Top Level Fitness is a great place to workout. I just finished the 6 week challenge successfully and I plan on joining permanently. In the 6 weeks working out and following their meal plan I lost 9.6% body fat. I have a lot more energy and I definitely see a difference in my workouts and of course my physical appearance. David, Chris and Sean are great trainers to work with. They keep you motivated during the workouts and know what they are talking about. In my case since I have some major injuries(two thirteen inch titanium poles fused to my spine) they always are right there making sure that the exercise I am doing is not bothering my back. If it is they modify it right there on the spot. The workouts always change and it pushes you every time you go there. Everyone that works there is extremely nice, even Liz at the front desk is a joy to talk to. The owner Zach is very involved in the gym too, he has lead some classes I have been in. He is a very motivating guy. They offer cryotherapy as well, this does wonders for people that have injuries like myself. Three minutes in the -140 degrees chamber and you feel like a new person. I highly recommend this to people that have injuries or are very sore after workouts. Overall this is a great gym to workout at.
Top Level Fitness is not like any other gym. I just completed the six week challenge and I can tell you that the staff members at TLF are dedicated to making sure each client is successful. When I began the challenge, it had been a very long time since I exercised. Zack, Sean and Chris made sure that I could continue with the program by modifying exercises for me. I didnt have to stop because certain exercises were too hard. At the same time, they pushed me when I needed that too. The staff members really know what they are doing. They have a solid understanding of the exercises and health in general. They gave me great nutrition advice and helped me when I had an injury. Chris took the time to teach me stretches that I could do at home to help my leg. Again, because of his help, I was able to continue with the program. The members of the gym are wonderful too. People were very supportive and I found some great workout buddies who encouraged me along the way. I would definitely recommend Top Level Fitness to anyone who is looking for an exceptional gym.
I found Top Level Fitness on Facebook and decided to try it out. It was a great choice I made, they helped me reach my goals on losing 20 pounds and 6 percent body fat. The staff was always there to help you out in any questions you had on your diet plan. They also pushed you on the workouts so you got the full benefit from the workout. If you want to finally change you way of life on your weight this is the best way to do it. I highly recommend using Top Level Fitness on reaching your goals.

Top Level Fitness is hands down, the best gyms I have ever been to. I started with a 6 weeks challenge here and continued with a year membership right after. Their workouts are great and fit for any person, each exercise is demonstrated by the coaches in the beginning in order to perform your workout in best possible form and achieve max results. Staff here a TLF are awesome and very supportive wether is the fact that you are always greeted with a smile or whether you need advise in fitness, meal or just a person that will support you mentally thought your journey towards achieving your desired goal, they are there for you anytime. Also Top Level Fitness provides you with accurate measurements and document your progress every step of the way. The environment here feels like family! To me joining the Top Level Team has been one of the best decisions in my life!
Life-changing!! I started a new job about 3 years ago, and I was probably in the best shape of my life. Then I woke up one day about 7 weeks ago and realized I had put on 46lbs in the 3 years since starting the job.Actually, I didn’t know I had put on 46lbs… but I knew I had put on a bunch of weight, I had no energy, was mortified about my appearance, and was just overall miserable. I was working 12-hour days (not including the 1hr commute each way) – 6 to 7 days a week. Ironically, during the same period, I was paying for 2 different gym memberships that I wasn’t using. I didn’t want to cancel the memberships because I kept thinking paying the money would be my motivation to get myself back on track… but it wasn’t working... I wasn’t getting motivated… I just kept getting more and more out of shape.Then, about 8 weeks ago, I saw the Top Level Fitness ad on Facebook. I “liked” it, so then it started appearing more frequently on my news feed. After seeing the ad over and over again for about a week, I decided to go check it out. I made an appointment to meet with Zack on a Friday evening, and he convinced me to give it shot. As soon as I got home, I convinced my wife to sign up, too. I went in the next morning for my orientation and “weigh-in.” That’s when the numbers hit me… 46lbs. Wow! I had put on 46lbs in 3 years. Ugh!Skip forward 6 weeks. I lost 21.8lbs and 7.1% body fat! How? It was easy… it really was. I realized that I was working so many hours because I was actually avoiding going to the gym. So I forced myself to leave work at a normal hour, and would head straight to Top Level Fitness. The 6-week challenge only requires you to commit to working out 3 nights a week, but I felt so good after the first week, that I started doing sessions after work M-F, and then another session on Saturday morning.The program also educated me about my diet… and made me accountable by forcing me to document what I was eating. Here’s the crazy part – I was actually eating way more food – just healthier. And I started shedding weight immediately. 8lbs the first week, and then 2-3lbs per week for the remaining 5 weeks.Zack and his entire crew have been fantastic. My wife met her goals, too. We were so impressed with the program that we actually signed up for a membership before the end of our 6-week challenge.Lastly – you will not get bored with this program. The workouts are different each night, and none of them require any kind of unique athletic ability. Also, I have a bum knee, so I wasn’t able to do some of the exercises. But I didn’t have to sit on the sidelines – the trainers (Chris, David & Sean) always had a modification ready for each exercise in the event someone had a particular physical limitation (knee, back, etc.).Again, I just finished my 6-week challenge, and I can’t wait to get back to Top Level tonight to begin the next phase of what has genuinely been a “life-changing” program for me.
I have been to multiple gyms in my past. But this is the one place that has helped me keep coming for more workouts. I finished 6 weeks challenge wherein workouts and nutrition plan has helped me a lot. The best part is that the exercises are never the same and all the coaches are very helpful. They push your limits and ensure correct form. I highly recommend Top Level!
The 6 week challenge at Top Level Fitness was such a great way to get a jump start on my goals for this year. They have really great, quick, and constantly changing workouts. I learned so much about different exercises and the way to execute them properly. There is a motivating staff that helps to create and modify an eating plan as you go along. I am someone who does well with clear expectations and direction and this is exactly what you get from this place. I was able to lose 14 lbs and 6.2% body fat in 6 weeks with their help. I would highly recommend giving this challenge, and this place a try.
I am so glad I came across the ad for the free 6 week challenge at Top Level Fitness! I recently, successfully, completed the 6 week challenge, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I have weight to lose and this gym gave me every tool to do it. I lost 23.8 pounds in just the six weeks. The coaches, the workout program and the meal plan really made it simple and kept me wanting more. If you can stick to the instructions given to you, I highly recommend this gym to get you into shape and to be healthy. Sean was a great coach and the other trainers are great to work with and kept you motivated during the workouts! Overall this is a great gym to workout at!
6 weeks ago I say an Ad on my Facebook post about the Top Level Fitness Training 6 week challenge. For once I decided to just give it a shot. Hesitant that it was too good to be true, I set up a date, met with a trainer, and made one of the best decisions I could ever make for myself for my heath. Hard work and following the program, I am more than excited and proud of my results!! The trainers at the facility are professional, knowledgeable, and motivational in teaching you the correct techniques to get maximum results. The gym is awesome! Great variety of equipment and exercises, motivating atmosphere, and super clean!! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this gym if you want to put yourself in a place that will truly help you reach your fitness goals. I would like to thank again the staff and trainers especially Sean, David, and Zack who pushed me to stay focus, use the proper technique and push myself to do my best! Wound hit BOTH of the goals without all of you guys!!I totally would recommend and try the 6 week challenge if you want to jump start a healthier lifestyle! Where do I start, Top Level Fitness is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. It started with the location and excellent equipment. It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also, they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further while having fun. The sessions are intense for every level, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. Im happy to call myself a member.
A couple of my friends and I decided to do the challenge together after seeing a post on Facebook. This is probably one of the most challenging health related things I have ever done. This is not for the faint of heart.Overall, this was a good experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell they really care about your progress.The workouts are challenging and will kick your butt in the best way possible! Each workout is something different which keeps things interesting. At least one staff member is there during all workouts to instruct and correct you. They look out for your safety and make sure you are getting the most out of your workout. Additionally, I really liked that you could schedule weekly meetings with your coach to track your progress during the challenge.The meal plan was difficult for me, but I liked that I was able to meet with someone to discuss what adjustments I could make to be successful in the challenge. Overall, a really great gym!
The 6 week challenge is a great way to kick start yourself into a better lifestyle. I wasnt a person who worked out every day so as a beginner, I wanted to die the first class. Definitely not friendly for non work out people. It did get easier, but ouch. You need to be highly motivated to make a change. I lost 14lbs in 6 weeks and they offer a chance if you dont make the challenge to get half your money back if you sign up for a year membership. I didnt make it and I couldnt see myself there for a year but its nice they at least offer a choice. This place is definitely not a place for the faint of heart.
I have just completed the 6 week challenge and I have to say it has changed my life not only am I loving the exercise but changing my diet has helped my energy levels improve.The coaches are excellent!! The classes are fantastic the coaches, Zack David and Sean make sure that you are doing the exercises correctly they change them up every day so you don’t get bored. The nutrition program is very easy to follow and very important to reach your goal.I would definitely recommend doing the challenge or joining the gym if you want to loose a bit of weight have more energy and feel more positive about yourself. 5 stars !!
The Good: Motivation. Top Level sets you up with a great 6 week challenge that will kick you off. Good nutrition plans and fiscal motivation. Trainers are great and engaging and the workouts are what you make them push it or not its up to you.The Bad: Cost. The rates are way to high for group workouts. For what I would have to pay for me and my fiancee, i could higher a one on one personal trainer.I would say if you can keep your motivation high and push for your goals, do the 6 week challenge. Lets you try the place out for free if u make weight and then you decide if its right for you.
I am more than satisfied with Top Level Fitness. I was nervous to get started just like anyone would be. But i am so glad that I did because everyday I got a little bit better! I have been a part of the 6 week challenge and I am very happy with my results. From the cleanliness of the gym and the friendly, knowledgeable staff, this place is definitely the best around! I just successfully completed my 6 week challenge at Top Level Fitness and am so proud of how far I’ve come. 20 pounds in 6 weeks is no easy feat, but it’s a challenge I’m so happy I took!Working as a night nurse, I had every excuse under the sun (pun intended) to not be able to change my lifestyle. With the help of all three (Sean, David and Max) coaches and motivation from Liz and Taylor, I was able to power through. After the first two weeks of continuing to wonder what in the heck I did this for, it became something I looked forward too especially after a long shift at the hospital. The classes were never the same and it was so nice to be able to turn off my brain and just do the exercises laid out in front of me. I also had a lot of trips I went on during this 6 week period and the coaches were very easy to talk to about helpful hints and tips when traveling that they themselves use. The coaches truly do walk the talk.The motivation between the staff and the other members is phenomenal! If your embarrassed or nervous to get back into the gym and working out like I was, don’t be just do it. This place will not only kick your butt in gear, but can truly change all aspects of your life.
Just completed 6 week challenge with Top Level Fitness. It is the best thing you can do for yourself! It is an achievement that builds your self esteem, restores your positive self image, and makes you feel Great about yourself! The atmosphere is motivating and the instruction is superb! I joined the six week challenge as a support buddy for a friend, but I am so happy I did. I am in awe at the results! I joined another gym two years ago and I lost some weight, but I could not get below a certain number. That changed during the challenge—I suspect it’s because of the diet element. The exercises are fun and varied, and the diet is not extreme- you don’t need to get anything special. In fact, I plan on continuing it with slight modifications. Overall, the challenge has helped me reassess my nutritional needs and helped me to develop good eating habits. I definitely see results and I want to continue my challenge to my ultimate goal.
A little over 6 weeks ago I found myself needing a boost in both nutrition and physical fitness. I saw the ad on Facebook for the 6 week challenge and thought to myself “this is the motivation I need!”Fast forward 6 weeks and I am down 17 lbs and 5.8% body fat. This place is amazing! I was looking for a community and a support system and I found it. The coaches are always encouraging and pushing you to do your best. You quickly become friends with everyone. I needed a jump start to better myself and this place gave me the confidence that I needed again. The great part about working out here is that the coaches will also guide you and make sure you stay safe. They will make sure that your form is correct to avoid injuries, so no experience necessary! Joining for the 6 week challenge was the best decision I could have made. I am now confident enough to continue my journey to better myself.

I just finished the six week challenge at Top Level Fitness in Naperville. The staff there is top notch and they truly want to see you succeed. The staff is so friendly and professional and the members are very welcoming, as well.The workouts are fun and challenging. And no two days are the same which I love....variety! When I showed up here, I had a couple injuries and asked if they would still work with me even with the injuries. They were fantastic at giving me alternative exercises.Im happy with my results for the six week challenge. I lost 13 pounds and 4% body fat. I gained muscle, confidence, strength, and improved health which was my main goal. What Im most proud of is that I was able to get off of three medications during this challenge --high blood pressure and diabetes medications. Its now being controlled through exercise and diet. My doctor was very impressed.Im now happy to call myself a member of Top Level Fitness.Give it a try. Put yourself first.
I joined the 6week challenge to better myself and kick start a healthier lifestyle. I needed something that would motivate me, push me an keep me on track, get me out of my comfort zone. I was at a plateau an ready to make a change. I was not sure if I could complete the challenge, but they were so encouraging I was going to give it my best effort. The workouts were challenging, but the guidance of the instructors and my coach, Sean, made it easy. The workout were always changing, things never got boring and the instructors are all fantastic. The first week I lost 9.7 pounds, by following the nutrition plan and attending class. When the 6 weeks were up I Iost 22.4 pounds. Thank you Top Level Fitness you are all amazing.
Top Level Fitness and the people are great! It is an awesome place to achieve all your fitness goals. They take all the brain work out of working out. Just show up, follow their plan and you will see results. All the trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly. They push you (in a good way) only to better yourself and help you achieve your goals. The girls at the front desk are friendly, helpful and greet you by name every time you walk in the door. If you are at all considering the 6 week challenge I highly recommend you go for it.

Wow!! I just finished my 6 week challenge and couldnt be happier with my results! Down 14.6 lbs, 5.4% body fat, and 12.1 inches!! Yes, its hard at first, but with the help of Zack, Sean, David, Chris, Liz, and Taylor youll get the motivation and drive you need to succeed. The menu plans to follow are very doable, the app is very helpful and easy to use. You get all the tools to be successful! All I can say is give it a try, you have nothing to lose but weight, and everything to gain like your self confidence, ability to move easier, better sleep, and better health! Youll be surprised what your body will be able to do in 6 weeks and youll love the results! Invest in yourself...youll be happy you did!!!
Top Level Fitness is unlike any other gym I’ve been to before. First, they have a large selection of class times to get to each day- this helps fit in my schedule. Secondly, each class is 45 minutes. I love being able to get in and out in an hour. The classes are challenging, but fun and the time flies by. When I say the class is challenging- it meets you at your level. If you’re a beginner- start with a lighter weight or no weight; more advanced- the trainers show you how to make modifications to make a move harder or easier. The best part is the trainers who run each class- they are knowledgable, enthusiastic, motivating and great with helping to correct form or make suggestions to help you do an exercise properly and to prevent injury. There is always a warm up and cool down. It’s not the cheapest workout in town; (which is why I give it 4/5 stars) but it’s high effective! In 6 weeks I’ve lost 15 pounds, 5% body fat and 11” inches. I’ve been at Top Level for 2 months and I have really loved the experience!
The six-week challenge has been one of the best decisions I have made for myself in a long time. I have always been pretty active but at 51 things just weren’t what they used to be. My body ached and I was starting to feel “old”. The workouts are amazing, giving me strength and flexibility that I haven’t had in years. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and motivating. I have shoulder problems from an old surgery and they always gave me exercises that I could do if the scheduled ones caused me pain. The meal plans were extremely effective and the healthy eating has made me have much more energy and feel better. I highly recommend the entire program at Top Fitness and my only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner!
Top Level Fitness has helped me reclaim an active lifestyle! I have lost 27lbs and am significantly stronger both physically and mentally. I can do the things I was able to do when I was much younger.At 47 years old keeping up with the kids is not a problem any longer. I go to Top Level Fitness for a few reasons... Structured workouts in a group setting with Trainers motivating and modifying workouts that work for me. The Trainers keep me busy while also keeping me focused on the work and my individual goals. Everyone there is supportive and encouraging. I also appreciate how clean the place is.

They have a great mix of both strength training and metabolic conditioning.In just 6 weeks I had amazing results and I am looking forward to building on those results as well. I have been attending Top Level Fitness for a little over 6 weeks. The workouts are challenging, but it can be for anyone at differing fitness levels. I see the change in my body from the program and I am getting stronger and have lost 8lbs. The gym is very clean, and the classes for the most part are a good size. The trainers are friendly and there to help when needed. I really appreciate I can get a great guided workout in less then 50 minutes. Only negative is I wish there was a lunch time offered class.
Great workouts and coaches! I was new to working out and it was extremely helpful to have a circuit to follow and guidance during the class. In just 6 weeks, I feel stronger, have more energy and can see changes in how my clothes fit. Definitely glad I started my new exercise routine with Top Level!
Unbelievable staff. Encouraging, motivating, supporting, understanding, promote, cheering are the few words that can be described, but add very to each of those attributes will get a picture of how good it is. I am impressed at the quality of work-out that is carefully planned and executed. My respect for this business went up when I saw this facility contributing back to community with free work-outs and donations. Kudos to the trainers (all of them) and Zack. I am proud to be part of this team.
I joined the six week Challenge at Top Level to hold myself more accountable to my goals. What I received that I did not expect, was so much support from the staff. They followed up with me throughout the weeks to check in on my progress, how I felt about the program, and any adjustments to make. From day one, the trainers knew my name and were there to motivate me to my goals. I joined after the six week challenge because I want to continue toward my weight loss and strength goals, and have found a great fitness family for encouragement.
Top Level is a amazing gym. The workouts are quick (only 45 minutes), guided, and so effective! I used to 2-4 hours at the gym daily and just didn’t see results, even with personal trainers. I’ve been at Top Level for only 6 weeks so far and have already lost 23 pounds. I’ve seen individual improvements in my strength, ability and endurance. The coaches at Top Level care to see you do better, they help with form during a workout, give recommendations for recovery and soreness, help create diet and meal prep plans to help you overall improve your health. I was doing the 6 week challenge and I saw major results, and I know I will continue to get stronger, lose weight and be healthier now that I found Top Level.
My experience with the 6-week challenge at Top Level Fitness was nothing short of amazing. I still remember coming out of the measurement and intro session to the workout format and thinking “What have I signed up for?”. After my first workout, I was hooked. I was able to go at my own pace but was motivated to push myself because of the format of the class. The best part of the workout is that it goes by extremely fast – you are constantly moving! Even after putting in 16 workouts as of today, I am always amazed how quickly the 45-minute workouts go. The staff is awesome! Every trainer has your best interest in mind and works with you if you have any issues. During the class, there are usually two trainers who help if they observe bad form during an exercise. I’m at my last week of the challenge and have already signed up to stay on after to get to my goal weight.

In January, I decided to take the first step in living a healthier lifestyle. I signed up for the 6 week, 20 pound challenge. It was an awesome decision. The workouts were challenging but the coaches were so supportive and encouraging. They would push me past where I thought I could go and kept me focused on my end goal. The healthy eating plan was easy to follow as well. There were no miracle pills or fad diets. It was all about good clean eating and working hard at the gym. Attending Top Level Fitness for the 6 week challenge was the best decision I made in getting healthier. I was able to have lost 18lbs and I am feeling a lot better. I decided to try it and I had amazing results. I loved the variety of the workouts and they were extremely challenging for all fitness levels from beginners to advanced. The trainers were great! The trainers are really there to ensure all exercises are done in right form. Everyone here are extremely nice and focused to have youmeet your goals. I am in the 5th week of my challenge and already lost 14 pounds. Logic is simple. If you are ready to put effort, watch your diet, show up for the work outs at top level fitness you are bound to get results. To be frank, I was also apprehensive about the challenge initially. But this turned out to be the best decision. Highly recommended.
I joined Top Level Fitness for the 6 week-20 lb challenge. I needed something different-something that would push me and that is what I found here. I was very impressed with the whole program. I was given everything I needed to succeed; nutritional counseling, a personal coach and great training sessions. I just had to follow the plan, which I did one day at a time and the weight came off. I lost 20.1 lbs and 5.1% body fat!! I feel fabulous!! It is a very clean gym with excellent coaches who have great knowledge, are personable and have great energy. I found top level fitness through a facebook ad, and I have been wanting to be more active and actually learn how to exercise to feel energized and get stronger so after thinking it through I finally signed up for the 6 week challenge, at first I was a bit terrified looking at the gym equipment but each week I got better and got the hang of it of course with the huge help of the coaches and trainers, they make sure your form is right. The coaches/trainers David, Liz, Daniel and Sean were always very helpful, they were definitely patient and they would check in to make sure you’re eating right.The gym is always clean, you can only take your clean gym shoes in. Not the shoes you’re wearing out.They also prepare your work out everyday they explain everything at the beginning of the class and it’s always a different exercise every time you come in, which is very practical for people like me who doesn’t know what to do in the gym.I am so busy all day and I still get to go to the gym cause’ u can choose classes from 5:30am through 7pm. In my case I like starting my day at the gym, then I feel energized after and I’m ready to begin checking off my to do list. Of course the first few weeks were tough but I just kept going until I got momentum.Overall I recommend top level fitness gym. You will meet a lot of people who are also on their own fitness journey and they help motivate you during the work out.
My wife joined Top Level Fitness a little over one year ago by signing up for a six week challenge that included five days per week of boot camp and nutritional counseling. In support of my wife, I followed the meal plan. Over the next weeks, we transformed our eating habits and I lost over twenty five pounds! My wife achieved great results, too—she is probably in better shape now than when we first met. Over the summer, I gave Top Level Fitness a try myself. The boot camps were the best workouts I’ve experienced in years. The last time I had pushed myself that hard was probably as a college athlete. I have since joined Top Level Fitness myself. At forty years old, I completed my own six week challenge where I lost over six pounds and 4 % body fat. I haven’t felt this good since I was in my twenties. I am extremely pleased with our decision to join Top Level Fitness. We have met many good people. The trainers are top notch. This is probably the best decision we have made towards leading a healthy life.
I had been meaning to go on a diet and start eating better for over a year, but could just not find the motivation to do it on my own. January 1st came and went and I did nothing. My neighbor had gone through the program and highly recommended it. So, I saw they were doing a 6-week challenge program to lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks. I jumped in. They give you a full easy to follow diet plan that includes peanut butter, bread, and other stuff you usually don’t see on diet plans. I liked that they even give you a grocery list to make it easier. During the program, I was surprised to find I was rarely hungry and enjoying the food. Their emphasis is healthy eating and exercising for the short and long term. They really help you adjust to this over time. They work with you weekly to gauge your progress and adjust for what is right for you and what works for you.One of my concerns was my injuries. I have issues with my left shoulder, Achilles, and my knees. They worked with me to adjust the workout to my injuries and my left shoulder issues have gone away because the muscles in my shoulder can now better support the joint.This has been a life changing experience that has given me back my body from 20 years ago. I have lost 30 pounds in 6 weeks and feel so much better about myself and could not be happier with what Top Level Fitness has done for me.
I recently, successfully, completed the 6 week challenge at Top Level Fitness, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I had weight to lose and this gym gave me every tool to do it. I lost 22 pounds in just the six weeks. The coaches, the workout program, the meal plan really was made simple and kept me wanting more. If you can stick to the instructions given to you, I highly recommend this gym to get into shape and to be healthy.
I am so glad I came across the ad for the free 6 week challenge at Top Level Fitness! I was worried at first since I hadnt really worked out in well over a year but I had nothing to lose and so much to gain! They truly set you up for success and the results are undeniable! The classes are fun and are always a well rounded routine that changes every day and week. There is no way to get bored of their system! The 6-week 20 lbs challenge program is life changing and incredibly effective. Not only I lost 20.7 lbs in 6 weeks, but I learned valuable life skills of weighing my food and keeping protein/ carbohydrates/ veggie ratios on a healthy level. Top Level is one of the best choices I have made for myself. I have worked out in so many ways I never thought I would and loved it! The trainers are awesome to work with, by your side the whole time and letting you know how youre doing. Ive met a lot of great people along the way and everyone is so supportive. Dont be intimidated to try it out because youve never had this level of training or because you have an illness. I personally have Lupus and have done great!! Thank you to all the trainers for your support during my journey and thank you for keeping in mind my health condition.
If you are struggling to get motivated to reach your fitness goals I would recommend TLF. I took on the 6 week challenge and nailed it! The challenge consisted of an exercise program and nutrition plan. The exercise program is a combination of strength and metabolic training. The coaches are awesome. They are knowledgeable, patient and motivating. They are concerned with everyone using the correct form. The nutrition plan is easy to follow. A food scale is a must. However, the amount of food you are allowed to eat is unbelievable. I was never hungry. I was even able to adapt the program and enjoy eating out occasionally. Weekly weigh ins are a must. Total accountability. I feel great and will continue to follow the program!!!
I just finished my 6 week challenge at Top Level Fitness. It has been a great experience. I recommend Top Level Fitness. Everyone is so supportive of each other whether it be the staff or other clients just checking in to see how you are doing. I had a baby 7 months ago and I was not losing the baby weight. I had no energy or motivation to do anything. I saw an add for the 6 week challenge and decided if I wanted to make a change I needed to start now. I texted my sister and we both signed up for the challenge. I needed accountability and I saw this as my chance. Well six weeks later I am happy to say I lost 22.7 pounds by working out and following the meal plan. I am so happy I pushed myself to complete the challenge to become a healthier person.

I lost 22lbs, went from 21% body fat to 11% and lost 5 inches on my waist during the 6 week challenge! Most importantly it was simple to follow, fun and challenging at the same time. Variety of workouts and meal plan work like a charm. Trainers push you if they think you’re slacking but also modify workouts if you have an issue with any of them! It had been years since I last worked out. I was skeptical on how it was going to go getting back into the gym. A friend of mine suggested I come with him over to his gym to check it out. Best thing I ever did!!! Although the first week was tough, my body got acclimated and Im now graduating to my 7th week. Ive lost 14lbs. and Ive never felt better. I was looking online for a weight loss program and I came across top level fitness and joined the 6 week challenge. Diet plan was difficult initially but once I started I felt more comfortable.Coaches are knowledgeable and always give me an alternate routine when I am not able to perform a certain workout.Everybody is motivating and the whole environment is positive.Gym is very clean and they always make changes when you want a different session.Overall I am very happy with this place and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get fit or stay fit.

If the value of your time and health is important to you, this is the place to go. 45-minute workouts are perfect, you walk in and get straight to business, sweat your butt off and 45 minutes later youre on your way. This is why I decided to stay as a member after my 6-week challenge. Time is very valuable to me and the fact that I can get a great workout within 45 minutes is awesome!
I know this sounds very cliche and I was trying to come up with a more original way of saying it, but they changed my way of thinking about exercising and eating. I tried diets, did gyms and regular workout for months without one drop on the scale.In the first 3 weeks of the challenge I saw a 10 pound drop and felt my muscles get tighter. Just following the eating advice and 3/week workout.The eating plan is detailed and tells you exactly what to eat for each meal and in between. There is not much you have to try to figure out on your own and if you have questions the staff at Top Level Fitness have answers.I’m very excited about the result and I’m actually still eating the way I did for the last 6 weeks with slight adjustments. It’s actually something you could keep as your lifestyle because it is not drastic.The workout doesn’t make you exhausted to the point that you cannot do anything for the rest of the day. It’s just enough strength and cardio to build your body.I recommend Top Level Fitness because it’s something you can actually do long term!
Top Level Fitness Fitness was a great program for me. I lost almost 30 lbs in the 6 week program. The keys to success were managing my diet and being disciplined to following the trainers guidance.
Great place for group fitness classes. Focused and motivating staff who show you the right way to do things; welcoming community of class attendees. I joined for the 28-day challenge, in which they provide complete measurements, meal plans and motivation, and I believe they also have some 6-week challenge with similar focus.Ive been working out there for the past 5 months and highly recommend the place for anyone who cant focus at a traditional gym and needs guidance from people who know what theyre doing.
The Top Level Fitness 6-Week Challenge experience is more than just an exercise class to get you in shape. It is really a well-designed fitness plan which focuses on nutrition and developing a routine that helps you to build strength and burn calories to create a healthier version of yourself. I joined the 28 day challenge during the holidays. Even with many holiday parties and craziness of the season, I was able to be successful. I lost 15 lbs and over 3% of my body fat. The staff cares about you and works with you to push yourself. They want to see you be successful. Workouts are always changing and always challenging. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a tough workout with nutritional accountability!
My wife and I decided to participate in the 20 lb 6 week challenge at Top Level Fitness in January 2017. The goal for both of us was to lose weight and start incorporating better eating habits. We started our journey attending all the classes and following their meal plans. The classes were motivating and challenging and the instructors always had a positive attitude during class and made themselves available for questions before and after the sessions. At the end of 6 weeks my wife and I lost a combined total 34 lbs. I’d recommend TLF if you’re looking for some coaching on healthier eating habits and instruction/motivation in the gym.
This was my second challenge with TLF since I joined there few months back . This time it helped me much better because I was able to make better workout choices by pushing myself harder and making healthy diet choices. It’s a place where the coaches give you personal attention as well push you to do much better each and every time. Even the group you are working with support each other really well which keeps you motivated and focused towards your goal. I was first introduced to Top Level Fitness through a charity workout I attended in March. I was so impressed by the 45 minute workout that I ended up signing up for the 6 week challenge a few weeks later. As of today (starting my 5th week) I have lost almost 12lbs! The facility is super clean and organized and the trainers and staff are all awesome! They always make sure youre doing the moves correctly and give you a little push if you need it. The workouts are all different (I have yet to repeat a workout and Ive been going 5-6 times a week). I feel better and stronger than I have felt in years, especially after having 3 kids. I used to make excuses and say I was too busy with the kids and didnt have time to workout and take care of myself, but I realized that my kids should be the REASON why I workout and take care of myself! No more excuses now!
I just completed the six week challenge at Top Level Fitness and am so happy that I found this gym! More traditional gyms have always felt overwhelming for me. Id look at the sea of machines and try to come up with a workout routine on my own, but more often than not my time was mostly spent on my phone trying to look up ideas or mindlessly going from station to station. Top Level Fitness was a completely different experience. The staff, workouts, and tools they provide are all so fun, never boring, and most importantly effective! I was looking for a circuit style training experience that would challenge me in new ways, and I found it at Top Level Fitness. I highly recommend TLF!
6 weeks ago I decided it was time to work on me. This crazy thing called life had gotten in the way. I needed to find a place to work out at that I looked forward to going to. I found Top Level Fitness after researching many gyms in the area. I went in to check it out and ended up joining their 6 week challenge. 6 weeks later, 30 classes completed, completely clean eating and lots of support from friends and family, I am down 11.5 pounds and lost 6.7% body fat. The program works and the classes are super challenging, yet really fun. I am so happy that I found TLF and can now call myself a member.

I decided to join the 6 week Challenge because I needed a push to make a change. I was unhappy on how I looked and fit in my clothes. I had tried to diet and work out on my own and never would lose weight and would just give up on both the work outs and diet. I knew a few people who were members of Top Level Fitness and loved the work out and how it made them feel so i gave it a try.To be honest the first week was tough, I had a hard time recovering after the work outs but once i got past the first week I started to have more energy and feeling better.Although, the diet was pretty strict, I was happy to say i was able to follow it and didnt feel like i was missing out. I did get frustrated early on, since i wasnt losing the weight like the other challengers. Zack was great and worked with me on tweaking my diet.The work outs are tough but you feel so good once you complete them.I was intimidated by the work outs at first but the coaches are great and help you do the different exercises correctly and safely so you won;t hurt yourself. Also the the other challengers and members were helpful. You tend to get to know each other if you work out at the same time. I liked that you can pick from multiple times but i am creature of habit and I found that evenings worked best for me.I would have loved to join Top Level Fitness but unfortunately the cost doesnt fit my budget at this time. I have taken what i have learned from the Zack and the coaches and have continued the workouts at the fitness center through my work and continue to follow the diet with some healthy additions to add some variety.Although I only lost 7 lbs over 6 weeks, I did lose 6.9% of body fat and feel the best i have in years. I have tons of energy and much healthier.The Challenge has helped me make a life style change.
I have been a member of Top Level Fitness for just over a year. I found them through Groupon and was hooked my first week. It was exactly what I was looking for! I love that they provide personal training, but in a group setting. I attend the 5:30am class, which I was less than happy about at the beginning. However, I really do look forward to getting up to hit the gym. Now that Im used to it (which didnt take long), its just part of my day. Im done with my workout before many people are even out of bed. The trainers are awesome and the other clients create a great family unit. I love how we push each other to be better and the trainers take us out of our comfort zone. I recommend Top Level Fitness to anyone who is looking for an awesome full body workout. I have found muscles I never knew I had (even when I was a member at other gyms).
I joined Top Level Fitness back in July of 2016 and have never been happier with my decision. From the first session the trainers have been actively engaged in making sure I am getting the best workout and nutrition plan for me. I say me because they take the time to ask questions about what I am looking for from Top Level and what goals I am looking to accomplish, not just me show up and workout and go home. In September they started a back to school fitness challenge and was excited to join up. I had never done a fitness challenge and wanted to see what it was about. Again the trainers and I sat down to talk about what I was looking to accomplish in this 6 week challenge. My biggest problem was not showing up the gym but was my eating habits and making the best choices to reach my weight loss goals. They showed me a food plan that I stuck to as best as possible, showing me how easy it is to cook at home and eat a clean as possible and my results blew away any expectations I had. I learned that I do have it in me to get in shape at 44 years old and change bad eating habits that I will not fall back in to. I have been to other gyms but this is by far my best experience and you will not regret taking a look
Ive been going to Top Level Fitness for nearly two years and its one of the best investments Ive made for my health and fitness. Ive lost over 50 lbs and Im stronger and healthier than ever. It is tough, it is challenging and it is lots of fun. They let you do one class for free, and often have 1-month trials. I recommend it to anyone leaving in Naperville, Illinois.

One day I found the TLF 6 week free challenge on FB. I was curious and went to check it out. I decided to try it out. Since they offer the 5:30am class I felt that, that would be the right time for me. It was always on my plans to work out but I always felt that other things were more important even though I already had a membership at a gym by my house. So, I decided I was really going to dedicate these 6 weeks to clean eating and exercising... the 1st week was tough... I felt sore and it just seemed hard due to having arthritis on my right knee. It definitely got easier.... I successfully met the challenge. Lost 8.9 lbs & 6.1% body fat. Im very happy with the results and will continue my journey...Professional coaches and staff 😊 I really liked every class I attended. It kept me motivated b/ kept seeing the progress as weeks went by.. It turned into a good habit/addiction b/ I dont feel right w/ myself anymore if I dont work out early am. I just finished my 6 week challenge today, I am down 20lbs and I could not be happier. I love everything about this place and the program. There was never a day where I didnt feel like working out, because the workouts go by so fast. The trainers are all super friendly and knowledgeable, they also make sure to give you modifications if something is too difficult for you. My favorite part about the whole experience was that I learned how to eat properly. I have been trying different things for years now and with all the different information out there, my head was ready to explode, There is so much info out there contradicting one another that it was difficult for me to stick with one thing. When I joined the 6 week challenge, I decided I was going to trust their methods fully and now I know how I should be eating and that I dont have to starve myself to lose weight. I would highly recommend this program to anyone that is looking for some motivation to get started or to keep going on their journey to be healthy, to anyone who doesnt know where to begin or has a little too much contradicting info in their head like I did.

Great experience at Top Level Fitness. Just finished six-week challenge and down 12 pounds and several inches. Feeling stronger and more energy. The trainers are great, lots of patience when I had no clue what I was doing. They keep you motivated and make sure your form is correct, tooI, and give modifications when needed so each workout is a challenge but it is right for you. It was rough at first since I was sooo out of shape but within a few weeks I was doing so much more so much better. Great people, great place! I am sticking around!
I have only been with Top level fitness for a short time, and I have already seen results. I love the energy of the gym and the positive reinforcement of the trainers and other people working out. They are great about making sure your form is right and pushing you past limits that you otherwise couldnt do yourself. I honestly can say that I have never liked working out, but now I have become addicted to this environment. If you are looking for motivation, increase in strength, decrease in body fat percentage, a more toned body, and a place where you are accepted at no matter what level you are at, then this is the place for you. I get up every morning and drive 30 minutes here - I wouldnt wake up that early or drive that far for just any workout. Come try it out, you wont be sorry!
Came across the 6 wk challenge in Top Level fitness earlier this year and i said to myself let me give it a shot... so glad i made that decisionTop Level fitness is not your usual gym. You will not get bored or feel it a routine as every workouts is different. In addition they provide with the nutritional plan, if you follow their plan you will lose weight as simple as that!!Every trainer is top notch, they know what they are doing [David, Chris, Sean and Zach] always prepared, always ready to help during and after the workouts. They push you and keep in touch with you to keep you motivated and accountable.I will not say it was easy but was worth it.. at the end of the challenge i lost 20.4lbs and i cannot wait to go back and continue with TLF to reach my goal of becoming fit and healthy!!
This is the first gym I actually enjoy and look forward to towards the end of the day. It’s clean, the staff and trainers are awesome, as well as extremely helpful. I first came across TLF on Facebook for a 6 week challenge and I figured... why not?! I was out of shape and knew I needed to make a change and thought this would be the perfect opportunity! It was everything I could of ever expected it to be and more!! Even though my 6 week challenge is over, I definitely plan on continuing working out there!

I joined Top Level Fitness 3 months ago and have loved every class! The small group atmosphere is great, and the workouts never get repetitive. Even dreaded cardio days are fun with so many different circuits. The workouts are fun and challenging, but its the clients and trainers that truly make Top Level Fitness a fun place to workout.
Where should I start saying about top level fitness.One night I was just scrolling my fb page and saw the toplevel fitness ad about 6 week challenge and then I decide to sign up and check what exactly is this.I took the 6 week challenge to test if i can reduce weight and also get my diet on track.The 1st week was impossible but with support and motivation of all the coaches I was able to get through this.The diet which was provided was perfect and at no point I felt I was starving.The exercise are difficult but the coaches are around helping and motivating us to do more and more.I recommend everyone to join this for a faster and good changes.Best thing happened to me!!
Im at my 6th week Into the TLF challenge and, I thoroughly enjoy the workouts every time I get there. The trainers are excellent and have been coaching me during every class with weight training and correct posture. Also rest of the team there are very helpful and encouraging and, have always answered all my questions or concerns over last few weeks.I’ve already signed up for a membership there and I can’t wait to keep this going.
For someone who has had great difficulty in staying motivated to exercise, I can wholeheartedly say that Top Level Fitness is a great way to get back in shape...and stay that way. The training that is received is phenomenal...strength, cardio, nutrition...its all there. And the connections that are made with the staff and other members keep me coming back...its the accountability I needed. In December 2011, my wife presented me with a Groupon certificate for Top Level Fitness. She understood that I was looking for something different for my well being and thought that this might kick start my new year. I have to admit, I was a bit anxious to attend anything that had the words “Boot Camp” associated with the title.I can remember my first appointment with Zack and Sean. I was quite humbling to say the least. My first work out did not go so well. The anxiety of working out with a group almost put me over the edge. During my first work out, I got a “charlie horse” in my calf and had to stop about half way though the session. How embarrassing! After a few weeks of sore muscles, my body started to adjust to using muscles that have not had a lot of action in many years. After 16 months with Top Level Fitness, I can honestly say that I am in the best shape of my adult life.After joining Top Level Fitness, it took two 3-month contract cycles for me to realize that this was the best thing that I could ever do for myself with regards to my health. Sure it is substantial monetary investment, but once you put a value on your own well being, it no longer becomes a stumbling block.Since I started with Top Level Fitness I have lost 20 plus pounds and 5 percent body fat. Today it feels strange to look at old pictures of my former self, but in the end it’s been quite an enjoyable journey, not only for me, but for my family as well. They can sense my newly found confidence, which only helps me to be a better husband and father. My energy levels help power me through the yard work, long days at work, as well as biking, fishing, and sports in the backyard with the kids.Diet, exercise, and food portions seem to be the magic trio for me. I’ve traveled down the roads with fad diets, but they never seem to provide a lasting overall effect for my life-style. I was a little timid at first because it has been a few years since I’ve worked out and I knew that the workouts would be challenging but the staff made me feel very comfortable and helped me out a lot. They really did a great job modifying any exercise for me and also pushing me to work hard and to stay focused. They really made me feel like I was a part of the TLF family; not just another member. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who truly wants to work hard and change themselves for the better.
Ive been at Top Level Fitness for one year and didnt hesitate to sign up for another year. The results are more than I even hoped for. You can do this workout at any age if you commit to a healthy life style and believe in the power of results. I joined Top Level Fitness after a successful 4-week trial in November 2015. Ive worked out at some big-name gyms in the area, but I really think a program like this is superior. The group training structure provides a heightened level of motivation and support you just cannot get at a regular gym. The training staff is very knowledgable, and they are committed to you and your results. I often receive phone calls and emails from the staff and even the owner, just to check in and ask about my progress. I think the best part of a program like this is having a workout program designed for me, as I lack the ability to plan out varying exercise plans for myself. The people Ive met at Top Level Fitness are another positive part of the experience. There is a strong community feel at this gym, and Ive made new friends in addition to improving my health and wellness! I highly recommend TLF.
