Super easy with the mobile check in. I would spend the few mi items and sign up for one so you know how long the wait is and how soon you should be there.

Extremely Poor Service. Booked online for DULCE as I generally get hair cut done with her. Selected her Name online. Went to store. They made me wait for 30 mins only to know DULCE is not working today. Online system is still showing her name. When in store, staff ask to check in and see i have booked appointment with DULCE But they asked me to wait and when i inquired after waiting for 30 mins (my name was first on the list), I was told DULCE does not work. Why her name is showing online as available stylist? You are wasting time since you know that customer already paid you in form of season ticket.

Horrible, pointless online check-in, and terrible guest service. Told 44 min wait, app says arrive at 10:55am. Fine. Arrive at 10:46, see 41 min wait time next to my name and a walk up now in front of me. Ask stylist, says she doesnt know what happened. She calls manager over, and says she echoes the same I dont know what happened, I hate this online system. Then gives the very snide, Im not going to argue with you instead of actually listening to my concern. Something is clearly broken in this store, either online check-in or guest service.

I took my kids for a haircut, Teresa and one more girl did a fantastic job! We were happy with the service Sports clips gave us!

Monica did a great job on my hair, she was gentle and precise. The neck/shoulder message was very deep and relaxing. I would recommend this Sports Clip.

Make sure you get a recommendation for a good stylist before going, some are rude and unprofessional, others are good. I left after I saw a couple stylists butchering haircuts and arguing with a customer.

Best haircut Ive had in years!

Been going here for more than 2.5 years. Today I got worst haircut in my life by the rudest hair-stylist- ANASTASIA. She was the rudest hair-stylist I have ever seen in my life. She doesnt even listen single word from me when she was cutting my hair. When I asked her to make my hair little shorter. she got mad and started yelling and she raised her voice and like HOW MUCH SHORT!! THIS MUCH showing me with her finger pulling hard on my hair and I showed her the length and she started cutting hair all over my head unevenly.For the shampoo ANASTASIA finished my shampoo in less than a min after that No hair dry off not even at the chair after coming from the shampoo. when I was paying I showed a coupon and she had no clue how to use it. she said we cannot use this and she denied to use it.Is this how you treat your regular client!!!!!!!You lost one customer today.I know it doesnt affect you losing one customer but if you keep hiring hair-stylist like ANASTASIA or getting this kind of review you will loose more.

Love the girls at this place. They are helpful and give one hell of a cut no matter what youre looking for.

Sonata now works at the 95th street Sport Clips. Do not support this location - their management doesnt get it and doesnt put the employees or customers first. After my favorite stylist quit, the staff lied to me and told me she was still working just to get me to come in...once I got to the store they lied and said she had just quit. They tried to bribe me to stay by giving me a free haircut. Pretty shady tactics. Teach this management team a lesson by going somewhere else for a haircut, dudes.

Walked in at 4 pm. Was told that my wait would be 15 minutes. Sat and watched as people coming in after me were being called before me. Then once of the gIrls goes to the back and leaves. I waited 55 minutes and then left.could not wait any longer for a haircut. Not coming back to this place again.

Always a good cut, it can just take a little while sometimes. Other than that, great location.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.Ive been here two times, and both times Ive had very STRANGE stylists and a subpar haircut. Unbelievable.Its like they are using us as guinea pigs for trainees.Go here if you are bald, or want to look like somebody put a weedwacker to your head.
