I went to the total body build class and had a great experience. I’m somewhat new to using weights/equipment to work on strength and this was the perfect class to learn how to use certain machines and exercises to build muscle. The instructor Eric was awesome and provided all the guidance I needed in terms of correct form! It was a fun and totally effective workout!

Great workouts and excellent trainers. Each exercise is designed for you to go at your own pace within a group environment. You do specific workouts depending on the day, I.e., more cardio-focused exercises on Tuesday and Thursday, strength-focused training on Fridays. My favorite part about RLF is the trainers and the members. We hold each other accountable and push each other during our workouts. I’ve been going to RLF for about 2.5 months and have dropped 10 pounds by working out 3-4 times a week here and cleaning up my diet.
Great Trainers and Great Training. Getting my butt back in gear. Ive gone for 2 weeks 4 days a week and Ive already dropped one neck size on my dress shirts. Feeling stronger and healthier... and sore. LOL!
