarking this establishment so I can come back the next time Im in town!

I’m always satisfied with the cuts I get from 18/8 Fine Mens Salons - Naperville. I come here every other week and he always makes sure to give me a perfect haircut. Much better than great clips

I had an appointment for May. I received a notification in my email that the salon was closed another month. I figured okay I will try again in the summer. Couple days later owner did one of the classiest things, calling me directly to apologize and let me know they would not be open in May. I look forward to giving more business to in the future!

So I usually come here and get my haircut fro. Sarah who’s a Master Stylist but she was off today so they said Clayton was there who’s new. I was reluctant because when you find someone you like you don’t want to switch especially someone who is new and more junior. I couldn’t have been more wrong! Clayton was fantastic in every way! He actually learned from Sarah which is great. He’s super friendly, very thorough and gives you an amazing haircut. I was very happy and would be happy to come to him anytime. I highly recommend you go see him. Try Sarah also as she’s fabulous. You won’t go wrong at 18/8. This isn’t a paid ad. When I love something my friends know I’ll share with others as I like them to also have a similar experience! Excellent service, clean and professional atmosphere. Hannah has been cutting my hair for months and always does a great job. She takes excellent notes and always remembers my preferences. This is well worth the money.

A nice new mens salon concept. I like that they have a robe you can change into, especially when wearing a collared shirt since this location is near my office and I go on lunch or after work. Good quality cut with hot foam neck shave and hair wash and hot towel on your face at the end. Hannah is good! Priced between Sports Clips and Mario Tricocci.

I wish 20 stars was an option, I guess 5 will do. The entire staff is friendly. Not only do I get a great haircut and service, I feel welcome. The place is clean and it is clear that not only Sarah but also management cares about their customers. I strongly recommend this place, especially Sarah . Go once and you will be hooked. Best haircut and shave I have ever had. DO IT NOW you wont regret or regert it. I will not go anywhere else! Also the membership is WORTH IT!!!

I really liked this place. It wasn’t even convenient for me to go but I really really liked my guy here. One time I was 10 minutes late for an appointment and the girl at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive. She cancelled my appointment and sent me out the door. Guess my $40.00 for a haircut isn’t worth 10min. Never coming back.

A nice salon with complimentary soft drinks. The layout is awesome. Each chair is in its own private space. I received a very high quality haircut.

Front desk was not clear on how long it would take and never even mentioned the price. Long story short I got a ok hair cut that took 3 times longer than any Ive gotten at other places and cost twice as much. I gave 2 stars because I do like the way they did my neck line.

I go to Olivia, and she has given the best hair cut I have ever had the past two times I have been there. Service is good, and place looks clean. The only complain I have is that I feel that this place is a little over priced. Other than that this place is great.

Supernice service really trying to be extraordinary, also in terms of interior design and treatment. The haircut though was ok, and almost 40 bucks. Men just want a quick haircut, this one took 50min without waiting time!
