Would give a 0 of i could. I called and was interested in leasing a Buick Enclave. There was a leasing special on the Enclave Essense and I called and told the exactly what I wanted and was told 4 times that this exact vehicle was there. I filled out the credit application online to make the process go faster. I was never able to talk to a manager or get a confirmation that everything was good to go. Drove 2 hours and was told to talk to Will. Ended up dealing with Jake who was nice. Test drove the car and went in to do the paperwork and found that the car I was told 4 different times was there and qualified for the special was not there. Still never got to talk to a manager. Now I have a hit on my credit and drove 2 hours back home with no car. Then got an email from Will the manager asking if I had any questions!?! Wrote him back with my concerns and still no response! What a terrible experience and will tell everyone I know.

I have been coming to this location since 2003 when I bought a new GMC SUV and have been very satisfied until lately. I HAD A 12:30 appointment and arrived 15 min. early. The rep. was very nice and she got me signed in and said I could go to the waiting area. That was the last time I heard from anyone until 3:30. During that time I watched TV, walked the grounds of the dealer ship and when I would come across someone in the service area and ask, what is taking so long? The answer was they are running behind. So after 3 hours a rep came up to me and said they do not have the parts needed to finish the job and would need to come back at a later date when the parts come in. I find it very hard to believe it took 3 hours to check out my breaks to determine I needed new pads replaced and a GM service department did not carry break pads for a GM product. Cadillac XLR

I called to schedule an oil change for the next day sometime and asked that it be quick since we were heading out of town. The service rep checked the schedule and indicated that works and scheduled me. Unfortunately, the simple oil change was not so simple...I was there for over 90 minutes. I was not happy but it was not Woodys fault....when the tech checked, he discovered the oil filter seal was faulty and it leaked oil all over including in the wheels. So the tech changed the filter and completely and carefully cleaned up/removed the oil from under and around my vehicle. It was something that couldnt be helped and happens every so often....as I said, I wasnt happy but certainly appreciated what was done to correct the issue and saved me a much more expensive repair if I had left and the leak occurred during our trip...so overall thank you for your attention to detail!!

1 star because 0 isn’t an option. Went in today to get a tire patched because I had a nail in my tire. Waited and hour to be told that the mail was to far to the side of the tread and the tire needed to be replaced. I problem. 3 hours later I’m asking where my car is and why it has taken this long to replace a tire. A few minutes later we were done and on my way but noticed my tire was still low. THEY REPLACED THE WRONG TIRE! What? Seriously, showed the passenger rear tire with the nail in it at the beginning of this whole process. 4 1/2 hours later and I’m still waiting for my tire patch that should of taken less than an hour and cost $30 not $280. I will never be back.

They are good people, but occasionally the mechanics can forget a few things. As for the customer service, theyre pretty attentive, respectful, and have a good understanding of what the mechanics have to do and how the billing for the repair and maintenance works. However, always make sure to look over your receipts and, in particular, what service they are billing you for. I have had experiences in the past where sometimes, when trying to apply certain deals or combining certain services for a particular package, they bill me wrong so be careful.

Super nice folks, great service department, went in for an express oil change and tire rotation. Took about an hour, they washed my car, gave me a few recommendations (cabin air filter, rear wiper blade), but did not get at all pushy about these items. Comfortable waiting room, free sodas, coffee, bottled water, and frequent updates from the service clerk on how much longer my car needed to complete my service. Highly recommend!!

Ended up at Woody via a Carfax search and had the pleasure of meeting my salesman Tom Anderson. Tom’s knowledge and the manner in which he conducted the transaction was second to none. Closed the deal with Chris who was also a true professional. I’d buy another car from Tom and would recommend this dealer without hesitation. A breath of fresh air if you’re used to the usual games that dealers have a tendency engage in.

I saw the prices online and they where the best around the city. I had an idea what I was looking for but when I got there they had a track where you can see what the vehicle can really do and I was blown away. Buying experience was great, other than I was told my truck had a speaker in the tailgate and I found out later that it did not! One of the reasons I bought the truck and was lied too. I reached back out to the salesman, who refuse to put speaker in. Very disappointed. I was referred to Woody by co workers, and now I’m going to have to tell them about this very misleading experience. I will tell others to be careful when listening to these salesmen.
