Had my first facial today and absolutely loved every minute of it! Miha is so friendly and great at what she does. She really makes sure to educate you on everything she does to your skin and the benefits. She also will let you know what you need to do as part of your at home care. Definitely check her out, you won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait for my next one.

I am not one to write reviews, but Unfortunately I had a TERRIBLE experience! 😔First,My appt. was at 1:30 pm,she did not get back until 30 minutes later, since she was working with another client which I understand if you’re busy but at least let your new client know you are running behindSecond,When she released the client before me, she immediately called me in. She did NOT clean or sanitize before taking me in the room. I didn’t even see her wash her hands, With all these viruses going on, sanitize should be a TOP PRIORITY in a spa.Third,she got started on my peel and while she was doing the extractions which I had told her beforehand that I prefer gentle extractions since I have sensitive skin. She went in with a needle and extracted in such a HARSH way. It was painful and she just kept putting the same pressure even if I kept saying it hurt.From the peel /extractions my face has more red pigment now which stinks because it will take a long time to fade & the needle left more scarring!I sent her pictures from how my skin got worse and she didn’t offer any refund or at least partial for it.If you’re looking for a spa, I suggest going somewhere that is sanitary and where they treat you well!
