He was upfront with everything and provided me with all the information I needed to make a well informed decision regarding my vehicle purchase. I’m a tow truck driver who drops here regularly. I pull up around 804 pm and the garage is still open and doors unlocked. I figured that meant I could bring my customers key inside and the women, who I’m assuming is the manager, acted like I was a burden and when I told her the garage was open so I came in assuming I could she proceeded to inform me that if they were “you would’ve seen us standing there”. As of them not closing up was my fault and people were still inside. Customer service respect should be portrayed no matter what and this women’s attitude was rude and unnecessary. I stayed late for my job to tow a customer who trusts this dealership and she couldn’t simply take a name and phone number and instead shooed me out the door as if I was a problem. Not professional at all. Won’t be dealing with this place any longer
If buying from out of state proceed with caution! They will run your credit and when you are giving the deposit, they will tell you someone else sold that vehicle but we have this one available! I should have known when the invoice sent to my email had a completely different vehicle and the payment quotes were for the other vehicle rather then the one I specifically told them I was interested in with my desired terms! Lesson learned! Now I have a useless hit on my credit!

Do not use this dealership. I purchased my vehicle and a tire and wheel warranty several years ago. I am still having the same issues. I picked my vehicle up today and it is still not fixed.I’m concerned for the safety of this vehicle considering every time I pick it up there’s a new issue “not covered under warranty” related to my tires and wheels. Last time I had my vehicle 4 days before my light was back on. His was after they had my vehicle 11 days. The warranty is garbage and the service department is not much better.

Buying a car usually is difficult and I do not look forward to it, especially with the scarce inventory out there now. After a terrible experience at McGrath Downtown, I worked with Jake at Advantage. He made the process so easy and stress-free. There was no back and forth and haggling. He found me my perfect vehicle, called me immediately to secure it for me, and when I went in there were no surprises or additional fees. I feel I got exactly what I wanted at a fair price. Anna made the financing part so quick and easy too! My bad experience at McGrath was really a blessing in disguise. I bought a used vehicle from this dealership who offered me a great deal and the process was great. Driving the vehicle two days later while making a turn I hear a loud snapping sound and lo and behold my steering didnt function anymore and I was stuck on the street diagonally as the wheels wouldnt turn at all. I was assured of the proper inspections were taken place prior to the car being sold, so this completely horrified me and was glad this didnt happen while on the expressway or higher speeds. I then called the dealership and explained the situation, the salesperson reached out- Keith, he sincerely apologized for the whole fiasco despite being no fault of his but the gesture was appreciated. He asked me to have the vehicle towed or offered to have it towed with their dealer networked tow but I had already called in my insurance for the tow. I wanted to know what the next course of action was going to be and did not want to be stuck with a hefty repair bill. I was in extreme awe and gratitude the next when Keith reached to me stating the car will be fixed gratis and I wouldnt be charged a dime. This gesture of theirs WON me over entirely and brought in another friend who bought another vehicle despite of us living over an hour away from the dealership. I would sincerely like to thank the management & Keith for going above and beyond for helping me out when I least expected them to and when they didnt have to at all! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Made an appointment, coming all the way from Chicago and a couple was already buying the vehicle that I was test driving, Acura DMX 2017, very disappointed.The dealership was being ran like a car auction. Mark Pisoni Sales Manager promised to call me to come in and buy an Acura MDX 2019 that was leased and that he we give me a deal on it. It is going on 2 weeks and he haven’t made good on his promise. I have purchased an Acura 2017 from another dealership, and I am very satisfied.

I felt compelled to write this review because of how good an experience I had from buying a car this past weekend from Robert Manual at Continental Acura in Naperville. I’ve bought a few cars from Robert so this wasn’t my first time working with him or the dealership. That said, I’m usually more prepared before I make a purchase and have done my research. I was out test driving a few cars and not planning to make a purchase. However, we got to talking and the numbers were good so I decided that I was ready to pull the trigger. During our negotiation, Robert assured me that he was treating me well on both the purchase and the trade in. I took his word and didn’t think much of it. A few days later I had some time to kill so I did a little research and came to find that Robert cut me an excellent deal making me feel even better about the purchase. As I said, I’ve bought a few cars from Robert and this is pretty much my experience – he’s upfront, honest, and treats you well. I can’t recommend him and Continental Acura enough.

I recently purchased a vehicle at this dealership and the staff working with me was pleasant. The price I received was fair along with the trade in amount on my previous car.My salesperson Micah was able to answer any questions my wife and I had and Nobel, the manager, was receptive to dealing on pricing. Jerry, the finance manager, made the paperwork process easy. Joe who helped me in service was also friendly and helpful.I did have a bad experience with one of the salespeople named Jake. I asked a few simple questions on entering the dealership and was met with a rude and condescending attitude. If I had this experience with my own salesperson, it is unlikely that I would have purchased my vehicle at this dealership.Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and dealership and would recommend my specific sales team but I also believe the entire staff should have the same demeanor.

We went there a week ago and negotiated a car we really liked but it was sold the previous day. Then they called and said similar car might be available on Monday. But it was not available until Wednesday, we went to pick up the car on Saturday but they increased the price by 5000K. Manager is very manipulative. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with him. Abe the sales person was very nice, and detail oriented.
I had to take my 08 Acura MDx for +ve battery cable replacement, it is coming off loose and hood doest saty put, i want to replace the struts to keep the hood locked. When I explain this to service tech, she tells me there is diagnostic charge 145 she has to charge, she is not going to charge another diagnostic charge for struts. WOW. anyways to replace the + cable they charged me 418 parts and labor, 2 hours of labor and rest cost of the cable. that seems to be on very high end of the price. I used to take my vehicle here before and prices were not these crazy, I think i am done here i have to look for somewhere else.

I bought (granted it was a used car) from there. Within 4 months I had to put front brakes on that cost me $700. The car which was a MDX was never certified and obviously brakes never checked. I went in, no one explained the checkpoint inspection. I then got a 2nd charge on my credit card and spent a 1/2 hr just trying to get someone on the phone. Still waiting...

One star only because you cant post zero stars, or even negative stars. We put a $1000.00 deposit on a car that we were interested in looking at -- we ultimately decided to NOT buy the car from Acura of Naperville. Cant get our deposit back! We have now been waiting for more than a week for the deposit to be refunded to us after NUMEROUS phone calls, texts and calls to the salesperson (who dropped off the face of the earth once he realized we werent going to buy the car), more calls to the dealership. Weve been transferred, sent to voice mail, transferred, voice mail. Truly a horrible experience. I have to wonder if my partners ethnicity (Mexican), and his use of the Spanish language is not a factor in them refusing to refund the deposit/giving us the run around. Steer clear (pardon the pun).

Worse car dealership I have ever dealt with granted it was all over email/phone. I felt they did not care about me as a customer what so ever once they knew they got a sale. The sales rep and finance manager were both informative AND unresponsive when I would send messages or call. They both told me two different things about my title which I still have not received and what feels like pulling teeth from the dealership to get it. My car was delivered on Empty, still dirty on the inside.

Typical young man in a black hoodie in the rain. Looking at a 2021 supra.Already made an appointment to see it July 10th. 2021 at 5:15pm. Been emailing this internet rep and she was saying she was excited to help me and blah blah. Literally I was outside for 15 minutes looking at the car. Not one person asked me if I needed help. So I went inside to the front desk and nobody was at the desk. Nobody asked me anything so I looked like a fool. My bank pre approved me for a new car so I decided to go to that dealership (note: never bought a car at a dealership ever) but you know what, not impressed, maybe because I look like a bum with neck tattoos in a hoodie? Whatever the reason it is. I don’t care, horrible experience. Just as I anticipated but I wanted to just test my luck.Never coming here as long as I live.
