Over the last year and a half I have had to rent a car many times. My stress level during yhis pandemic has been through the roof. Holly and Alec have bent over backwards to help me and I cannot say enough great things about them. They run this office efficiently and professionally while still relating to each customer individually.I highly recommend this location, they are the best!

I liked everything, but I didn’t like that TOLL PASS WAIVER was removed from me10.0 @ 7.99 $ / DAY, only 79.90 $, which I did not indicate in the option and they asked me whether I took it or not, I told them that no, they said that they would call the next day and make a cancellation and did not call, I will be more careful next time look and a little less confidence left, thanks!

I was having some wheel repair work done on my vehicle and the repair company arranged my loaner from this location about a block away.Valerie and Cam were really cool, we had a fun conversation, and they got me in and out in a few moments. Glad I used bought the Ipass usage.When returning the car, Chris (CJ) was so cool and very accommodating in dropping me back off to get my vehicle. He knows a lot about cars and has good taste in cars hahahaThanks guys for the great service and the BMW 330i was amazing to drive 😀

Its expensive but there is no option in city like Nepervile, you have to go for it... First they will give you one cost and then slowly and smartly they will add almost 2-3 different cost like insurance, toll plaza, petrol etc...

Its simple, Ive rented one-way car rental and dropped of within 24 hrs, and I have dropped (drop boxed the keys) the vehicle, 20 mins after the given time. But, since the branch is closed they charged me for 3 days straight. But when I mentioned I did drop the same day and requested them to evaluate through their CCTV cameras and they do not care about those kind of requests and its not something they would do even though for a long time customer. Avoid if you can!

Totally happy! Called to reserve a car in the morning and the lady was super friendly and patient with me while my kids screamed in the background. Explained everything about being charged and what I needed to bring. Once I got there I was greeted by everyone in the room and helped immediately. While they didnt have a regular sized car they placed me in an SUV and explained the policy, insurance and answered many of my annoying questions as I was a first time car renter. They were super busy but worked liked a well oiled machine!

If I can give less then 1 star I would. Very disappointed with their service. We had a 15 passenger van booked for Dec 19th and to be picked up at 9am. I called weeks before to confirm everything was good. I called couple days before to reconfirm everything. The day we were supposed to pick up the van we receive a call around 8:30am saying they have no vans available due to the family who was coming back got into an accident. They said they’ll check other places and call back with an update in an hour. We called around as we needed a 15 passenger van that day and luckily we found a local place but costed use triple the price we would have paid at Enterprise. When the person from local company spoke to use the 1st thing he said to us was ‘let me guess Enterprise told you they have no vans to rent out and came up with an excuse.’ To our surprise we found out other families were given an excuse and had their booking canceled. What’s disappointing is that they don’t even have the curtesy to call back. When I called back after 5 hours their excuse was they’ve been very busy and only 2 are working.

I had a reservation at Hertz for a minivan to move my daughter back to school. When we went to go pick it up, they did not have the vehicle and even told me it might be days before they had one! This left me scrambling. Thankfully I stopped by Enterprise and was greeted by a lovely young man named Alex. He was able to get me a minivan right then and there and got me on my way. I was very nervous about renting a car and he guaranteed that the vehicle was sanitized and clean, and he was right! I am forever grateful for Enterprise and will never rent from anywhere else!

Ive been calling different Enterprise locations all morning to get a feel for actual vehicle availability - because who hasnt shown up on the day of the rental to be told the category you reserved a week ago isnt available?Of all the locations I called, this was - by far - the least helpful - before I could finish articulating what I was trying to do (I said I understand there are no guarantees, tried to explain my limitations, etc...) the dude on the phone tried to push me off to general booking.General booking never knows the details about the location, cant tell me anything except read from their script, etc - if I wanted to listen to a human options menu, Id have called general booking directly.Maybe the guy was having a bad day. But of all the places I called this morning, this was the worst. Take this information as you will.

WOW! What a great experience! After renting with the other guys and having nothing but problems, this was a flawless rental. Cassie was an excellent representative of Enterprise. She greeted us immediately, pulled up our information by name, had the vehicle waiting for us as reserved, no we dont have what you reserved but here is an inferior product for you and the bill is nearly twice what was quoted. Spouse included as a driver! Car was clean and in great repair, small ding was already noted and pictured prior to our seeing the vehicle. No hassle. Great experience. Got what we were promised at the price we were quoted! Thank You!!!

Recently had to rent a car for auto repair and rented from this location in the past. I had a reservation for one car and upon arrival, they only had a Challenger available. Initially I was excited for the car, but found out it had a slow leak in the tire and was told to bring it to Enterprise to fill it up and after 3 trips had to bring it to Firestone to get it repaired. I requested to speak to a manager on this topic during the 10 days I rented the car. Never happened. Once the repair was completed, I was allowed to leave car at the shop, I was hit with a bill that was $50-$70 higher than expected. I called Alex today and was asked to call at 2pm only to discover the shop is closed at that time and no one called. So frustrated about the car quality, lack of follow up from Alex and the whole team, wanted to share this with the Google community that you may want to look at other Enterprise locations or other rental companies

This location is convenient to access. The staff is friendly overall. The major drawback is that they do not always have a good selection of vehicles. I prefer airport locations due to the ability to have choices of vehicle type. But if you’re not particular about such things this is a great location.

Very positive rental experience. Made reservation online and was greeted immediately by Katrina on a very busy afternoon for her office, Very personable and professional and made me feel welcome and well taken care of. I was in a vehicle in under 10 minutes. Katrina and her crew were great. The vehicle provided did need for me to go over the windows on the inside with cleaner but that doesnt take very long. My last few Enterprise rentals were the same way so maybe Im persnickety. The most convenient option made available to me was to leave the Enterprise car at CarMax, where my own vehicle was in for repair for more than 5 business days. It was a great time saver and I look forward to future business.

We rented from this Enterprise location a couple weeks ago. I just want to praise Justin K. for a 5-star experience. He walked us through the process expertly, let us know everything to expect in fees so there would be no surprises. He even pointed out a few ways to save money. He did a really good job explaining how the insurance worked and what was covered and what was not covered. We had reserved a mid-size SUV, but when we got there we were upgraded to a full size at no extra charge. (The extra space ended up coming in REALLY handy.) Justin was quick to show us that he gas mileage in the Equinox was actually better than the mid-size SUV we had reserved. Anyway, Justin was a superstar.The Equinox we ended up with for a week was great too. We loved everything about it and are actually planning to get one as our next vehicle. Turned out to be a great test drive experience. Really smooth drive, very comfortable. It was super clean when Enterprise handed it off to us too. Just a solid renting experience.

Use this location regularly. Its always seems hectic when I am there due to the volume they do, but the staff invariably handle with a calm and professional attitude. That good attitude and work ethic is appreciated! Also appreciate the special effort today to bring in a standard sized SUV when they didnt have one at the location. Went the extra mile in this case. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My wife and I are from out of the country so our credit cards were acting funny I had my license with me so I tried mine ( both Canadian) didn’t work, now instead of suggesting an alternative (we eventually went to Hertz who had us in a car in 15 minutes) they sent us away. My wife has misplaced her drivers license so she couldn’t see if her credit card would work. We walked all the way home. I finally located her license after an hour of searching. I walk all the way back, now I realize that I’m many cases of course you wouldn’t allow someone to make the purchase without the license holder there but we had been there earlier and I’m sure they all knew our situation. I explained to the man I was speaking with that my wife is pregnant and not feeling well and we have our daughter with us and no easy way of getting everyone back. He was not accommodating and when I asked if I could speak to management to see if there was something that could be done (I suggested I could FaceTime her) he replied quickly and spoke over me “your speaking to one I’m a manager”, as he leaned forward with his foot up on the and desk. Ridiculous. So I walked all the way home rounded up my pregnant wife and young daughter and we walked all the way back only to have her card not work either. So yeah. Very unhelpful, and not accommodating.

I always rent from this office when I am going on vacation. They are courteous and they pick me up at my house on the day of rental and then drive me home after I have returned the rental car. No problems with them at all--until this year. I moved and when time came for me to pick up the rental, they said the equivalent of Oops! You live too far away. Had to have a friend drive me to the Enterprise office where they gave me an upgrade at no extra cost---even though I had not asked for one (good PR move, I suspect). When time came to return the rental, they advised me to take it to another of their offices, one closer to my current place of residence, so that I could be driven home from there. Worked fine. Rental car was just marvelous....I rented for two weeks, but in the past have rented for a month or two months at a time. The rates for a monthly rental are excellent and better than renting for two weeks and less costly than the wear and tear of using my own car. . When a car is a rental, you have no concerns about possible breakdowns because Enterprise will take care of it, let you replace the vehicle. I have never had to do that. This years rental had an expired sticker on license plate. I let the people at Enterprise know but they were not worried, so.....My concerns with their cars have never been more than that.....Vacation was great.

I cannot say enough about the fantastic facility manager Lisa, who is always polite and very professional, as well as all the staff at this facility. However, the cars are always not very clean, both exterior & interior, and the windows are always dirty. The vehicles always seem to need an oil change. The car that I am currently renting has a warning message that keeps nagging me every time I started the car. Since I live only 3 miles from this Enterprise location I will have to just deal with the rentals that are provided.03/04/2019There has been a major staff change at this location, and not for the better. I rent at least 75 days/year from this location and expect some consideration for my loyalty to Enterprise. However, the new manager is not as accommodating as the previous manager Lisa. The new associates/staff members are not as polite or helpful.The major problem at this location is the condition of the cars that they rent. They do rinse them off, but rarely clean the windows on the inside of the car or give the interior a vacuuming. The last rental I had had a abundance of popcorn on the floor a the last persons makeup case left in the car.

Wish I could give a zero. This ”Flagship” incompetent, unprofessional, customer-unfriendly frankly nasty group of ”I dont give a darn” employees refused to make good on a 9 a.m. call to Roadside the service provider who reserved a swap. When we got there, no dice. Too bad, we dont have a car for you. Wouldnt even look at our file. I called Roadside again from that office and got a supreme gentleman (Rick Mulligan who spent half an hour trying to help and even spoke to the mega jerk and explained that they had reserved a swap via email at 10 a.m.) to swap out a car for ours with a defective tire (which was noted on our file as they had to put a ton of air in before we left). Now, day to drive back to St. Louis, we were sent to this hole of abysmal and horrific customer service location. Even the nice roadside assistance guy apologized profusely about the lack of professionalism AKA: Zack Guerin. He claimed that he could not even look at the tire because it would be his liability. Why dont we just spend a day of vacation at Firestone? Seriously??? If he were my employee I would have fired him on the spot (and the others were all useless AKA couldnt care less staff ruined our day) and we hope to make it home. Tire has a nail. Pressure supposed to be 33 and we were at 15. But who cares? Weve rented Enterprise all over including Europe. Enterprise employees are supposed to give a toss.

To be fair, my rental was paid by an auto insurance company while my car was being repaired.The rental car i was given had hail damage over the entire body, and not even a full tank of gas. Other than that, it ran well, no problems.Maybe the insurance company was getting a discount, but Enterprise, every car you rent makes an impression on the customer (the one in the drivers seat). Good or bad, its going to influence their next rental car decision...

I liked it first when the female manager was there but the guy there is not very cooperative after being asked to call if there was a brake issue with the rental which there wasn’t don’t matter if the car was a 2021 all cars have issues even newer ones especially when their being driven many times a family member had issues with their 2019 vehicle when it barley came out zero miles when barely reached 900 miles on it and was having same brake issues don’t tell me something I don’t know just cause I’m a female I don’t know nothing about cars I have worked and seen many cars have brake issues even new onesThat manager never called back about the brakes the next day after I asked if they can call me to tell me if the vehicle is okay I’m banned from using enterprise such a world we live in when us as customers are not at fault for their vehicles having brake issues and recalls

Needed a rental while car was in for service. Short turn around time on notification of rental and the store closing for the day. Keep that in mind as I explain the rest.The car it self was pretty new (4k miles) but who ever rented before clearly didnt care for the car. Chocolate pieces and crumbs, cigarette ash thru-out (non-smoking car), dash was disgusting. Found film, lighter and pens between the seats, a piece/cover from the console was in the door as well. Water bottle was under the passenger seat that I just refused to touch. Now the condition of the car in my opinion should have been clean, I should not have to pick up after someone else when I am renting. At 4k miles, the car should have been almost like new.That all being said, it was a quick rental, perhaps the car just arrived from the previous renter. The staff was nice and friendly and yes I will return when needed. First time I have had a car in that condition. Perhaps I am too picky when it comes to cars...or perhaps a vacuum and a cloth around the dash could have been done as well.

I have rented from several Enterprise locations over the last few years, mainly for my work. Of the all of the locations I have rented from, the team at the W Ogden Ave location, is by far the best. They are fast, thorough and always friendly and professional. When I come in, they call me by name and greet me with a smile. They really make you feel important and let it be known how important you and your business are to them. If you need to rent a car in Chicagoland, DEFINITELY rent from this location.

This location has great fast service and always able to provide a car no matter how busy they get. I gave 4 stars because the last 2 times I rented the cars were not cleaned, the last time the back seats had fast food bags and empty drink cups in back area. My car was in a body shop and Enterprise gave me a rental for this duration. The assumption here is that the insurance company would pay for the rental car while its being repaired. However, once I got my car back, I noticed a $244.86 charge on my credit card for things I didnt ask for. There was absolutely no transparency about what the insurance company would pay and what I would have to pay out of pocket (despite not asking for any waivers or road side assistance). I called the Manager (Matt) who was helpful, but would caution every customer to ask for clarity on these items before driving out of here. Theres lack of transparency and customers not being fully informed here.

Before today I probably would’ve given them five stars based on their customer service. However, they have double charged me (over $1,000!!!) and will not rectify their mistake. This happened to my niece who actually works for enterprise and it was a huge process for her to get it fixed too. Very upsetting that enterprise would do this. Will be choosing a different company to rent from in the future if I ever need to rent a car again. Very fake customer service.

The staff of this branch is very nice and friendly, I always go there when I need a rental.The only point I wasn’t happy about is the truck, I rented the Ford F-150 before and I was happy with it, when I called to make the reservation I asked the representative to note my choice because I have a long drive and she did, but when I got their to pickup the truck, they didn’t have the Ford, I stuck with the RAM, it’s a strong heavy truck but not comfy at all and I had a backache after few hours driving it.I will never rent this truck again!

Recent (1.2.2018) Experience: As in the past these folks were helpful, pleasant, quick and accommodating. Placed rental order online, called day of to see if I could move time up. Answer let me check which resulted in less than a 30 second hold time and answer sure come on in. I now specifically CHOOSE this Enterprise location - although there are many within easy distance from me. Post holiday arrived to park their van (after closing time, so I could drive myself back in the AM to do paperwork) and they were so crowded with vehicles that cars were parked all over the place. Had to leave my rental in the Jewel lot & when I showed back up at 10 AM next day - everything was back in place and running smooth. ImpressiveOlder note: So many possible locations when searching on line - these folks in this location were terrific and helpful Reserved on-line and got EXACTLY what I wanted and the price point did not change. How refreshing.

I will never go to this location nor recommend this location to my friends . I rented a minivan around 7 PM one day and found that the passenger side bumper was came out and I didnt notice this at the time of rental as it was too dark and car parked in between other cars. I noticed this damage only after returning the car next day. Also this damage was not visible if stand near to the car. They charged me around 700 USD for this small damage which was not done by me and the sales rep was very rude and not listening anything we say that time. I request people to check the car thoroughly before leaving the parking lot and also dont rent in the evening time. I see few other review also with the same issue. Also i have found few other issues with that car like oil was not changed and it was due when i took the car and also one of the key was not working.

I use this Enterprise location exclusively - unmatched customer service! They are eager to please and always have things in order. When there are issues, they are resolved quickly. I have used this location several times a month for about 5 years and will continue to go there as my first option.

I rented a car through AAA insurance to have my car repaired. The insurance company has a relationship with Enterprise and body shop at Patrick Jaguar. This claims repair process is referred to as Express. So, all I had to do was take my car to Enterprise, get the rental, and go.Enterprise knew I was coming, and it took little time to get my rental. The rental car was a Chevrolet Trax, a compact SUV, and was fine.When Patrick Jaguar called to tell me my car was ready, I just drove to Enterprise and turned in the rental. Then, an Enterprise employee drove me to Patrick, where I got my car.Everything that Enterprise was supposed to do, they did. I am satisfied with the service I received.

I was given a Nissan Sentra I’m a tall woman this car was to small for me... I requested a different car but there were none available. I called 3 times before getting to the location asking everything that I would need I was only ask to have a piece of mail and 250 deposit. However I get there and I’m asked to have 300 an additional 50.00 for incidentals also I was made to go to the DMV to get an ID to match my address on my mail 2 hours of my day wasted ... Had I been given this information upfront it would of been done before I got there..... Then to get this small car that doesn’t allow leg room it was a tough car ride my legs were cramped and and knees hurting still... the car obstruction sensors were not working and was very slow to accelerate I’m sure it needs to be serviced.... I’m only giving it 2 stars cause i made it there and back in 1 piece

I visited the branch on sunday when most of the other branches around were closed. Though the branch was very busy, the staff was quickly able to attend each and everyone. The staff member Tobias King was very friendly and knowledgeable. The car I took was in very good condition and I like and recommend this branch to others.

Refused to let me rent a car because they wouldnt accept a medical bill with my address on it. I understand the need for a bill while youre using a debit card, however theres no difference on a certified bill whether its a phone, cable, or utility. A proof of address is a proof of address. In addition to this the gentlemen working at the front counter was rude and had to end our conversation with a clearly condescending see ya bud. I definitely wont be using enterprise again.

Unfortunately my experience was not so great at the Naperville Illinois Location.I reported the incident to corporate 4 times.No one has contacted me yet.I tried resolving the issue before returning the vehicle,just to avoid confrontation with the arrogant Jocks at the Location.But I still had to go through being talked to like I was less than a person,confronted by the Manager in front of all staff and Employees,Lied to face to face.It was horrible. I contacted Corporate Tuesday or Wednesday last week and it’s been well over 7 days.No communication from them at all.They mission statement is all about satisfying the customer.Thats Not the case at all at the Naperville Location.I was yelled at over the phone and Badgered with disrespectful comments in front of Everyone.If there is a District Manager or Regional Manager that is able to view, this view. It would be nice to follow up with a dissatisfied Customer.

Great service, nice selection oh and they were quicker than most other places Ive been in terms of how long it takes to get your in and out. They also have a wheel you can spin for perks on your next rental with them. And we left something in the trunk of our rental and they were nice enough to grab it and hold onto it for us. I will rent from them again
