I had a reservation for a compact car. All they had left was an SUV. Costed 2xs more in gas.

I called to let personnel know I would be keeping the car a few hours longer than originally planned and was charged an additional $135.00, although I returned it on the same day as planned. What a rip-off! No one told me there would be a STIFF penalty if I kept the car until mid-afternoon instead of bringing it back at 9:30 a.m. Had I known about this gouging, I would have reserved it until evening. Let the buyer (or renter) beware!!! Budget is no bargain!P.S. Also, the car reeked of cheap perfume apparently dumped into the trunk to cover cigarette smoke or some other objectionable scent.

The vehicle was nice, but NOT the vehicle that was confirmed/paid for months prior. My family was forced to pack into a smaller vehicle for a 15hr road trip.....not to mention the less fuel efficient vehicle we were forced to take. (1 free tank of gas was nice, but not enough. Also, the fact that another family got the vehicle we were supposed to have SOLELY based on number of passengers rubbed me the wrong way. Most likely, never again with BUDGET

Excellent customer service, went out of their way to locate the type of vehicle we reserved. The rental process was quick and efficient at the time of rental and return with very personable and professional staff. I would recommend Budget and this location.

Courteous, helpful staff. We rented a brand new 12 passenger van for some sight-seeing. Overall great experience.

Nice enough people. Didnt have the car I reserved and wasnt really interested in finding a solution that got me the card I desired. I used Priceline and I got the sense they dont consider those customers to be desirable. They also rent moving trucks and have some moving supplies for sale.

Avoid this company at all costs. I reserved a truck 2 weeks prior to the closing of my house. Received a confirmation email 2 days before the moving date that everything was good to go. 3:00 pm the day before the rental, I got a phone call that they have no trucks and there is nothing they can do, that I can call corporate to see if they can locate one in the area. I call corporate, they tell me there is nothing they can do. So a company that takes reservations, does not actually reserve anything and will let you know just the the afternoon before that they are not able to complete the service that you paid them to do. The individual I spoke to at corporate hung up on me, just to put the cherry on top.Save yourself the unneeded stress, go to the Uhaul on 59. I walked in and walked out with a truck in 5 min.

Excellent service today. Bailed us out of a jam that wasn’t their fault. Their system was down and still made it happen. Super friendly, helpful, courteous, and fast. We’re grateful.

Wow what an awful experience to start. Even though I prepaid for a suburban they gave away the cat to someone else! They claimed it was their policy to do so if you didnt show up at the exact time of your reservation. I couldnt find any indication of this policy anywhere in the emails or documents they had sent me. All this after I waited being some other person that was also experiencing trouble with his reservation. Such a lovely and relaxing way to start our vacation... Never again!

Not happy. Felt like the person did not want to work. Definitely not happy to get my business. When I reported that the car they gave me was low on air, instead of at least coming and taking a look, I was just told everything is fine. Not renting from this place. Got ton other options.

I have booked a car almost close to a month ahead and when I went there early morning at 7 AM planning to leave early for my destination, I was informed that there is no SUV, either I should go down to a sedan or wait till 8-10 AM for a callback. I went back home and called again around 8:30 AM and now I was informed that I should wait till 10 AM - 12 PM. Luckily, then I called customer service and they refunded my entire money since it was there problem, so I gave them 1 star. But then I had to find another car and by the time I left it was 10:30 AM, then I received a call that my car was ready. A waste of time. Why take booking if you dont have enough cars?

I have had quite an opposite experience with this Budget Location. It must be the new management. The person their went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. He was really knowledgeable and provided my family and I a safe and reliable car. He explained everything clearly and their were no surprises. I recommend this budget location.

Terrible customer service. Do not rent from them. Get a Uhaul. They wasted 30 min of my time because the guy could not get the keys from the safe. Then I realized they give me a faulty truck that they knew had electrical problems (someone had clearly removed the fuse box cover). Then they charged me over what was quoted online. Horrible experience. Will never ever use them again. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Oddly no one was at the front desk when I arrived either time. However, they did help me pick which car I wanted and I loved what I ended up with.

From the first call to reserve a car, to the actual pick-up of the car. The Budget experience was fantastic! Working with them to ensure what I rented was exactly what I needed and their also making sure I had all applicable discounts, Corporate, etc. they made this experience a real treat! Unlike the curt, short and unhelpful experience I had with a competitor, I wont say who, but it Hurts to ever call them again after Budgets stellar facilities and personnel and most importantly, their vehicles! I have reserved a 26’ moving truck, for $39.99. They called me back saying price is now $84.99, because its end of the month. I called budget national hotline and got a price for $31.99. That’s with 20% off. Not very happy with this location. Im going with U-hall lock in a low price and received a confirmation # while I was on the phone with them.

Stay away! Overcharged and you have to work to get a credit. I rent regulalry for business & had a one day rental. I returned it as the employee was leaving at 6pm and he told me to drop the keys in the box. My credit card was charged a late fee and for gas even though the tak was full when I returned it. Budget takes you through a gas questionnaire to ensure you filled it. Fortunately, I took photos of the starting & ending mileage & fuel level with date and office in the background. It took 36 min to have this adjusted from my bill. I have never had an issue with Enterprise, but they were out of cars.

Reserve my car(BMW X5) on line over a month in advance and was worried that I will me get some unpleasant surprises when I pick up my car but actually the opposites have received a call few days before and spoke with Cody about what to expect. He did call me also in the morning of the pick up to let me know when the car will be available. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, but also very organized. The car was ready and our paperwork also. The drop off was great too. We came early morning before the location was open and just dropped off the keys (I was so worried because of my past experiences with other rental car companies)but not issues. I have rented from Enterprise and Hertz before but now I found my favorite rental place. The car was also perfectly clean and in great condition and made our vacation trip more enjoyable. Thank you !!!

The check in process was horrible. I had to wait three hours and they still gave me a different car because the one I selected wasn’t in there yet. Next my return date was off despite it being changed due to the inconvenience. Never was told how much gas to return it with and when dropping it off was told it needed a full tank despite not getting it with a full tank. Horrible experience.

Only have had a coupe experiences with these guys, but it is always hassle free and quick to get out with your car. My last experience I was helped by a very friendly rep who fixed a couple mistakes that wereade on a booking - issue was resolved in no time at all.

Horrible. When I arrived no one was there with a note on door saying theyll be back. Another customer that was already waiting said his car had problems. Then when I approached the clerk he decided to talk to the customer behind me. So, I left and went to Enterprise and rented a car for a week.

The staff was awesome, friendly, they explained everything very well and quick service. Thanks for a great job.

Despite reserving a car from Budget at this location, they did not have a car available due to limited inventory. I guess online reservations dont matter. I expressed my frustrations that I had relied on having a car today and had a reservation and Dante actually hung up on me. Worst customer service!

I unfortunately cancelled the prepaid reservation which is not picked up and they didnt revert the cancellation even after contacting them immediately neither they allow me to modify the reservation.

I reserved a truck 10 days in advance and they left me without a truck 12 hrs before my move. I had to call them to find out that there was no truck available. I would never due business with Budget or this location! Awful! The guy on the phone didnt care. Made it sound like it was typical business practice for them to screw over their customers.

People are nice but wait is horrible. Only one person answers phones walks person through each step. What am i in a doctors office always wait when i rent a car. 30 minutes still waiting a joke

Reserved a car online on a Sunday and there website said free p/up from motels. I called for p/up and was told seeing I was 7 mi away they couldnt come pick me up, they could go 5 mi but not 7??? Really?? Never rented from Budget before and now I know why.. and I will never try them again.

I rented a car at a certain price and at arrival I had to rent a different class of car at a much higher rate. Save yourself the trouble and rent from another place that will rent to you for the price that you signed up for at reservation. Totally disappointed.
